We absolutely loved our stay at the Banyan Harbor! The apartment was great, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies! Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, internet was fast, parking was right in front of the building, shops and a few restaurants close by as well as a nice beach. The washer and dryer with complimentary detergent were a great add on. Also, all the additional information sent by our host Dennis were highly appreciated! Lots of information on what to do, where to go and what to see! Not just in the area but on the whole.island!

Reasonably price and the locations is great. 2 bedroom condo so definitely recommended for a family. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Better than a 5 star hotel I might say.

One thing though, not sure if I just dont know how to use it but the spin dry of the washer wasn’t working. It was the last night of my stay when I did my laundry so there was no time to check with the owner. I was able to remedy it since the dryer was working.

Everything! The place was at the heart of Kauai in Nawiliwili. I have a family friend who live in Kauai and told me how close it is to the airport and like walmart costco target. So that alone was great. It has a little bit of beach view which is great too. It is close to the trash so everyday we just take out our own trash and the parking is just at the front and lots of parking spaces

Nothing much really. We didn’t stay too much like during the day wince we’re always out amd about.

Great host! Always available and fantastic communication! The location was the first half of our first stay in Kauai (did the second half on the north shore) and the location was perfect! The host gave a ton of helpful information about where to go for activities and scenic views. The location was great for any grocery shopping needs and wanting to take walks on the beach and stop in on local stores. The facility had a great pickle ball court which added to our fun! .

This is a great vacation rental to stay as a family. You pay nearly the same price as a hotel with the luxury of having a full kitchen, private rooms, private bathrooms, and balconies overlooking the ocean. I enjoyed that it was so close to everything. The staff provided information of what was around to enjoy and what to eat.

No complaints about Banyan apartment rentals. Only that it is located in a little industrial town. If you really want to see more of the island, then I recommend getting a car rental.

Our host is an excellent communicator and quickly replied if we had an inquiry. He also provided lots of useful information regarding our stay and island attractions. The staff was very helpful and maintained the common areas such as the pool area and BBQ grill very clean.

Lowest cost two bedroom near the ocean apartment that I could find ,yet also provides many amenities. That most higher cost places did not like air-conditioning ,dishwasher, covered balcony, one outdoor dining table, shuffle, board, tennis ,paddleboard ,basketball ,night security and concierge, Kalapaki is one of the best beaches of the island.

My stay was too short. Should have stayed longer

Location was excellent for our needs. Our host was fantastic, very informative and always available to answer our questions via text messaging or email.

There were relatively steep stairs going up from the garage to our room. I would request a unit where we do not need to carry heavy bags up those stairs on our future visit.

Host was awesome. Assisting us to purchase and be reimbursed for little things that made our stay easy and comfortable. Eg, allowed us to buy electric kettle although hotplate kettle available. We also purchased other pieces to make our stay easier: teaspoons, tongs. Pre visit information provided by host was awesome and of great assistance. Host is a very accommodating and flexible person.

Not allowing enough time on this Island, Kauai.

We had a very pleasant week here with our young adult kids. The condo was spacious and just right for our needs which included meals prepared in the kitchen. It was quiet, clean, and in a nice location.
