Would recommend staying at this resort. Nice pool area, the room was spacious for a family of 4. Friendly staff and we loved little details like cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. Only a few minutes drive to the airport and the hotel provided a free shuttle. Being close to the airport, planes would fly over the hotel but it didn't bother us. Free shuttle also to the beach.

We appreciated the free shuttle downtown but found it a bit stressful as we were there during high season over new years and the shuttle would fill up quickly. Two shuttles, a larger one, or they perhaps running more frequently would have been better during that time. The wait time for service at the pool area was always a bit long. Only one person on hand taking orders and it wasn't enough. Paid for a room with a balcony but it was so small we didn't find at appealing to sit out there. We really should have just gotten a standard room for less money.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was great. Michelle at the front desk is friendly and pleasant. The pool was great, but the hottub wasn't working. 😕

The hotel is in need of some upgrades, and the carpet is very worn. The bathroom sink leaked all the time. The toilet had poor flushing. The bathtub is in need of replacement. The $30 a day resort fee is a scam. I understand some renovations are coming. I would make the resort fee optional , and I am sure it is to cover the shuttle service downtown, which we never used.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and the pool surroundings were beautiful. The staff was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a tub and shower and toilet toilet separate from the sink. We had a balcony. Would definitely stay again. they had a shuttle to take you to downtown Key West every hour.

I do not have any concerns about the property other than it was about 20 minutes from downtown Key West. However, I enjoyed staying at Doubletree. They did have a shuttle to take you to the heart of Key West.

After travelling for 2 weeks and staying in mediocre hotels on our way here - this hotel was as manna from heaven. Keep up good job Hilton! Rooms are spacious enough, balcony option is good, breakfast option was very good, wi-fi signal is good and fast, clean, clean towels everyday, towels for the beach are included, water 2 bottles each day for free, transfer shuttle was good but sometimes bus was not enough for big crowds of tourists going to the town center.

Rooms were a little tired, no safe in each room. Room 174 has a beautiful view and hot tub right below the balcony and we were forcibly involved in any discussion and drinking and singing after it in this hot tub but without inviting us with all hot tub visitors. So take it higher floor or deal with it. Breakfast was included but you have to sign inventory receipt anyway at breakfast - but the error in billing was charged us twice. Good habit - to check your BILL. Management refund it and apologize immediately.

Price of the room we were give a price when we first booked with booking. Price change on Sunday, Monday 500 hundred. I was told the price between 2,031.00 when I left the price had gone up 1000.00 +. Will never book with you guys again. Made my trip nightmare. Please don’t every contact me agin for any reason. I will make sure family and friends are aware of your ways.

Hotel should exchange carpets in rooms with wood floor for hygiene reasons Hotel implemented savings on daily room cleaning into on-demand cleaning, one of luxuries to stay in a hotel. Used too much time to ask for cleaning every day. Hotel a bit too much dominated by the US Army employees - especially at pool side

Overall I like the cleanest off the room spaciousness of the room the balcony looking over in the pool I love that a lot

What I did not like I don't know big lady for me the shower was too small getting in the shower to that glass door wasn't comfortable I didn't like the way how the faced basin we're just stuck in the corner it wasn't working for me the lighting even to put on makeup was not good what are my other biggest thing and I see biggest thing I was disappointed there was no microwave in the room that you could warm something if you wanted to warm your food you have to go downstairs in the gift shop I found that to be very inconvenient when you get down there there's a long line to use the microwave

The hotel had a nice pool area which helped us relax after our long drive to Key West. Loved the fact that they had a shuttle to Key West, since the hotel is located away from the city. The room was spacious.

Great location, especially if you’re flying in. Free shuttle buses down to the old town are great. Nice to able to relax in a quieter location, then head out for the hustle and bustle when you want it. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

A little pricey for our couple of nights stay. Guess the earlier you book the prices are better. Little tip, avoid a Saturday night stay if your trip allows. Double the price on a Saturday night!
