The welcome staff at the desk (Alisha) was very friendly and made check-in smooth and quick. Room and bed were good, would have been nice if there was a hot tub and/or sauna with the pool. But otherwise cool that it was salt-water.

The breakfast options were not good, the same eggs every morning, not well labeled so I was often doubtful on which was vegeterian or not. It would have been nice to see other hot food options such as omelets, home fries, etc.

It was economical while including a pool and a breakfast. Michelle, worked during breakfast, was extremely helpful to assist my family with getting food to accommodate our food allergies. Michelle was amazing.

The elevator was extremely slow. There was food and drinks spilled in the elevator. The breakfast had very few options for people with allergies and some of the staff were unwilling to be helpful to find ingredients and assist us.

i like the price , i like the location, good value for your money! the only thing i didnt like was on our last night, our a/c was having issues. we were offered to move rooms though for better comfort , however i declined because i dont want to go through the hassle of moving our stuff to another room

there were no instructions on how to use the jet tub, I dont think the A/c worked very well as the temp never went down in the room even tho it was set to cool, the pillows also had markings on them

The hot breakfast that was included was awesome!! Much nicer than the usual provided at hotels. We had our dogs and loved that we had a ground floor room with no carpeting. Bed was lovely and comfy.

Our TV controller didn’t work. We called the front desk and they were quick to respond but even new batteries didn’t work. We were able to use it with the controls on the actual TV. Minor inconvenience. The biggest thing we would have liked would have been more outdoor green space for our dogs. There is only a patch of grass at the side of the parking lot. In an ideal situation it would be a fenced in green space with a bench and a garbage can!!

The bed and pillows, king bed and the large pillows were very very comfortable, we had a quiet and really comfortable night and the location put us only 7 km from the medical specialists office. The price for a king room was great value and the room was spacious, bright and had a home feel to it.

Drink machine on level 2 being out of water, not really that bad but had to put something in this block, lol.

The staff; Ankita has worked with us before and is always friendly and helpful. She makes us feel valued and welcomed, she is a huge reason we keep coming back. Alisha was very accommodating and helpful as well. Their manager should be proud.

Perhaps the windows could be upgraded to better keep the traffic noise out.

Was safe, Staff were excellent. Good price and location. Room very clean with good facilities of microwave and fridge etc. Could not have chosen a better place and price was excellent.

Starbucks right behind hotel, comfy beds, fast checkin/checkout. Clean and simple. Night staff was super friendly! Felt safe. Lots of parking well lit. Great location close to many things/shopping /food.

The pillows are very uncomfortable. The room temp would not go cooler than 20 degrees.

I didn’t like that I had to climb stairs to get to room. Being 65yrs old it’s rather tiring , especially carrying luggage up the stairs and down the stairs.
