A very good place. the room is quite small but clean and looks stylish. The checking-in is smooth. They provide an electronic key to the room. We lived on the 6th floor. The floor in the corridor is covered with carpet so you never hear guests walking there. The linen and towels are good. The mattress is great. There are blackout curtains on the windows and they are at the back of the building, so neither much light nor noise bothers in the morning. I enjoyed sleeping there. You don't need to wait long for hot water coming while taking a shower (there is a bathtub by the way). It was warm at night (there is central heating / conditioning plus there is an air conditioner inside the room). They provide breakfast for EUR 9 per person but we didn't order it. The location is great. Very close to the metro station. There are lots of cafes nearby. Great place to stay for a few nights

The room is small and there is no wardrobe but if you stay for a couple of nights it is not a problem

Mattresses were really comfy, windows and bathrooms needs a little improvement, but everything else was nice and modern, two little elevadors in the building really helped, breakfast room is small but cosy, iron provided when a asked 😀, close to the city centre.

We stayed 5 days, only after asking three times at the reception someone fixed the safe as was close when we arrived, no waste bags and receipt provided(receptionist tried but computer did not work), brackfast is fresh with lots of options but maybe needs to be rotated every 3 days, always the same eggs, cheese and ham, just a suggestion.

The location is excellent, and both the room and breakfast offer great value for money.

At check-in, we didn’t receive a room key as the card system was down. We requested an invoice for the booking, and were told it would be sent via email. The next day, when we followed up, they said we’d receive it at check-out. However, during check-out, the staff member didn’t know how to process an invoice for a company based outside of Portugal, and I had to step in at the reception to enter the information into the system myself.

The location is super nice, great shops and cafés around, very close to the most important metro lines that we used regularly. The bed was really comfy, plus they cleaned every day. WiFi was great, the room had all that we needed for a 5 night stay. I would say the quality highly exceeds those of similar price range where we stayed over the years all around Europe. We couldn't really hear other guests moving around, that is also a huge plus. It wasn't cold inside, but when we felt a little chilly we could use the a/c with heating function. I was amazed.

We were on the first floor so there was music coming from a restaurant below. But the sound wasn't that bad, even though I'm a light sleeper it didn't disturb me. It would be nice to have hangers in the bathroom or for coats.

Considering it is a 1star hotel, it is very modern, clean and in a great location if you're happy with riding the metro and being in a quieter location. Metro station is right round the corner. And there are some good restaurants very close as well, if you want to stay close in the evening. Our room was spacious, quiet and we were provided a travel cot for our child. There was a selection of breads and pastries, yoghurt, fruit and juices at breakfast. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Super convenient location near the Saldanha metro station which is a clear shot to the airport. Several good restaurants around the hotel and an organic market across the street; expensive but has a small, reasonably-priced cafeteria with good food. There's also a food court in the Atrium on Praca Duque de Saldanha which is about 3 blocks away; excellent empanadas at Susy's. Hotel is in the business section so traffic on the street is quiet . I felt safe walking alone in the area in the evening. Helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Comfortable beds and good breakfast selection.

Although well-appointed, the room is very small. In our room you could watch tv from the bed or from the only chair in the room which is at a desk which is maybe a foot away from the tv. We were only there for 2 nights; it would have been too confined for us for a longer stay.

Everything was as written. The hotel's location is great (approx. 20 mins from the airport by metro /red line - Saldanha station/). The bedroom and bathroom are tiny but well equipped (towels, hairdryer, kettle, tv, air-conditioning). The room was very clean (and it was cleaned during our whole stay even if we stayed for only 2 days). The city is well-accessible from the hotel (we mainly used metro and bus and later in other parts of the city tram). Breakfast was fair enough (wide selection of bread). All is all, it was a great value for money.

I liked everything - although the size of the room is very small (but it was just fine for us as we were basically showering and sleeping there during our stay).

Although very small, the room was well equipped and comfortable, modern and clean. The bed and linen was great and the bathroom and shower were very good. Aircon worked well and there was a window we could open wide to the nice view over gardens and courtyards at the back. We also love the area of Saldanha.

One of the 2 elevators was inoperative for the duration of our 9 day stay and the other caused problems a couple of times. We had a look at the breakfast buffet but it didn’t appeal to us (for €9 each) so we ate elsewhere. Staff were reluctant to give us 2 keys for some reason (also heard other guests being refused them), quite perfunctorily. Also they were not able to supply us with glasses so we could enjoy a wine in our room. Rather than use paper cups we had to buy glasses at a nearby supermarket.

It was great value for the quality of the room. Very clean, crisp sleeping arrangement. Air conditioning worked great, and the beds were comfortable. The TV had netflix which was a great surprise!. Front desk was very nice and the location was close to the airport.

Only thing I would say could of been better was the pillows were very big and hard to sleep as we use flatter pillows. Also, parking can be an issue if its a busy time. We only had to park with a 5 minute walk away so it wasn't a problem.

Very clean rooms, nice and friendly staff. Breakfast is plenty and more than sufficient. Don't expect a feast, however fresh bakery products and fruits will make the start of your day perfect. The AC in the rooms are very efficient and silent, can be adjusted in many ways. Bathroom is very clean, room service is perfect. I'd stay here again.

Rooms have no cupboards, just hangers.
