Good location, close to metro station. Different shops and breakfast bars nearby. Room small but clean with good shower. Wifi worked well.

Window of my room was not with a street view but on the other side where small patios/gardens of surrounding buildings are located. In one of those (just next to the hotel) someone has a farm of chickens and a ROOSTER which started crowing before 6am each morning with a frequency of 3 minutes... until at least 11. So there was NO CHANCE to have a peaceful sleep. If you really want to rest and have a good sleep - ask for a room with street view! Use of elevator requires a door card. Main entrance door is closed for the night and so you also need a door card to open it. Room was very small.

I booked a room for 3 and I was happy that they had one with a nice and comfortable bed. The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean. We had a nice balcony. Staff was very nice. They let us store the luggage at the reception before the check-in which was very helpful. The amenities in the bathroom had such a nice smell. And we had biscuits, coffe and water in the room for free which was very nice.

They do not have an iron, not in the room and not at the reception which I find it a little strange in 2023 to not have at least one iron for the enitre hotel. Breakfast was ok, not so many choices and the coffee had a strange taste.

1. The location is excellent - Saldanha metro station is 1 minute walk away and gives you access to the whole city. City centre is really close by. 2. V clean room. Room & bathroom would be fresh & clean everyday when i got back with clean sheets and fresh towels, was great to get back to a cleaned room everyday. Thank you to the room service team. 3. Staff were v nice to me. Especilly Rui at reception - he printed my tickets for the music festival, he booked my tickets for Albufeira and for a trip to Sintra/Cascais, he even lent me a phone charger and bottle opener (both v useful ha ha). And Kareema - who chatted with me, helped me out, made me feel at home. Thank you so much to you both - i felt at home on holiday! 4. The room has a balcony!!! Makes such a difference on a holiday 5. Good sized room, good size wardrobe. They provide hair dryer, safe, tea/coffee, there's an AC if it gets hot. V comfortable overall.

Nothing. Only thing was shower door and balcony door would come off the hinge if not handled gently. And also, the hotel is a bit pricey!

The location was great overall. It is right around the corner from restaurants, cafes, bars, and a grocery store. There are metro and bus stops within a few minutes walk taking you to other parts of town very easily. The staff were friendly and very helpful. In my room, the air conditioning worked great, bed was comfy, quiet and easy to rest, and the coffee was easy to use. I did not try the breakfast and cannot comment.

There was nothing I did not like about the stay.

The hotel was super clean. The room was very neat, clean and spacious, with an outside balcony. The staff was always very polite and smiling. I felt comfortable there. Indeed, some house slippers, toothpaste and a bathrobe would have been exceptional. There were no issues with the breakfast. It was the same every day, but it was good and fresh. For the price this was very good. Very easy to get to the bus stops and the metro, stores and lots of places to eat. No issues with the Wi-Fi, in case you need to work. The staff would clean your room every day if needed and the windows are soundproof indeed.

I wish there were house slippers and bathrobes and maybe a bit more variation for breakfast.

Well situated next to Saldanha metro station. Supermarket, 23 hour McDonald's and many restaurants etc on the doorstep. Aircon in the room was necessary and worked well. Hotel was very clean overall. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was strong.

Stayed for 6 nights but the bedding wasn't changed at all in that time. Rooms are quite small for 2 people. The elevator is tiny and slow. The little fridge in the room was a great idea but didn't cool anything whatsoever, even when all settings were tried out. It was a little overpriced for the standard of hotel but perhaps, that was due to the time of year we stayed there.

Great location, very close to subway. Rooms were super clean.

There is a construction site acrros the road, so if you get a room looking at the street, they will wake you up early in the morning. But this is not the hotels fault.

I liked the location, right next to the metro and walkable to all other neighborhoods. Very good restaurants nearby. Clean and no wall to wall carpeting, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Very nice kitchen staff. Helpful staff in general.

I did not like that the fridge in the room does not work, and I had medicine that needed refrigeration. The staff found me a solution to leave the meds in the kitchen fridge, but that was not very convenient as I had to go there twice every morning to get my meds. But the kitchen staff were very nice about it. I also did not like that there was no iron in the room or an iron that is available for use for free. I also did not like the coffee at breakfast. It was quite bad, and no non-dairy milk options, such as almond milk.

The breakfast is much better than expected. The location is so convenient just a few steps to the matro station Saldanha with red and yellow lines. Therefore it was so easy for us get there and left for airport. And so convenient to take train to Cascais. We stayed in room 604, it was very quiet (I am a light sleeper), and we sat at the balcony enjoyed the Porto wine. The room and facilities are pretty new and we really enjoyed the shower time! It was very good value stay in this hotel.

We stayed in Bairo Atto before visiting Morocco. We stayed in Hotel Canada after the trip. I couldn't ask for more for the stay with the price.

We had a lovely stay in your hotel. You can see that it's been recently refurbished and I think it deserves 3 stars. It's not exactly in the city centre, which is what we expected, but there are buses nearby, metro like 2min walk from the hotel which takes you directly to the airport, electric scooters (which are cheap and extremely popular in Lisbon) and bikes nearby. Breakfast was surprisingly good but it's better to be there before 9 (sometimes there wasn't so much variety between 9:30 and 10). There are restaurants and fast food places within walking distance. Your receptionists are very friendly and helpful and gave as some useful tips about places to visit in Bairro Alto which was great 👌 Overall we really recommend this hotel which for us also worked out much cheaper than other hotels. We truly loved Lisbon and want to go back soon!

I hadn't realised when booking than I selected an economy room which is much smaller than a standard room. I thought all rooms had a balcony but that's my fault for not having it checked properly.
