The quick check in and welcoming smiles. Your breakfast was the best I've had whilst travelling around the whole. Everything was fresh, flavorsome and perfect. The hot milk with the coffee, just amazing. Who would of thought that hot milk was the solution to avoiding lukewarm coffee. The room was very clean, smelt clean and no dust. The bed mattress was perfect.

The doors slamming through the early hours. I had a perfect sleep until the doors started slamming while individuals left their rooms and the housekeeper going in and out of the rooms without a thought for the other guests. Soft Close door could be a solution. Biscuit with coffee/tea tray in room.

It is so easy to get from Lisbon Oriente Train Station to the Red Metro line to the Lisbon Airport and then walk to the hotel. I had one large rolling suitcase. The short walk (200 meters) was across a main road, but there are crosswalks and, the best part, it is all downhill to the hotel! I chose the location because I had an early flight and the metro doesn't open until 6am, so I needed to be close to the airport and not deal with traffic problems, etc.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, so I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of everything. I can honestly say that there wasn't anything that I didn't like- except... well hotels can always be cheaper!

I needed a hotel for an overnight layover. The Star Inn is very close to the airport; has excellent breakfast, with gluten free options available on request. I was pleasantly surprised that dinner was available too, at a very reasonable price.

Even with clear instructions from the hotel, I wasn't able to find the stop for the shuttle from the airport. So I walked, as the path was clearly signposted. It was only a 5 minute walk, but I had a heavy bag. It was much easier on the way back, as the shuttle leaves from the Melia hotel's front, right across from the Star Inn. Note that the shuttle can fit 8-10 passengers, so at times it may be necessary to wait for the next one.

We stayed two times: one night one week then another at the end of the week. Early check in no problem. Small but cozy room. Wonderful breakfast hours starting at 2am. 2am-7am continental breakfast with great selection of items, not just pastries. Full breakfast from 7-10:30 with a large selection of hot and cold items. Great location to airport...simply walk over to Terminal 1. If you are going to Terminal 2 just walk over to terminal 1, go up the escolator and out the door to catch the shuttle at the airport. The first stay we left at 4am the next day but the hotel shuttle was full. No problem with walking. The dining area serves lunch and dinner. Nice cozy bar as well. Lastly, at the time we went it cost about 13 euro to take Uber to the city center and a taxis back was about 9 euro. Hotel staff were so friendly and customer service driven.

Did not like the bathroom layout. There are glass doors on the toilet and shower area. There is a curtain you can pull to make it enclosed, but this is a minor, minor criticism. Perhaps they could use a bigger shuttle bus in the morning, but again the walk is so short it was no problem.

The proximity to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and it was great location to spend one night before our flight. It is an extremely clean studio room with a curtain that separates the toilet and shower from the bed. The shower was great and we also enjoyed having coffee available in the morning. The staff was welcoming and very professional.

Upon our arrival to Lisbon 2 weeks prior, we stayed at the hotel across and loved being able to walk to the hotel. However, on our departure, we stayed at the Starr Inn and, unfortunately, the walk to the airport was uphill, crossing a busy street with large bags. We decided to take the free shuttle. However, there were several hotel guests from 2 hotels trying to get to the airport on one shuttle and they asked us to wait 30 minutes for the next shuttle. It would have been nice to accommodate all the shuttle patrons with an extra vehicle, or schedule another shuttle 15 minutes later, during high traffic hours. We ended up taking an Uber.

Perfect location for airport access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the manager was very down to earth and wished us a good day. The room was clean and comfy. We turned off thr aircon as it was too cold for us and we opened the window. The breakfast was plentiful and enough space so that everyone wasn't on top of each other. We ordered uber taxis to get to places of interest whilst staying there. The decor was very good with pictures of various stars and made to look like a movie scene in the foyer.

The lighting was very dim and you couldn't see things clearly. Could do with a main light. It was lovely for calm lighting.

I booked last minute due to my flght to Paris being cancelled. I arrived 2 hours before the check in time and the last at the reception very kindly offered me free of charge earlier check in. I was super grateful as I had a migraine and needed a nap. The room was very spacious and very clean, and decorated in modern fashion. I liked that the breakfast was served from 2am so I was able to eat something before the early flight next morning. The hotel is withing a walking distance to the Terminal 1 but they provide a free shuttle every 15 minutes.

I couldn't set the right AC temperature but maybe it's because I'm not used to AC.

Friendly staff, quite spacious and clean rooms. I was pleasantly surprised when informed at check in that the breakfast started at 2:30am, I had an really early flight and being able to eat before leaving was wonderful. And it was a good breakfast spread as well. The hotel is in walking distance of the airport, if you’re travelling light you don’t even need to use their shuttle service. But that is also a great feature, it runs constantly from hotel to airport and back, the drivers were very friendly as well.

I did have a bit of an issue with booking, where my original booking was cancelled and I had to rebook it at slightly higher rate. However, the hotel and the stay were great, met all the travelling necessities.

Easy walking distance from the train or airport but Portuguese cobbled stone footpaths make taking a wheeled suitcase difficult. Shuttle bus available but we didn’t know it! Excellent stay from checkin to leaving. Staff were all wonderful and so willing to help. Room was good and very quiet (mostly) with comfortable beds. Breakfast is served from 2am for those with early flights. We were surprised at the high quality and quantity of options for a ‘continental’ breakfast. One of, if not the best we’ve seen at at any hotel.

Black Mold in the bathroom. Room Coffee was pod type and tasted awful. Only a pod coffee maker so no tea possible. No privacy in toilet as it is a glass door which failed to close and had no lock. It was possible to close a curtain but that didn’t stop noise or smells. Evening food was limited and expensive for what was provided.

Nice large and clean room in an excellent location just 2-3min walking away from the Airport. Perfect for an early flight.

ZERO facilities. Melia Hotel just infront of it, has a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and all sort of facilities. This time (rates vary from time to time) was just +10 EUR difference and it wasn't worth it, at all. I regret not staying there as usual (I give it a try this time). Honestly, the offer has to be several times cheaper to choose this option. The location is excellent for both, and we are talking about a hotel that is almost a resort to a hotel that has nothing (I've been in Ibis with more facilities).
