The hotel location is wonderful! Very close to the metro station, beautiful neighbourhood with lots of cafes, shops, green alleys! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good food selection for breakfast.

I really missed a tea/coffee set in my room. I believe it is a must for a 4-stars hotel. As well as at least one bottle of drinking water per guest/day.

This hotel was in a decent location, though we are ok with walking a bit so taking 15-20 mins to get into the hub of Lisbon wasn’t an issue for us. It was a nice place, very clean and the staff was really kind and helpful (we needed to print our train tickets, and they were able to do that for us!)

Nothing to complain about, I think we definitely got what we paid for! Our view was of other buildings and nothing too exciting there, and there was some sidewalk working going on near us but it wasn’t an issue. The building is nicer inside than it would seem from the outside.

The location of the hotel is very good - very close to Saldanha Metro station and within good walking distance of Parque Edouardo VII and surrounds. The breakfast was very good; a lot of delicious choices to suit all tastes.

There is a parking garage at the hotel for E10 per day which is great but can only be reserved at the hotel so can be a bit awkward and you may need to wait for a space to become free. However we arrived at the weekend and parking is free in the surrounding area until 9am on Monday and there seemed to be a lot available. We also found a parking garage nearby (about 300metres away with 24 hour parking for E12 which is reasonable. Street parking is very expensive Monday to Friday.

We loved everything about it. The location, the staff, the food. From Bruna welcoming us with grace, professionalism and open arms, Marta attention to detail. Andrè was cool too. Paula had the breakfast dinner up and ready every morning. Great job. Murilo is the best, always on point and ready. Special mention to the housekeeping ladies, Beija-Flor and the lady who replaced her on her day off. ( sorry I never got her name). Ps: I didn’t forget about you Alex!! Big thank you.

I work in Hospitality business, in a hotel in Providence RI, so I know how hard everyone needs to work and being on the same page. Awesome job everyone.

no coffee pot in room

First of all, the staff are so gentle and nice, from the room-maker to the front desk to the breakfast waiters. Bed is comfy, room is spacious enough to accommodate two large pieces of luggage with no problem. Request for additional pillows was promptly answered. Location conveniently close to the Saldanha metro station directly on the Red line that comes from the airport and Oriente station. From there access to the city historical center is also easy. Quite good breakfast with many different items. Overall good value for money and I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Toilet was quite small and packed.

bathroom is comfortable. bed is large enough for a good nights sleep. breakfast is quite scrumptious.

no complementary drinking water in room, no boiler. housekeeping team isn’t very engaging- they refused to deliver drinking water bottles to our room and insisted us going down the minibar in the middle of the night. every bottle costs too. reception staff is not very efficient. they work quite slowly and they keep teaching new staffs in front of us customers, which can be a bit disturbing. yet they all showed standard, basic politeness and courtesy.

ROOM: The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also okay, with nice big shower, toiletries and enough space for our stuff. BED: The bed was okay, a bit too soft for our taste. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was very nice, with nice selection of cold cuts, cheeses, bread, vegetables, fruit, eggs, sausages, sweets. Juices were nice and the coffee was good. DESIGN AND SURROUNDINGS: We parked the car right in the front of the hotel for free during the weekend. We loved having a supermarket just across the street. The location is great for exploring the city, with metro and bus stations near by. We missed the terrace for a morning coffee or a drink before going to sleep. COMMUNICATION: The staff was nice and welcoming. The check in and check out process went smoothly. The wi-fi was good.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and there were some minor adjustments needed, such as fixing the bathroom door. But that didn't affect our stay, we enjoyed it.

The room says it had a minibar, which it didn't! The actual bar was also scarcely a bar... more like a table in the lobby! I left my card in Ireland and needed cash... staff either couldn't understand or refused to help! I don't think it would have been a stretch to get permission to charge my card and give me cash, given the circumstances

Modern, exceptionally clean and well maintained hotel in the heart of Saldanha district. There can absolutely no room for any complaints from the point of hygenie and cleanliness. Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I can't review parking as I didn't have a car but as I saw there is a garage entrance at the hotel. The room was quiet, bathroom with a shower small but modern and clean. City center, shopping mall, underground are all within 10-15 min on foot.

A minibar could have been in the room - at least my one did not have it. Maybe a shelf in the bathroom for putting sanitaries and my stuff. But these are only really minor things for me.
