Comfortable bed nice shower and I love the shower gel and shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower,not everyone uses bar soap so it was so nice and comforting to stay the night at a hotel that really accommodates the customer's keep up the excellent hospitality.I will most definitely bring more business your way.

Calling the phone a hour or more before check out time and then 5 to 10 minutes later someone is knocking on the door annoyingly rushing you basically to check out or pay for another day.to pushy

Good size for the room and the bed. Despite 100 degree plus temperatures outside, the air conditioner inside worked well and kept me comfortably cool without creating too much noise. The pillows were also large instead of the very small, almost non-existent pillows that many economy hotels provide. The room and the bathroom were clean and the shower provided plenty of hot water at a good pressure to enjoy a proper and very cleansing wash. The room had a nice sized mini fridge and a reasonably sized microwave.

Unfortunately, the room did not have any lamps for the bedside tables so the only lighting available was available from one overhead light in the main part of the room and an overhead light in the bathroom/sink area.

Room was nice and big, bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and clean.

Towels are to small and thin...only had 2 towels for a 2 night stay wash clothes were the same one was worn through and had a hole in the center. No breakfast, no coffee maker in room, soap dispenser was empty in the shower, no security lock on door, no water pressure in shower and water did not get hot only warm.

Rooms are of a good size and clean.

I requested extra bath towels as I like to shower in the morning and before bed. Only two towels are provided every two days and on weekends you are on your own. I had to wait one hour in order to get the extra towels for the weekend.

I told them before checkin I had asthma and the front desk person took me to two different rooms to make sure one would meet my needs (I am allergic to cigarette smoke). Such a polite young man. Really went the extra mile. Facilities were very clean. I am a single female and felt perfectly safe in the area.

Although room said non-smoking, you could tell someone had smoked in the first room they had me look at.

The front desk person was extremely helpful and nice, she made me feel welcomed. The rooms are roomy and clean.

They have to provide more bath towels, specially if the customer is staying more than one night and extra towels were requested but not provided.

The staff is very helpful and very nice.

It's not the best neighborhood but the hotel seems safe with all the effort the staff puts in to having a safe friendly enjoyable environment

A little disappointed there was no breakfast. But that is due to the stupid Covid stuff still goin on that is totally out of Americas Best Value Inns control. Ft. Worth needs to get there act together so the Inns & Hotels can get back to providing the services we have all grown to appreciate. The rooms are very nice & big. The beds are really comfortable. The pool area is nice, but could use a bit of up dating the furniture out there. The manager & staff in the front office are great. I will definitely recommend this place to family & friends!
