there were lots of things to do if you were staying for a few days. we were only there one night, so didn’t use the other facilities. the location was perfect for us.

the outdoor area where your patio table and chairs are… there is no partition between the rooms, so if the person in the room next door is out in their hammock/at their table then there isn’t any privacy. that’s the only negative I can think of, and that’s picking.

I loved that it is right on a beach and they have chairs outside the rooms so you can sit and relax and just listen to the water. Being my first time to key west, I did not want to be in the middle of all the tourist noise. It is was nice to go to our room and just relax and listen to the waves of the water. The rooms are quite. The beds are very comfortable, which can be hit and miss in hotels. I would definitely stay again. Having the bus to take you and pick you up by Duval street was a great touch.

the bathroom could have been cleaner. but did not effect my stay at all.

Complimentary breakfast was good to start your day. The Belgian waffles were very good for being frozen. The Ibis Bay short bus was a bonus! Took you to downtown every hour and picked up every hour until 10pm! Great convenience.

You can hear your neighbors in the next room easily.

I enjoyed having the beach outside my room with those great hammocks! the location was good only 12 min into town by car. I would suggest leaving the car behind and do their shuttle or Uber. parking is tough in town.

The workers cleaned the property constantly and was impressive. Our room was quaint, decent size, loved the patio and hammock right out our door, they do a good job with the space giving it a private Island vibe although off a main road. The shuttle to Duval areas is fantastic. Overall the price was good so easier to overlook some of the negatives.

it didn't have a coffee pot so you had to wait until 7:00 am for the breakfast to get it, the bathtub doesn't hold water, cigarette smoke from other guests just feet away was disgusting from a non smoker who is allergic, traffic is loud if sitting at the beach area, the restaurant needs more non seafood options, the bed was too small and not comfortable.

The location was amazing, we stayed in a beachside room with a hammock and chairs on the patio overlooking the waterway. The water was clean but shallow and a fair amount of seaweed. It was lovely to walk out anytime of day or night and have a peaceful unobstructed view away from the downtown hubub. We did the night kayak tour and found most of the 'bay' was shallow until you reached the dropoff near the coral. We rented bikes and had a fantastic time exploring the island, beaches and downtown. The bus on the hour is also handy.

Nothing, it was amazing. Everything on the keys is a bit pricey, but compared to other locations I researched this was definitely the best location.

The location was nice. Staff was friendly. View was great. Loved the hammocks. (Wish there had been one outside my room.) Room was nicely decorated. Everything seemed clean. Sitting outside for breakfast was nice. Office helped us arrange for a golf cart rental, because they didn't have a 2 seater available. Sitting on our patio or in the beach chairs was a nice way to end the evening. The bar was nice, drinks reasonably priced drinks. We will definitely go again.

Restaurant was a tad pricey. A discount for resort customers might be nice. There were some kind of "granules" that kept showing up, in the shower. No clue what it was. We would wash it out and it would reappear. No smell or anything. Just odd. Not a big deal. I wasn't fond of hearing my neighbors thru the wall, but it's a hotel, so kind of expected that anyway. Again, not a big deal. There wasn't much we didn't like....

This resort looks like it was built as the only thing near it. One could hang out there for a week, lots to experience. It was fun, anachronistic, a little worn. Unfortunately we only came to sleep, had stuff to do elsewhere. It was shockingly expensive, but the cheapest hotel with private rooms and baths that we could find near Key West.

Location. It is a resort. If you come to relax and stay on the grounds, it is adorable. We used this resort improperly, as a home base for local sightseeing. From our perspective its location is a drawback. It is not walking distance from anything awesome. We commuted to things by car both days, came back after dark.
