The staff, Bruna and others made this place amazing! The food was fabulous and snacks so much appreciated and available!

The room was plain, but adequate. The balcony was nice. The location perfect!!! Some of the modern bathroom handles were not easy to use as a pull finger. Wish it was a knob or handle. The shower was tiny but good enough. I was expecting more space or nicer furnishings per the photos, but it was fine and we loved it. I also liked the antiques in the halls.

Good location of the hotel,We were travaling with our daugther 5y.o. and we all slept on the same bed because it was wide enough.We lived on the last floor of the hotel and had a very beautiful view of the old church and the square,Thank you very much! The room is large and the mattress is very comfortable, but in the bathroom there is a transparent curtain, when the electric light is turned on in the evening, the people opposite in the hotel (which is located 10-15 meters across the road) can watch you take shower and use the toilet, I talked about it at the reception, but no action was taken, we had to use the bathroom in the dark, the hotel administration really needed to replace these curtains !!! Giests write here about delicious breakfasts, but it seemed to me that there was 70% of breakfast very Sweet cooking,buns,cakes,muffins, pies, etc.,there was no traditional omelet, but I asked the staff and they kindly cooked for me,thank you very much! Very tasty jam with pickles, I tried it for the first time. The reception staff is very friendly and will always help with various tips .Thanks a lot!!:-)

The location is amazing, the breakfast also good. All in all very satisfied. Although the room is on the noise side of the street it was very quiet in the room in the night.

One of the colleagues on the Reception could do better with the customer service approach )) Wasnt really rude or really bad, but just not entirely friendly. The other guys was very nice. But all other things perfect. I would be for sure stay there again

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right at the edge of the city center and next to a metro station. Everything is within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with great tips on activities and must-see attractions. The breakfast is outstanding, offering homemade local specialties that are absolutely delicious. While the building itself is a bit older, the bathrooms are newly renovated, and the interior design is comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms are quiet, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. Overall, there is nothing negative to mention—an excellent choice for a city stay!

We visited Lisbon from Sesimbra for a couple of days to see the Christmas Markets, lights and festivities. The location was very convenient and perfect for walking to all of these things and seeing the city. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The (included) breakfast was outstanding! They offered quite a spread of options for food and beverages, and everything was fresh, delicious and frequently replenished. Upon request, they were happy to make eggs to order. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the perverbial "cherry on top" of an amazing experience. They were all super helpful and friendly, and made the effort to find a personal connection with us.

Honestly, we have nothing negative to say about any part of our stay. We would definitely book here again!

The best, personalised hotel reception service (from Joao) that we have ever had. He took time to introduce us (and all guests) to highlights of the City based on our interests, remembered our names (and my birthday with a bottle of wine) and really made a difference to our stay in Lisbon. The hotel was very clean, excellent breakfast, nice location tucked in behind a historic church. It was a minute's walk to the metro station and about 5 to the Historic Tram stop

Maybe reorganise the layout of the buffet breakfast so that there was a more obvious system for moving around the various foods. The space was not congested but it was not very calm!

The room was very big and comfortable. I really liked the long windows, the open space, and the dedicated workspace. The location is great, right in the city center near a cute little Christmas market. You can walk anywhere in the city from here. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of options. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They gave me a list of place recommendations and were always available for any questions.

Trying to find the hotel was initially a bit hard because it is located inside a building with two shoe stores on each side. There really isn't a big sign indicating that the hotel was there. I was originally very confused about where to go. They should probably get better signs to indicate the hotel location, especially for people who haven't been to Lisbon before. Once you are in the actual hotel space, it's fine. It isn't a big space but they have a very comfortable area to sit for breakfast.

Tesouro da Baixa is not an ordinary hotel, it is a way of life. I appreciated the interiors, the different rooms, the view, the position, the light inside the space, the staff that wad friendly and respectful, more rigorous than in other hotels and the cleanliness. Day by day you would feel increasingly in harmony with the place.

The entrance is well described by other guests and I confirm that it is really awful. I suggest a restyling (even if in common with the shop) and the use of different curtains in the evening when the shop is closed. Another suggestion is to repair the little problem they have with furnitures (i.e.handles, etc) and use of carpets in the common spaces to reduce noises in common areas.
