Staff: They were the most helpful people that I have met. They helped me with all my requests and aided me in my endeavours. Location: It is about 9 minutes away from Casa da Musica metro station and 1 minute away from an important bus station. Breakfast: It was average from my POV. Lots o pastries but only 2 type of cheese and 1 type of ham. However, it is manageable. Bathroom: There was always hot water available and the toilet flushed properly. The shower cabin was decent in size and it closed properly. It was quite big overall. Room: It was very big in size. The bed was comfortable. The TV had about 30 channels available. The AC worked well, although I didn't need it much. One huge plus is the fact that my room was serviced daily, having the sheets and towels changed.

Room: The walls have poor sound insulation. I could hear what neighbours were saying and doing. I even had to call the reception in one night to ask them, to ask the neighbours to keep the noise down as I couldn't sleep due to this.

The hotel is located in a nice, safe area, near Casa da Musica metro station, outside the tourist center, but you can reach it very quickly by metro, 3 stops to Trindate central station. Near the hotel is a small shopping center that has a supermarket, and also Mercado Bom Sucesso, an very nice indoor market with food stalls. The room was very clean, linen and towels were changed every day.

It was very difficult to maintain the water temperature in the shower. Very bad wi-fi. Breakfast is limited, only one type of cheese and one type of ham, milk and cereal, yogurt, butter, jam and pastries, but you can manage for a few days

It was a great wonderful hotel, the location was fantastic, and the hotel is close to public transit (buses and subway). The room was spotless; it was perfectly sized and finished. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was fine, a decent number of thing to eat.

It's hard to say because the hotel and location were nice. The only bad thing I remember is the towel; it was stained but nothing major. We have a problem with the lift as well, it was working to go up, but it wasn't going down, so we need to use the stairs.

Breakfast was very good. Location is good, easily to go to city center by walking and also a metro station close. The room was big and clean, perfect for a couple of days. The staff helped us in everything we needed. It is perfect for a short staty.

The furniture is old and classic. The room is convenient, but it seems that it has not been renovated for a long time.

A Staff and beautiful placement

Very poor,even eggs they haven't. Coffee machine broken,coffee was dropped as as medical drops. Thas a situation was stay all four days my accommodation.

Room is spacious. Beds are great. Airconditioing is good. Television a bit small. Breakfast is ok. Staff are nice, approachablle, communication is well, and helpful. Great restaurants nearby. Rotunda Boavista and Peninsular Cafeteria

Could have a bigger TV, more clothes hangers and extra chair.

Your booking. Com reference states you have a bar which we told you don’t and the local bars to you didn’t welcome strangers and were charging different prices for tourists. I am a bar owner and maybe I wouldn’t have booked your hotel if I had known there was no bar. That’s false advertising

Location is good, but you have to use public transport to get to city attractions. It's a standard 3 stars hotel, although the room was very spacious. Room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for the price level

It was not possible to sleep with open window because of bar downstairs.

The location of the hotel is in a short distance from attractions, local shops and restaurants. Room was pretty big and quiet. Everything was clean. Good breakfast options (sweet and savory). Staff was friendly.
