Quiet, peaceful, and clean in our room and throughout the building. Consistently pleasant, friendly, helpful, professional staff. Great quality sleep! Useful shops and services nearby. The room size was comfortable for the two of us.

At least a few blocks closer to the city center would be ideal. It was a long walk some nights if we were coming back from Vila de Gaia, for example. It's a relaxing walk though; no hills (a relief!), quiet neighborhoods, a few parks and restaurants. Sometimes we took a taxi instead, which cost 5 to 8 euros.

We had to make a last minute reservation to spend the night in Porto and saw this great looking hotel with a big discount so we decided to book it. Everything went smoothly, the room is big and functional, the bed huge and very confortable which gave us a very good and needed night of sleep. The bathroom and shower were also great. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as we don't eat much in the morning. There are other options nearby which are way cheaper if you only want to have a cup of coffee and something else. If you eat a lot, the breakfast does look delicious and it's a good option. The hotel is very well situated with a metro station very close and some restaurants. We were only going to leave at 5pm so we left our bags in the hotel until then. The staff was nice and efficient.

The room was extremely comfortable, the AC worked well. We enjoyed being there so much, and it was the middle of our trip, so we were feeling a little 'road weary'. As the property was so nice, we decided to stay in, and had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was awesome (and came with a 30% discount, due to staying at the property) Breakfast was also very good!

It felt like a long walk from the train station (20 minutes or so) However, it appeared, after looking around the area, to be one of the nicest hotels that was close to the train station, and as our train left early the next morning, it was a great choice for us

The hotel is well appointed and has quite new installations. The location is close to most attractions in Porto, but there is also excellent sound isolation from the street movement. The breakfast buffet is well-appointed and worth the price.

During our registration with the front desk, the receptionist in charge had a mix-up and ended up sending us to a room that was already occupied, a very unpleasant experience. Also, although the hotel provides charging spots for electric vehicles, it does not have any adaptors to help plugin.

The room was very clean with comfortable big bed. The breakfast was nice and we appreciate Portuguese Pastel de nata at the breakfast. The staff were friendly and willing to help. However I should mention that rooms are not very soundproof. Especially when your noisy neighbors right across the hall decided to woke up their friend in the middle of the night and start nocking on his door for half an hour.

Hotel is quite new and very friendly stuff. Lobby bar could be a bit "pimped up", but generally all OK. Nice that there is a mini bar available in the room. The neighborhood as such was much better in the past when the good old "STOP" was still operating. Now it is a nasty tourist area and homeless people live across the street. Restaurants nearby started to sell Pizzas and Burgers. What a shame for this beautiful and historical town... Cheap carriers like Ryanair and Easy Jet etc. as well as the AirBnB & Hotels everywhere destroyed the spirit of this town. The hotel was fine but the development of the whole city of Oporto is crazy.

Direct neighborhood not so nice. Homeless men and "smoking people" across the street.

The walk from the train station to the hotel was not scenic and I started to worry that perhaps I should have done more homework about the neighborhood. However, the hotel felt like an oasis at a surprisingly good price and was actually quite close to the places we wanted to visit. The room and shower were spacious and the breakfast buffet was delicious, complete with local bubbly.

Room is spacious and very comfortable. Location is a bit far from the touristic area but you can access everything easily by train, which is just across the street.

When I was having breakfast the attendant forgot to tell me that I had to pay for it (she just let me in without asking my room number and I forgot I had to breakfast included). I had one single coffee with milk and had to pay for the full amount (I guess it was more than 20 euros).

Staff is very friendly, very extensive breakfast buffet with quality meals, the hotel was very clean, in the majority of the cases the soundproofing was good enough (bar door slamming), the beds were fantastic to sleep on, nice and extensive TV channel list, and just across the street there's a bus and a metro station.

Our room had a couple of non critical faults, like poor/blinking light, a very non-cooperative shower faucet (hard to regulate temperature, it was always too hot), a door that wouldn't like to close properly unless slammed quite hard. It would seem some of the neighbors had the same problem so this slamming could be a bit disturbing, especially during late hours. Wifi worked but was not really usable for streaming purposes.

Exceptional breakfast every morning. The room was of a good size with everything you would want, including excellent shower! The main lobby was very airy and comfortable. The restaurant was light and airy and the tables set well apart. The food when we eat in the evening was excellent and very well priced.

Nothing I can really criticise about this hotel. However it was 1.5k from the centre, presumably why the price was lower than you would expect.
