Good location by the water and most touristy places. Safe parking near unit. Shopping fairly close. All the appliances needed for extended stay. Staff was attentive. Good security at facility. Pool was good.

Fridge was off when we got there but maintenance got it up and running soon. Unit was showing its age a bit, though comfortable. The units mostly have a lot of stairs to climb which is tough if you’re older. Our unit had a long set of stairs going up, and then you had to walk down a few steps. Cable didn’t work well; we couldn’t change the channel in living room and bedroom tv was hard to understand the controls.

Nice location and good layout for the condo. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. The washer/dryer were great. The kitchen was well equipped. The check in was great even though we arrived late. Burt the security guard came quickly and gave us the key card. Also the office staff and Kiki the concierge were very helpful with information about places to go.

The screen doors need felt strips to prevent banging. They banged shut early in AM as people left for work or play so woke up our family in the second bedroom which faces parking lot. The balcony from which we could see the ocean needs a pull down shade because it was too sunny and hot to enjoy. There were no beach chairs or coolers in the condo. The office provided a few chairs for low cost but more beach equipment would really help.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and a very neat little cafe (Jammin Banana) where we got breakfast every day. Really loved that the unit had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms as we were traveling with our adult son and we all had privacy and no waiting for showers, etc.

No elevator. Not a major issue as we only had one set of stairs to go up but it was a pain with when we had to carry luggage.

Close to airport and very responsive! We had a last minute change that had us land at 10pm and we were able to get right in with no issues!

The air conditioners are a bit tricky. You have to locate a secret knob on the wall and turn it to have the air work. It was a pretty easy problem to solve but it confused us for a minute! And don’t back in the parking spaces! And quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am, so if you have early rising kids who like to crow at the chickens, you have to keep them quiet. But these are super minor and we LOVED our stay!!

The location was close to airport, restaurants and other amenities. Easy drive to other parts of the island. Plenty of room for the three of us to be comfortable. Very clean. Liked having a car port and 24 hour security person.

It’s a bit of an older facility hence scarce electric outlets and no usb ports. The air conditioners were a little hit or miss in how they worked. A lot of steps to haul things up and down to the car.

good location, clean and well maintained. grounds are attractively kept, parking is plentiful. Well appointed appliances (washer/dryer,dishwasher,microwave).Town attractions such as beach area easy walk~close to airport .staff is phenomenal!

Great location within walking distance of shopping, dining, and a really nice beach. Lots of space to spread out. One of our units was very nicely decorated and homey.

Hard to keep cool because instead of central air there were three window air conditioners on timers that were so worn you couldn’t tell if you were selecting the max six hours. Windows weren’t set up for cross ventilation. Near the road and the port, so noisy when the air conditioner timed out.

Loved having 2 bedroom upstairs and 2 lanais for 4 people. It made it very spacious. Although a 5 minute walk to the ocean, we could see waves and surfers from our lanais. I wasn't so sure of location at first, but got to love it. Nawiliwili is small, charming and off the beaten path, yet has many eating options from food trucks to great restaurants. And turn up the hill toward the highway in 2 miles there are costco and malls galore. Great spot.

No coffee filters. No salt or spices for cooking.

The lady who checked me in was very nice and friendly. Good location close to the Lihue airport. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable for three of us staying for a few days. I didn't have any problems with parking. There were alternate spots to park in the apartment area in case the ones near your building were taken.

A/C units can be loud sometimes, so it might be hard for light sleepers. However, if you are tired enough (from hikes for example), then you should be able to sleep through the night. Also, personally, I didn't like how there were too many mirrors in the apartment unit I stayed in.

chickens woke me up (Kauai), and going in December is the most expensive time... so it was more $ than usual--still it was worth it
