The room, while compact, had a cosy and welcoming atmosphere that made it feel comfortable and homey. A standout feature of our stay was the breakfast, which was served at a delightful restaurant just next door to the hotel. The variety, quality, and flavors of the breakfast offerings were absolutely amazing—definitely one of the best parts of the experience! The combination of a snug room and an exceptional breakfast made for a pleasant and memorable stay."

The lack of a view from the room was a bit of a letdown, as it would have added to the overall experience. Another downside was that the bathrooms were shared, which, while manageable, detracted slightly from the convenience and comfort of the stay. If the bathrooms had been private, it would have elevated the experience to perfection.

The staff were very helpful, considerate and friendly. For the price you really cannot fault it. The room was a great size the shared bathroom was large, clean and had great facilities. It was also great to know that the front door was open all hours, especially in a 24/7 city like Lisbon. The breakfast was great, it was next door searched between 8-10am basically an all you can eat continental breakfast buffet! Yum Also! The bed was a huge emperor bed which was so comfortable and in the heat was great to be able to roll away from each other even with Aircon on. Gay friendly too. As an LGBT couple we felt just as welcome and accommodated for.

The wall paper was a little damaged and it was unfortunate that the window looked out onto nothing other than a wall covered in Aircon units, but for a budget room we aren't really complaining.

Clean bright spacious room on the 5th floor with a terrace. Comfortable bed had an excellent sleep. Was cleaned regularly every day. Shared bathroom was also cleaned daily. Hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast included was continental in the restaurant nextdoor. There is also a kitchenette on the 1st floor that can be used. There is only a fridge and microwave and crockery and utensils but great if you want to store anything to eat or warm up a microwave meal which we did on a couple of occasions. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Baixa which is a central point. Found a Aldi supermarket about 500m away also. The hotel is located in Santo Antonio district. Would definitely recommend. As a travel agent, this place is ideal for anyone looking for a place to stay for a few days. Would definitely come back again.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. While we knew we were booking a more basic accommodation, we were hoping that service and cleanliness weren't compromised and they most certainly were not. I would prefer to be a bit closer to the centre of the city, but that is all down to research on our part. The metro was very close by so that was great and taxis were cheap and friendly. I would have loved a fridge of some sort, but we booked knowing we didn't have one. Very easy going, safe, helpful, clean hotel.

I can't say anything negative.

Most comments talk about shared bathrooms, but that is in the description, so it was expected. What I liked the most was the fact that both the room and bathrooms were extremely clean and with a great presentation. Breakfast was very good, considering the price you pay for one night. Location could not be better, public transportation is near and you are in the center, so plenty of options available. Staff was very kind, both on check-in and check-out. So, consider if you don't mind shared bathrooms (although there are many). If you don't, you can't go wrong with this place.

The location was excellent. Walking distance from the centre and at least 2 metro stations. Small supermarkets close by. Quiet street. Friendly staff. Room was good. Clean bathroom. Hot water all the time. Room even had a small balcony. Private bathroom. Reasonable breakfast next door in the Hello Saigon restaurant. The coffee from the coffee machine is not great. But otherwise good variety: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cheese, breads, croissants, butter and jams, and cut up fresh fruit (melon)

Breakfast started at 8 am which is a little on the late side.

Everything was just like we expected it - a small room with a wardrobe and a table, solid breakfast (without much variety, but they had home-baked croissants and tiny Pasteis de Nata), excellent Wi-Fi. We were in a room with a shared bathroom, however there was not a single instance where it was busy - maybe because we traveled off-season. It also included an actual bath. Towels were replaced every day and the room was cleaned as well. The persons at the reception were always nice.

The elevator stops at a mid-level between stories, so you always need to go up or down some steps. It's a minor nuisance.

Room was good with balcony. Beds comfortable and modern newly decorated bathroom. Location was alright, we could reach easily by taxi and bus.

Breakfast was boring the same every day. One day there was no coffee. In general, only 1 plain fruit- Orange and that wasn't always available. Sausages' tasted like no meat inside. Complimentary were buns and pastries. In the hotel kitchen was impossible something to cook- I could not find any kitchen equipment plates, cups, cutlery. Noisy neighbours were in early morning, kept banging doors without any respect to others.

A clean, beautiful, comfortable hotel. It's in a safe area. We didn't have any problems even at the late hour. It is close to the metro, you can use the transportation until 1 at night. You can also walk to the center in 15-20 minutes. Shared bathroom, but it wasn't a problem because there are 2 on each floor and there is one bathroom for 2 rooms. It was always clean. The breakfast was also nice and sufficient.

Even if it wasn't in the room, a tiny refrigerator could be put in the hallway. The residents are tourists. They come to explore Lisbon. Staff at the reception are friendly and smiling. But they do not know the culture of the place where they work. We wanted to listen to fado music and asked them to suggest a place. They didn't even know what Fado was, they had never heard of it. We were very surprised. I think they should know what's going on around them, at least for their customers.

Room was clean and spacious. Cleaning done daily with change of toiletries. Location was also good and breakfast was decent

Although breakfast was decent it got boring as the same breakfast was served daily for the 4 days we stayed. It would be good to change atleast the 1 main dish daily to have a change. There was no water, coffee, fridge or hot water kettle. Had to step out for even the smallest requirement
