The place was a great location and good value

Cleaning staff was very nice, front desk not so much. They also charged us another 50 dollars to check in after 11pm, even though they had security on site that could have given us the keys. If we didn't pay the 50 they wouldn't have given us the room until the next day. Other than that it was a nice experience there.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Being a solo traveller, I felt safe staying on my own. The bed was comfortable. The location was fantastic. In a central location, catching The Bus around town is ideal. There are plenty of food options available around the complex. There is a supermarket across the road for all your basic needs. I arrived early, and I was very grateful to the staff for allowing me to check in early. I would definitely stay again. Added bonus of a laundry that was very clean.

It is minor, but the only thing I didn't like was the pillows.

The location is awesome. Didn’t really need the kitchenette, because the food in the neighborhood is amazing. The room was really clean and the pull out mattress was surprisingly comfortable. Would stay here again.

Having the tv facing the couch instead of the bed was a choice. Can get a little on the loud side at night, that’s the cost of being in a busy district in the city though.

Location is exceptional! Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

There is no house kipping unless you ask for...(I was not notified about this.. After the third day, I asked about this matter, and they told me I had to ask one day to the other. Needed to ask for a change of towels, toilet paper, and bodysoap for the shower. There were bugs, all kinds, in the bathroom and kitchenette as well.

If you are in Hawaii this place is definitely bang for your buck! The room was very clean, yes it was older but hawii is an older state. We were directly across the street from the international market and a block away from beach. Even though there was a club we heard no noise at all. We slept great. I would definitely come back. I'm not giving away my room number that's my little secret lol. But overall a wonderful vacation

Only thing there was no continental breakfast but you are around so many restaurants it didn't even matter.

Spacious, comfortable and well equiped studio. Good location in the center of Waikiki and close to Waikiki beach.

The staff could be more communicative and smiling.

The location is excellent. Near Waikiki Beach and near the best places for dinner and walks during afternoons and nights. The hotel provides beach towels and chairs, umbrellas and coolers, which is a plus.

We had little ants in the kitchen and bathroom. We told this to the manager, but it wasn't solve during the week we stayed.

I stayed there with my wife to enjoy a one night stay. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help with everything we needed, they allowed us to store our bags after checking out which was really helpful and we could go out and about on our last day. They have some items you can rent to enjoy the beautiful beach that is only 2 blocks away. The location was superb with a bus stop just 3 minutes walking, a shopping centre just crossing the street with heaps of options to eat and enjoy. I really recommend the hotel if you just want some place to stay the night.

I mostly liked the location. Very centrally located and with good restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were helpful and overall feeling this was a Hawaiian motel in the center of Waikiki. I've heard such bad reviews but I didn't have any experience. They also provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which were nice amenities to have.

They have a strange policy of working up till 10 pm and if you arrive later you should call them and give them your credit card number and authorization code, over the phone so that they can authorize deposit withdrawal by themselves. Also since I'm from Europe I had to call via Skype just to confirm that since they reply through emails and messages were not quick enough. Anyhow I'll cancel my card when coming back home since I don't feel comfortable sharing my payment data with anyone and it can be misused.
