The property is well located and easily accessible to the airport and city centre ! Fernando our host gave us warm and impeccable hospitality. He has incredible local knowledge too The breakfast is the best a La Carte style and the cleaning staff was all super friendly and we just love every minute of our stay

Breakfast was very nice. Fresh bread, good coffee and plenty of food. Fruit, yogurt and bread basket was delicious.

The variety of breakfast could be improved upon when staying multiple nights. We were given the exact same breakfast each & every morning. Although it tasted great and was fresh, perhaps switching up the choices on different days would be lovely. Maybe add a day with oatmeal or granola or maybe omelettes or muffins?

Firm bed, sustainability features, simplicity, expresso coffee machine in room, quietness., full breakfast with gluten free choices, custom prepared eggs, helpful and friendly staff.

Slippery floor in shower of handicap bathroom when wet. Water extended out into room by toilet. Had to wear rubber sandals to keep from falling. Also, bathroom smelled of mold. No desk or other surface area where could work on laptop. Little storage space. We stored suitcases in bathroom because only space available. Used suitcases as a "table" for toiletries.

Beautiful, clean hotel, with a good location and lots of restaurants near it! I love that they are environmentally friendly and the green decor was beautiful! We received 2 pasteis de nata when we arrived! The staff is very friendly and approachable. The bed linen and towels were changed everyday, which is very appreciated. The breakfast at this hotel was the best we have ever tried anywhere, it was a pleasure to wake up early to eat such a complete meal! It was a perfect experience!

The room we stayed in was quite small and had a window to an interior yard, so there was so natural lighting. For someone who doesn't know Lisbon at all, the way to the hotel could be a little confusing, but overall it isn't far from the center.

The Leaf staff were wonderful, welcoming and did everything to make my stay as lovely as possible. It was my birthday while I was there and they surprised me by bringing me a molten chocolate lava cake with a candle to celebrate! I was amazed. Their breakfast was amazing - most was home made - jam, breads, eggs, fresh pineapple juice, cut fruit, yogurt with mango and of course coffee. All served by the sweetest staff. My room was very clean, great powerful shower and very quiet. I didn't have time to use it but there is a great gym downstairs too. Would definitely go back and will recommend to friends visiting Lisbon. It wasn't the most central but easily walkable into the main area and great value for money.

Only more central re location but then I would have been spending 3x the price!

So well positioned for our stay ! A lovely 30 min walk to centre and we took a different route each of 4 days we were there ! Bus and metro ( saldanha ) very close by .. takes a little time to orientate yourself but staff were so helpful with any queries

The obvious one is that our room was very very very small … literally just enough room for double bed however standard of the room , cleanliness bathroom and comfort of bed was just great ! We did ask to get a bigger room ( and they are there ) but the staff apologised saying they were full over weekend It really did not impact on our stay in Lisbon however !!

Me and my husband stayed here for two nights and we love that the place is quiet and reserved. The staffs are very respectful and they even have their own lift and exit doors. Our room is a bit small but it has everything and fully functional - it also has a super cute small coffee machine. The space is well thought to fit all your necessities. The rooms appear to be nearly attached to each other but amazingly we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. During our last night - my husband got sick in his stomach and the guy at the reception was super nice to give us hot water and suggested us a tea to drink. All in all, all staffs were super nice, especially the servers during breakfast. The breakfast was super generous with a lot of à la cart choice: you can choose how you want your eggs, fresh orange juice, freshly made coffee and bread, and a lot more!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The homemade breakfast was a highlight—delicious, fresh, and made with such care. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, offering convenience and charm, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, creating a warm atmosphere. Overall, it was an amazing stay that exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience. We can’t wait to visit again!

The room was well appointed. There was ample closet space, a fridge, a coffee machine, a cute balcony and the bathroom was a good size. I checked in late in the evening but received personal and kind attention when I arrived. Breakfast in the am was just okay but was included. The concierge was able to call a taxi when it was time for me to go to the airport, which was helpful.

The only thing that I wished was different was the air conditioner. It was so warm in the room but the air conditioner was not working well. It was too late in the evening to have someone fix it, so I had a very uncomfortable sleep.

Staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. Also very nice breakfast. It's not a buffet but they bring it to your table. Bur it is definitely more than enough. Especially if you are a solo traveler

Only negative point here was that there was laundry and garbage in the hallway for 2 days. There's probably a reasons for that but it's not a nice sight as a guest to have to come out of the elevator and be greeted with a pile of that. Next evening it was gone though. But maybe they should store it somewhere else until they are able to process it
