We stayed during hurricane Debby, the resort lost power for two days, but they kept slinging drinks, walking people to their rooms, then comp’ed half our food and bev tab for the entire stay! Staff remembered our names and drink orders. Pool attendants set up pool chairs with covers, extra towels, and cold waters. The coffee cafe woman (French accent) was so incredibly kind and got our mornings started off positive and strong (caffeine ;) ) Erick and Patrick at the desk, 10/10. Great job guys!

The menu everyday stayed the same. A rotating menu would have allowed us to stay and eat (and drink) at the property every day I stead of having to go out or Uber eat.

The pool was good, the location on the ocean was good, the staff was pretty helpful.

It was in pretty bad shape, I know they are doing renovations but there was mold all over the resort. Our shower had almost zero water pressure and the drain was clogged. The metal hanger in the shower fell off without me even touching it! The toilet also had almost no flushing power. There was spots and blotches in the ceiling where moisture was warping the paint. The elevators were out of service. The beach was covered with seaweed and rocks. The jetskis were very loud and also cut off access to the beach.

We really enjoyed sitting on the beach, taking in the scenery, having drinks and lunch. The whole experience was Fantastic! Getting Uber's was very easy as well when we went out to enjoy the town.

Our room smelled at first. Trash was in the hall that someone had left outside there room in the evening and was not picked up until the morning. Need more service staff for the beach, our poor girl was running around and had very little help with taking orders.

The side of the island where Casa Marina is located is beautiful and quiet, but the resort is also accessible any desirable island sites. We like being separated from the “cruise ship” feel. The wide sand beach is beautiful and there is room to breathe here. We either walked or biked everywhere. Highly recommend.

The room I reserved stated "Room with View" which it was located at the level of the air conditioner and had no view at all except for the A?C machines. Very disappointed regarding the view. Stairs in the main building has carpet and it was never vacuum during the 3 days we stayed there. Besides that staff is very attentive. The outdoor bar has an incredible view!

The location. The cleanliness of the pool area and grounds. The food was very good. Better than most hotel food. We stayed and ate on property more than one time versus going out. The staff was awesome.

It would be nice to have more of a poolside bathroom. I believe it is under construction. It will be better when the construction is completed.

Room was super spacious. I was offered an upgrade for a Seaview room with private balcony and it was worth it. I had a complimentary late check out. Very Comfortable. Pool had plenty of room, so even when it was busy, it felt spacious.

Little Grocery Shop was very expensive, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

I loved all of the amenities and the staff was so friendly!!

The power went out multiple times leaving us with no AC for several hours. The elevator also did not work the last two days of our trip, so we had to walk up three flights of stairs every time we needed to get back to the room.

The private beach was wonderful. All of the services at the beach and pool were fantastic. The property was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing! The lobby smells amazing. I regret not buying the candle.

Maybe more cream and sugar for my coffee..

for first time probably because the hotel is about to close for renovations next week, our initial room was very DATED tub [aint was wearing off, some missmatch furniture BUT after talking to manager Riannhna she was able to move us to 3rd floor our favorite corner ocean front room which was phenomenal as usual
