The location of the hotel is in a mid point between the old city and Jumeira area where a plenty of activities and attractions are available. This was particularly convenient for someone who has a car. Although my room was overlooking Sheikh Zayed Highway which was busy and noisy most of the time, the sound-proofing system in the room was excellent.

The room was spacious (but the price paid for was very high). The buffet breakfast was very crowded and service was very slow. Ordering tea during our 3 nights stay takes around 20 minutes. There was no hot water for self-service for making tea. The buffet was scattered all over the place and the variety was limited for the high price paid for. The bath tab was in the room itself and not in the bathroom. This was not practical and water was all over the place. Also mixing hot with cold water in the bath-tab was not easy, and if someone is using the shower in the bathroom at the same time, water temperature and flow become not stable.

I loved the appearance, cleanliness and amenities of the hotel! The rooms are also perfect! Housekeeping especially Mannual was excellent!!!

The only part I didn’t like was another hotel guest was inebriated and got off the elevator with my friend and I. Feeling uncomfortable we got back on the elevator to the 7th floor and told the staff the same. However they only stood there and looked at us and we literally had to make a run for it and figure out another way for us to get to our room. Management reached out the next day to apologize. I don’t feel like a guest should ever feel scared or in danger and the staff literally does nothing.

So e people were not nice. One of the check in women was not very nice, when my card was rejected because I didnt remeber the pin number, she stopped treating us nice. Moreover, when we went to the bar, one of the bartenders asked my son’s age, I responded 20, one of the men in the bar said he did not belive us and asked my son to get an id. We didn’t mind showing documents, but did not appreciate the way he spoke tonmy son who came to UAE to visit and the stay atcthe V Hotel was a surprise.

1. Pillows can be more comfortable. 2. The lobby can be enhanced with more coaches and tables. Sometimes I come and can’t find a place to sit. 3. There should be a short and fast access to the pool area. Now it’s a long and awkward walk to reach there from the hotel.

we absolutely loved our stay at V Hotel,rooms were outstanding i dont even have words to express how amazing the hotel and all its staff members are we went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we got upgraded to a suite which was absolutely gorgeous room with the swimming pool and canal view, a huge thank you to sithumini for making sure our stay to be most comfortable and memorable, especial thank you to mega as well for letting us stay in same room when we extended our stay and we appreciate nusulah’s efforts for decorating our room loved the hospitality of all staff members from housekeeping to management we are definitely coming back and i would highly recommend everyone to stay at this beautiful hotel

Very nice hotel with good services. Valet parking was excellent even with the crowds. The room was very spacious and clean. All staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent for me, although it was sometimes annoying at the entrance because of the crowd. This is my second time in this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for remembering my birthday and bringing me a chocolate cake 🎂

Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms, big and nice pool areas, very good breakfast. But the most important are people who make your stay memorable. Heng, the hotel concierge is very professional person who cares about customers satisfaction. He helped us with our problem, saving our time and a lot of stress. He works a lot to deliver best experience to customers.

Breakfast was very good and beautiful arranged, but in that hotel class we would prefer to have even better choice of meals.

the crew recognized me as a regular, that was nice. location is great for me as i have a car in the center between marina side and burg khalifa also if you like cycling you can rent bicycle on the canal side and ride along canal one really nice jesture was a comlimntry cub cakes from V hotel with booking.com logo, very nice touch
