The location, the beds were very comfortable, even the bed on the wall, the chocolate box. The staff extremely helpful and reactful.

The bath: the floor was sinking when we showered (in our room, not in our children's room). Humidity odor in one of the room.

Affordable stay near Waikiki Beach and shopping center! Friendly staff!

No housekeeping services and some pillows were stinky. Please wash them too.

The hotel was affordable and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had all the amenities needed & wanted. It was in a good area of Waikiki. The beach wasn't too far away. They had table & chairs out front where my daughter & I enjoyed every morning drinking our coffee/Frappuccino that we got right across the street. There was a Dennys at the hotel & an ABC Store right next to the hotel. They had Valle car parking. There is a jewelry store in the hotel that gives a discount to the hotel stayers. There was an Aloha clothing shop in the hotel where the prices were reasonable. Both owners very nice & helpful. Your key only went to your floor or all your parties floor for added security. You could get to all the common areas w it.

The air was down for about 1.5 days. It wasn't the biggest deal because we dint come to Hawaii to stay in the hotel. We opened the lanai door & fresh/cooler wind came in. They gave us the resort fees off for the week & I would had gotten a bit more off if I hadn't booked through a 3rd party.

The location of the hotel is exceptional right across the road from the beach pretty much, the layout is absolutely beautiful big staircase going up Big reception area something that resembles a Moana hotel, first class amenities. The spa sauna and rooftop pool were just perfect staff are so friendly and right next door to the biggest ABC shopping in Waikiki with its own fresh deli at the back this was a bonus this hotel is absolute luxury on a more budget price $$ location location location in Lewers Street with all the flame torches at night close some of the best restaurants close to everything including the beach trolleys trams will definitely stay again so happy with the rooms they were massive and beautiful modern design - Andrew Penman Sydney AUS be sure to check out my Google review that would be more detailed

Really there wasn’t much to dislike, the hotel had excellent amenities perfect position location and first class room service and nothing was a problem to the staff :) really and truly it’s pretty much faultless, I can highly recommend you stay at this hotel if you’re in Waikiki on a reasonable price stay that’s not luxury but not budget ;) Andrew Penman Sydney AUS

The location of the hotel is awesome! It is one block from beach. Denny's is right next store,, and ABC on the other side. It is near the Swanky mall, Ruth Chris, Hard Rock, Cheesecake and any number of restaurants. Our room was a one bedroom and was pleasantly surprised because I thought it was a basic FL room as I call them. Our room had ocean views, I was thrilled with the location.

The staff was super helpful, until checkout. My flight had changed and we were leaving much later. I explained to Richard one afternoon and he booked me a half of day, is what the lady checking us out said. She said they didn't do that but Richard had helped us out of a perdicament not of our making. We actually only stayed 2 hours longer for $135 could have stayed much longer. She had an attitude unlike the rest of the staff. If she had an issue that should have been discussed away from the customer, not infront of us, like WE did something wrong, The rest of the staff were super helpful!

A little too noisy due to the outside Aircon and the car park near by

Very helpful staff at the reception both at check in and after we checked out. We could use the shower in the sauna area after we checked out as we had a late flight. Well equipped kitchen in the room to warm up food.

The location was fantastic - minutes from beaches, shopping centres, bus stops, restaurants. Excellent! The resort has daily activities free of charge for all guests, which I thought was a fantastic idea, The resort had everything we needed, if not, it was just a phonecall away. The ABC store downstairs was one of the best ABC stores I'd seen. And Dennys downstairs is very convenient and welcoming also. The staff here were AMAZING!!! Very friendly, welcoming, helpful, I can see why they're an award winning hotel - well deserved. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

We reserved 3 Banyan Suites and the drainage of these rooms could do with fixing.

Location couldn’t have been better. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette - could have done with a kettle but it wasn’t a deal breaker. There was a pull down bed but the room was big enough to have it pulled down all the time and it was very comfortable. On site laundry which came in very useful. The roof top pool was clean and well maintained. Reception staff were welcoming, polite and very helpful. Would definitely use this hotel again.
