I enjoyed every moment in this place amazing room with the view and the beautiful pooland very kind and helpful employees i wish i can stay more than 1 day

Nothing loved everything

Beautiful room and bathroom just like the photos. If you stay longer, the pool was so tempting, and we had a nice view from our windows. We were able to use the kitchen to prep a little dinner. Staff was very friendly in the morning

The host sends you a very good video on how to unlock the gate, obtain your own set of house and room keys, and proceed to the house up the drive(this place is very secure). Only problem, my problem and the couple behind us, Google Maps sends you to the back gate, so of course the lock and combination don't work. After a bit of fumbling, I looked at the map and discovered the problem. Really everything is great, and I'm so glad we stayed here after touring Conimbriga. You'll need to drive into town for dinner, but we planned ahead and brought a little dinner to cook.

The room was modern, spacious, and immaculate. The bathroom was also large and well appointed. The view overlooking the swimming pool was pleasant. The breakfast was ample and everything was prepared to order by a friendly staff. The little goats provided additional delight. It was an easy ride on public transportation to sightseeing. Staff provided recommendations for dining and other venues.

The arrival process could have been conducted more smoothly by the off-site property manager, but once we managed to gain access all went better.

Tranquil spot but only a few minutes drive to Coimbra. Beautiful building and lovely room, very modern and well appointed with a view of the pool and far reaching views of the countryside. We could not have been looked after any better, the service for breakfast was warm and attentive and the selection of food was great, including eggs from their own hens. Lovely to have use of the kitchen including our own shelf in the fridge if we wanted it, as well as an honesty bar. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gem of a place!

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was fabulous. It was easy to find the location and the owner prepared a video that facilitated an easy check-in and entrance to the property. The property was gated and very safe. It was an outstanding experience, except for the uncomfortable smell.

The room had a strong smell. The smell was very strong on the side of the bed that was near the patio doors, as well as in the bathroom. My wife noticed the smell immediately when she entered the room. It was an uncomfortable smell that smelled like chemicals or moth balls.

Great place with wonderful staff. The kitchen was an added bonus and having space in the fridge to use after a visit to the supermarket was fantastic. We made use of the BBQ on a couple of occasions too., Beautiful pool area, lovely breakfast, clean room with a terrace overlooking the pool area which had stunning views. Quiet, peaceful location only a 6min drive from Coimbra itself. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so welcoming.

Nothing to dislike

Their breakfast was a nice way to begin the day. The staff was very accommodating. Upon arrival to the property on a hot day, the pool was very inviting. The water was cold, but refreshing. It wasn't too far to drive to the bridge parking lot to walk into town.

Not their fault, but there was a music festival happening that could be heard from our room. Went on till late into the evening. Check in at the gate was tricky, but that was partly our fault because we didn't give him a working number.

We had a lovely stay, wonderful spacious room with an incredible bathroom. We were met by Sylvia, and Eduardo who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served by Eduardo and Philomina, who were very attentive. Sylvia gave us a great recommendation for lunch at Cervejaria Praxis - excellent food and beer!! We also went to Arcada Comes e Bebes in Coimbra centro for dinner - excellent.

Breakfast buffet was limited, there is room for improvement there.

The rooms are very big, decorated in a modern way but giving the right cultural touch with several books on the shelves and references to Coimbra city. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom very clean. The staff was very friendly and always available to help. The swimming pool was big enough for all the people with chairs for everyone. There is a fridge that we can use and a fully equipped kitchen (shared) to be used by the guests, there are also drinks and coffees that can be purchased from the minibar with a good selection of wines and beers.

the swimming pool was not very clean when we arrived but was cleaned in the meantime, so in the next day was perfect. i also suggest to be available in the rooms a mosquito diffuser since the windows don't have a net incorporated, nothing worst than a army of mosquitos to ruin your rest during the night.

Had the loveliest time at Granja Da Cabrita - Sylvia and co. were extremely welcoming to us throughout our entire stay. We felt comfortable around them. Staff were informative and always present for any queries! The breakfast provided was everything we could have wanted! As for the room, it was spacious, stylish, and well-equipped. Bathroom was very chic and plenty of space! Bed was very comfortable. We were also able to walk around the estate which was beautiful! Good parking spaces available, surroundings varied (playground for children, wildlife in the goats and sheep, and pool). Isolated but connected which is what we wanted! Almost lost my girlfriend to the goats, she was so in love with them! Highlight to our trip in Portugal was this accommodation and brilliant escape from the city! Thank you!

Nothing! Would probably have liked the pool to be heated but understand that it probably wasn't the best season for use - well informed in advance anyway which was great! We got to have a nice cold plunge instead!
