The shuttle bus drivers are outstanding ! I see the same drivers every time I stay there. Front desk staff also really professional. Room is nice and the bed is super comfortable.

Coffee maker is minimal and coffee tasted like some kind of Nasty. Only sugar- no stevia or even cheap Splenda. For a nice hotel you think they could spend a few pennies for some decent coffee mate and stevia sweetener. Water was not as hot as I like it for a decent shower. No microwave. I like to be able to heat up a sandwich or something and not have to go down to the restaurant to get something hot to eat. A cheap microwave is only about $40 on sale at Walmart or Costco. To me no hotel room is decent unless it has a microwave. I’m being generous giving this hotel a rating of superb because it doesn’t really deserve one.

The location, spacious and comfy room, and somewhat peaceful rooms. The roof top pool, too, on a sunny warm day/ evening.

The restaurant. It's hit or miss. Some days/nights, you'll get your food. The rib eye steak was undeniably delicious! Everything cooked to the right temperature, and the add ons were just as great... if not better than expected. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me for breakfast. I ordered 3 pancakes. I waited an hour for them to be delivered to my table, and they were crap! It was like they forgot about my order and then rushed it by placing it in the microwave. They expected a tip. I watched other guest arrived in late, and they received their meal long before I had mine. I'll go to the dinners, but definitely take a pass with breakfast... what a joke!

1) The 'cosmopolitic' reception personnel are competent, and both very accomodating and friendly. 2) The restaurant serves nice and tasty meals, and the waittresses are rapid and charming. However, this is not at all the case for the restaurant management, which is sometimes sitting at the bar and appearing negligent, inattentive and bullying. 3) I was very happy that the hotel kept my luggage in the hotel luggage room, free of charge for 4 nights until I came back to the hotel from work in the Northwestern Territories.

1) The laundy facilities are not well maintained, one washing machine had no water supply ! 2) The frese shuttlebus service is difficult to find in the Calgary Airport, I suggest that the Clique Hotel or Booking.com sends the client a map where to find the shuttlebus. In my case, the driver missed me and I had to wait another 40 minutes.

We couldn't imagine a more comfortable bed, and one of the best showers I've had in a hotel! The airport shuttle picked us up at 2am with a friendly driver. The hotel breakfast was reasonably priced and had tasty options.

The information about the hotel shuttle online is not correct. It states it runs on a schedule to/from the airport (15 minutes before and after the hour) but it actually requires a phone call requesting a shuttle when you arrive in the airport.

Close to airport. Clean facility. Enjoyed the spa. In-hotel restaurant was pretty good.

The gentleman at the front desk when we check in was very nice and we appreciated his service. However, when our airline flight the next day got canceled and we called the front to see if we can extend our stay, the lady at the front desk (with a strong Indian accent) stated that the hotel was full. When we went online, we were able to make reservation at the hotel which was then received. We are not sure why we were told that the hotel was full when we were able to reserve a room.

The proximity to the airport was fantastic, esp after traveling over 20 hours on 2 hours of sleep! The staff were extremely kind and caring, knowledgeable and professional. They had fruit and water available in the lobby 24/7. The rooms were clean, quiet and updated. The beds were comfortable and the shower was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant in the lobby served delicious food (and offered room service) and the staff were all welcoming and helpful. The lights under the bed - that was fun to play around with all the colors

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the night lights around the base of the bed - nice touch. Although the hotel is very close to the airport the rooms must have had extra sound proofing! Very quiet. We also had time to enjoy a morning coffee in the hot tub on the roof. Extra effort shows up everywhere. Great job

Check-in was horrible. I've never had issues like this before. I said my name AND gave her my photo ID with my name on it and she still checked me in under the wrong name. Extra charges on my credit card because of this that I had to call back into the hotel for 2 days later. Room had 2 queens and one was good but the other was broken down on either side. Definitely needs to be replaced.

The room was spacious and very comfortable with a large bed and two desks. There was attention to detail with LED lights under the bed, a lovely range of cosmetic products in the bathroom, dressing gown, coffee and tea machine and a massage shower. They let us check in early and so we had time to enjoy the workout room, which had a treadmill and a great view over snowy Calgary, and the rooftop hot tubs. The latter were a particular delight as we were alone up there and it was snowing while we luxuriated in the hot water. The bed was very comfortable and had a quality mattress. We didn't need to use the free airport shuttle bus but I could see others using it and it seemed to be working well.

The reason why I didn't give this hotel a 10 is because I could hear the bumps and movements of the other guests around our room, though most hotels are that way to be fair. It would also be great if they could add some more gluten-free options to their menu (such as taking the wheat out of the burgers, which is very easy to do). The same goes for the breakfast options. We didn't eat breakfast because virtually everything had gluten in it. The menu could easily be adapted to make most items have a gluten-free version.

We came from a long international flight late at night, the Jetblue lost our luggage. The hotel picked us up quickly with the shuttle, there was a laundry room, so we could have clean clothes for the morning . The room was so inviting, with bath robes and stuff that came in handy without our luggage. In the morning the shuttle took us to the airport to get our car and the front desk was very helpful in explaining to us where to get stuff.
