I have used this hotel previously and chose to discard a night elsewhere to stay here for our final night of the holiday. A hotel which is not "adults only" but appears to attract clients who wish to stay somewhere which is more than a tourist "fly and flop". Several restaurants to choose from within the Almyra and the adjacent Annabelle. Buffet Breakfast in the Mosaic restaurant is always a temptation due to the extensive choice with much local produce Standards are high and appear to retain staff, which adds to the feeling of "welcome". Staff are evidently trained to a high standard and deliver good service. Always had a relaxing experience.

No complaints about the hotel. There are currently major road works to the rear which could not be heard inside the hotel but can be intrusive when outside and dust. This development extends into the area behind the port so is likely to be there throughout the summer.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff there was very friendly. The spa was beautiful and the treatments very pleasant. The location right next to the ocean was unique. The restaurants in the hotel were very tasty.

When we arrived we did not get a proper briefing on the hotel. We listened to another couple who received a detailed briefing on the hotel and services. When we asked the front desk staff to reserve a table at a restaurant a day in advance, we had to come to the front desk twice to be told a few hours in before that the restaurant had no seats available. We were not informed by a message in the room or by email, but had to ask twice ourselves. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely return!

Loved the staff at Almyra hotel. The staff took the effort to converse. Shout out to Nicolina. The staff at ouseri were also exceptional. A big shout out to Vasiliya and the muscly guy. Sociable people.

The toilets at Ouseri were terrible. It does not suit a place like Almyra. I'm disappointed with that. The staff at Antasia beach club needs training with communication and customer interaction. For the price of stay at Almyra, I would expect that water should be complimentary. I just don't want to mess around with getting water which is the most basic need. Every day, you should bring 2 bottles of water to the room. It's a nice gesture and only costs you 2 euros for both bottles.

I loved the lay out and the design , the fact it was just in front of the beach

there was a little small episode about the cleaner insisting coming in our room the day of check out at 10 am , when check out it was actually at 12pm , she also didn’t speak English which made everything more difficult

Excellent service and experience. The feeling is that the hotel is not too crowded, and outside beds are always available. The location of the hotel is perfect. We got a room on the first floor with a terace and small sea view, room size was good for 2 plus 1. The butlers service is excellent. Food quality in breakfast is very good. They put mineral water every monring on the room and welcome you with wine and fruits. The adult area is nice and quiet.

They must add more vegetables to breakfast. We needed some help with room maintenance like the minibar freezer did not work, the curtain was of the hook , and asked a few times for an extra blanket until someone came to ask if we missed anything. Kids club is only working as a paid sessions, kids cant just come and lay there for 1 hour for free, its a nice arrangement if your kid is willing to stay and talks basic English, they take the big kids oudside for nice activities .

My husband and I stayed at Almyra 2 long weekends in a row. Staff is super friendly, location is perfect, bed-beaches are not cramped like in nearby hotels. Small pets are accepted for a fee, which includes bed&bowls. On request, dry or humid food is also provided. A long, coastal broadwalk right in front of the hotel is ideal for a relaxing walk throughout the day. Large and healthy breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the pool or in the garden under the olive trees- pets are allowed in this area. We also enjoyed having lunch at the fish restaurant on the ground level, which is also an incredible spot for a sunset Spritz.

I wish in the near future the hotel will set up a designated dog-friendly area at one of the pools, where our furry friends could enjoy the shade by our bed-beach, fully leashed and well-behaving.

We had amazing 6 nights in Almyra at the end of May. It was out first time in Cyprus and we absolutely love it. Here is the list of highlights from our stay: - instead of a traditional high-rise resort building, Almyra is a complex of smaller 2-3 story buildings with 4 big pools stretched along the seashore. This helps to spread guests throughout the complex and ensure it feels quieter and more relaxing and there is enough space in each pool. - Staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating and always eager to help. Everyone is always smiling and very polite. They also work hard to keep Almyra safe, clean and enjoyable. - I visited all facilities in Almyra, which were all to a great standard. For example, the gym is fully equipped for a good workout, they have sauna, yoga/pilates terrace and even spa and beauty salon. There are several bars and restaurants onsite that cater both small bites and big meals. - Even though it's a family-friendly hotel, there is a whole adults-only wing with a separate pool and bar. We spent a day there and enjoyed quiet and relaxing space. - Breakfast was great with lots of various options catering to different diets and tastes. Everything was fresh and tasty. - We had a sea-view premium room on the second floor. It was quiet just like we requested. The bed was big with super comfy mattress and bedding. I also loved Aqua di Parma miniatures in the bathroom. - Also loved small touches in the room like complimentary water, wine and fruit. Lastly, the location of the hotel is perfect. It's further away from the harbour with its hassle and bustle but still within a 10-min walk to get to lots of restaurants and bars. There is also a public sand beach within 2 min walk.

There is almost nothing bad to note about Almyra, just a couple of comments. One is our room floors weren't cleaned on a second day and complimentary water often was not replaced by the cleaning lady so we had to ask the reception for it. While most of the hotel room was nice and modern, bathroom was a bit shabby and shower cabin could use some upgrading and tile cleaning.

amazing room- even though it was facing the garden it was very private. cheerful staff. good variety of breakfast items. omelet bar a great plus, but was crowded. lovely outdoor area. very little variety of fresh juices at the pool.

We asked for late checkout and were told that we could pay extra to stay until 3 or 6pm. when we asked for just one more extra hour until 1pm they said sorry we have an arrival coming soon.... The quality of the pastries, and the croissants was average- bready/ stale. coffee is average- either too dark (hot americano) or too diluted in the case of freddo.

The bathroom in the room that we had needs a bit of renovation and the food apart from the breakfast of Almyra, from the restaurants we tried around the hotel next to the beach sidewalks and outside in the village were not as good as expected. Maybe we were just unlucky but definitely expected better.

Adults only pool and spa facilities were great. Hotel design and location also very good. One of the main pools having a shade cover is a brilliant idea and clearly utilised by families

Our room balcony doors seemed to be misaligned so when all doors were closed the air conditioning would not work, to align the sensors one of the doors was still slightly open. The food in the poolside restaurant was pretty average and you pay for the convenience more than the quality.
