- Location: close to the all transportation means (bus, metro, train, taxi), 2 min. to walk. - Host: very friendly, helpful, available on call 24hrs if needed. - Check-in/out: well organised, clear info about all rules, flexible time of arrival possible after previous info to the host. - House: clean, renovated inside; narrow stairs, no elevator. - Room: small with private bathroom (big plus), clean, some details could be renovated but doesn't matter much; comfortable bed; no window to outside but internal one to corridor (doesn't matter for us - the room is not visible by the open window for others in corridor); lack of air condition; wardrobe with drawers and mirror in place; heater available if needed; clean towels and bedding (hotel class). Attractive price for very good quality. We will come here again.

Very friendly owner. Room is exactly like on the pictures. Strong air conditioning, that was life saving. Nice location - just a couple of minutes walk from bus and train stop Campanha, so metro connection from airport without changing the line, just couple of metro stops to the city center, and Flixbus connection to Lisbon. From the other end of city center there are buses to the hotel. Very nice Portugese-Angola restaurant in couple of minutes walk.

The bed sheet used for under/instead of the blanket had a hole in one place and some strange black spots in the other place. Not very good sound proof - we could often hear people in the neighbour room getting physical. WiFi was decent but not very strong.

The facility was close to everything you need.for a trip. Close to cafés, padaria and transpo to the city and out. Fernando and Debra as a host is exeptional. Definitely goes above and beyond. Helpful and kind. Will definity recommend to friends and family. We will stay again. Fernando and Debra are assets to this Inn.

location close to bus terminal and yet not far from the city center all the furnishings looked new and very comfortable everything was very clean and tidy

last day of our stay we found couple of bed bucks and my friend has been beaten in her face which kind of spoiled otherwise nice stay - bright side of it is that we know all the antibugs measures 😎

Fernando was awesome, very welcoming, gracious & helpful. Great location right by the Campanha train station & metro. Nicely presented facility with outside terrace on top.

Not sure we got the room I booked although it may have been our fault for accepting a room offered so we didn't have to go up more stairs! It was right beside the entry steps & desk, very noisy & the light going on & off as people came & went.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean with pretty new facilities. The place is quiet and easy to access. We have arrived in the structure before the actual check in but the owner allowed us to leave backpacks in our room even if it was not ready. i really appreciated it.

We had the Deluxe Family Room. It was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was very handy to both train and metro but there was no noise from the trains. There were eateries nearby.

There was a lot of echoing in the hallway and stairwell within the building.

Near the center, close to metro, My room had air conditioning and personal bathroom, all was super clean and room service was on point all the time. Restaurant and bars close by.

Great place to stay in Porto. The hotel is located in the vicinity of the city center. There is also a metro station and a bus station nearby. Great contact with the host, the place is very neat, clean and comfortable. I am very happy with my stay in this place.

The location was exceptional, being next to the Campanhã station enabled be to easily reach every corner of the city. Mr. Fernando was also a joy and highly considerate host, eager to help and guide newcomers to the lovely city of Porto.
