We loved the lighting in the room; especially the bathroom, as well as the water pressure. We also liked the breakfast, which was plentiful and good. The location was convenient for our needs as well.

The overall look of the hotel, though very clean, was "well-worn". Also, the lighting in the hallways left a bit to be desired. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. I wish the lounge was open, but it was being renovated (which is a good thing).

Great place. Love the food and the service. Cool little bar/lounge. Love that we can bring our pet when we take our daughter to college. Beautiful courtyard with pool and volleyball and fire pit.

The pillows were very flimsy though and they didn’t have any more when I asked but I just went to Walmart and got one. A little pricey during high season but understandable.

They allowed pets for a minimal fee which was why we picked this hotel. I do wish the rooms were slightly larger to accommodate a dog crate but we made it work. I liked the convenience of the property in proximity to the baseball fields and stores.

The key cards kept deactivating when near other magnets.

We were very pleased with ALL the staff and how we were treated. The hotel was very clean, rooms were excellent, and the place was QUIET! Breakfast was very good and stocked. If you needed anything, staff was quick to get it for you, and if they ran across you in the hallway, they'd ask if everything is fine! Can't say enough about this location. They were taxed because of a storm that blasted the area and half the people in the region had NO power. Yet staff showed up and they were VERY friendly!!! Good folks!

The property is quite large and located in a beautiful surroundings of Oneonta. Everything is nearby with easy access to highways. One can enjoy the scenic hilly surroundings of the nearby hills. The room was nice and breakfast was sufficient. We could park our car near to the room which was comfortable.

The bathroom could be better cleaned as we have found stains on the toilette. It wasn't a big issue but to have 10 out of 10, that's necessary.

Perfect location if your kid is playing at All Star Village. It is a quick 10 minute drive to the park which is helpful if you have a break between games to cool down or change. Location is close to Walmart which was also very helpful for water and ice runs, or anything you might have forgotten for the bunkhouse. Room was good size and was very clean and comfortable. Maid service was limited (which they are upfront about) and it worked out fine as if traveling for ASV you won't spend too much time there.

It was expensive for a basic hotel; however in line with the surge pricing at other area hotels.

The pool staff friendly and helpful

I had a bag of groceries and plates ,coffee ,cups for a party and other supplies about 50.00..and the cleaning person must of thought it was garbage and throw it out..I told the front desk and they said sorry,but that did not help .I had to go out and but the supplies again..it was upsetting.

Very quick trip up, in hotel less than 12 hours -- late check in and early check out. Room was clean, beds comfy (either that or I was just so tired that I slept pretty well). Bathroom a little outdated but fine otherwise. Free breakfast in the morning and had a nice variety to choose from. Views from breakfast area of mountains are perfect for your morning wake up. I'd stay again.

Location was great; although, the entry from the highway was a bit small. It was easy check-in and check-out

A bit dated but functional. It's a place I would bring my son but not my wife.

The pool and outdoor spaces were great. My children loved the basketball court. Views were amazing. Rooms were decent size and seemed clean.

The rooms could have been a little fresher…everything looked clean but seemed a bit stale.
