Everything! The outdoor area with ping pong, fooz ball, cornhole, bar & food was delicious

No hook in the bathroom. I don’t like setting my clean towel and clothes on the toilet.

Staff was very nice, the pool area is beautiful. The decoration of the room is nice and welcoming.

The whole hotel smells very much of mold and bathroom shower was full of hair from previous clients. They tell you to leave the AC on at all times because of that humidity problem but the AC unit is very loud. The room was very expensive (+$700) for what it is.

The manager on duty was the kindest man ever! Gave me a small Pink xmas tree and boxes to wrap gifts!!!! We could not find a little tree for our place and our son, age 20 lol insisted we have a tree on vacation! Nick helped me w boxes and the bar tenders were literally like family- delicious reasonable food and amazing drinks! We come to the keys all the time as our son is a student at college and we are so happy we did HAVANA CABANA! We always pay too much!! Cant wait to stay again! The xmas decorations were unparalleled from all! Thank yall for making our Christmas wonderful!

I liked that it was all adults, no late and loud nights at the pool or bar. The staff from the front desk staff, the concierge, the shuttle drivers, the bartenders and servers were all so very nice!

I would have liked more lounge chairs around the pool and maybe a little more sun that wasn’t blocked by so many trees. Also, the hot tub bubbles weren’t working, that would have felt nice after walking all over Duval all day.

Good location out of the Key West downtown Duval Street congestion but close enough and just across the N. Roosevelt beach to be convenient and a short drive to Stock Island. Excellent regular shuttle service from the hotel to the harbor and Old Town tourist areas, Very comfortable ambience with a nice pool and landscaping. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet with some thoughtful amenities. Decent value. The rooms could use a little upgrading, especially the bathrooms, but overall clean, restful, and comfortable. The hotel has a pleasant "Cuban Vibe" to it and we would definitely stay here again.

Bathrooms a bit dated and not particularly attractive. The laminate flooring in our room was bubbled up, probably due to humidity, so it was like walking on a foam mattress. Room air conditioners are noisy.

The reception greeting was great and explaining how thing worked. The room we could drive up to and park outside and we coulsnuse the shuttle Bus into town. Bar area was good and the bar staff were helpful. Air con was loud until we worked out there was a low setting on the wall. Was useful there was a I hop next door for breakfast.

Nothing was really bad about the place. Some of the pool staff could of has a upgrade on there personalities.

The outdoor bar and beautiful view of the pool. They have some games such as pingping etc. i like the complimentary drinks. Service was awesome! Free transport to Duval.

Unheated pool. Would be nice if it was heated since the weather temps in December is cold (about 13c at night).

Great accommodations and amenities for the price point. Friendly, professional staff and planned activities, with shuttle service to downtown. Laid back vibe and Cuban flair added to the experience. Fantastic visit to ring in the New Year.

Consider space when booking accommodations as the room was a little tight for 3 people, but other rooms were larger.

We were celebrating our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and it was. Absolutely loved it being adult only.

They have a wonderful shuttle into Key West, loved it, just wish it ran a little longer than 10:30pm. Not complaining, so happy for this service.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, the food was delicious the front desk employees were great especially Rudy who helped us check in even though his computer was down, he answered all our questions and gave great customer service every time he seen us he definitely made our stay better.

We had an employee that worked in the pool area who was very rude at times not to just our group but to other people there , we said something to front desk and they even knew who we were talking about before we even said his name or described him
