The pool was good, the location on the ocean was good, the staff was pretty helpful.

It was in pretty bad shape, I know they are doing renovations but there was mold all over the resort. Our shower had almost zero water pressure and the drain was clogged. The metal hanger in the shower fell off without me even touching it! The toilet also had almost no flushing power. There was spots and blotches in the ceiling where moisture was warping the paint. The elevators were out of service. The beach was covered with seaweed and rocks. The jetskis were very loud and also cut off access to the beach.

for first time probably because the hotel is about to close for renovations next week, our initial room was very DATED tub [aint was wearing off, some missmatch furniture BUT after talking to manager Riannhna she was able to move us to 3rd floor our favorite corner ocean front room which was phenomenal as usual

I didn’t like that it wasn’t advertised that the adult pool wouldn’t be open and thus only leaving 1 pool. I came to stay after my wedding and would’ve loved to have an adult only pool with no screaming children.

The location was great! We had a beachside room with balcony overlooking pool and beach. We used the spa Which was Wonderfull. Spent most of the time on the balcony wishing it was a little bigger. Pool service was great

Service was not good. No menu in the room for room service. Breakfast was terrible and overpriced. Felt like eating free at a business meeting rather than 4 star hotel food. Room cleaning was sporadic and never clean enough. Had to constantly ask to clean and for more towels.

We loved all Casa had to offer outside. Amazing pools, great service and food. Friendly staff. The option to go and lay on the beach with great lounge chairs and sun beds.

We understand it is going under renovation in a few weeks. The rooms and outside are in need of a face lift. Just some fresh paint and new fixtures will do it.

food at restaurants was very good. Beautiful location and sunsets from outdoor dining. nightly entertainer outdoors was great

room was big but a bit worn for the price. I believe they are going to renovate. no hot tub was a bummer

Pool was to warm for August. Add a chiller on it. No tv guide or do not disturb door hanger in room. Add a cooling fan outside during July and August.

Loved the private beach and adult pool area!

The room was not as glamorous as I expected, staying in the newer side of the hotel. The tub had chips places. I was expecting more comforts, like for instance a microwave. Also, there was not a 2nd access to our room. During my stay, there were 3 parties and had to walk through crowds to access the room.

This was a wonderful property in a good location

The room and the view were exceptional. We walked right to the ocean in the morning and watched the sun rise.

Everyone..the staff (all of them), the guests, the music that played, the separate adult abs kids pools, the closeness of the beach and pool..it’s a great place to bring kids!
