Really comfortable room. Air conditioning excellent. Lovely balcony. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Breakfast never changed. Although we were informed that we could check out late we were asked to leave by 12 o clock check out time. Although an ATM was supposed to be available there is not one at the hotel.

Been to this hotel in thd pass, though this was the first time staying in the new part, And it was very bright and clean Staff as always was very helpful and polite
Still no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms ??? Breakfast is very thin on the ground

The room was huge with a large balcony, it was well furnished and very comfortable.. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Nice hilltop location with lovely views of hills and town. Nice little swimming pool. Staff member ELLSA was extremely friendly and helpful. (Thanks ELLSA) Nice room,clean and tidy.
Bar wasn't open although ELLSA sourced a couple of cold beers for me.

It was very clean, and we could check in late.
We were not asked whether we wanted a twin or double room, and we were given a twin room. We were to tired to ask to change, but it would be nice to ask.

I think we get an upgrade, we had a really big room with big balcony and nice view over the city. Good breakfast with sweet lady.
Not in the centre of the town, you have to walk 600 meters.

The Staff was very helpful. And the swimming pool area was quite peaceful and relaxing.
I would have preferred the breakfast to be set on tables. It is currently still a self service regime, however we have to queue up like we do in cantines.

Big room. Big bathroom.
What I don't like is to be told what to do. Like people should not eat and drink in the room. Told me some chef at the reception, and a big sign at the reception, saying you should declare any values you got with you. Electric cables showing of the wall.

To be fair, and I'm sure it's been said, the rooms are dated, and starting to show its age, plus no tea/coffee making facilities in the room ??

lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast
Dirty/cloudy swimming pool. The bar was closed but beer available from reception - disappointing given that there’s no local alternative.
