The location! We flew into SeaTac after 10 pm and this is an easy walk down from baggage claim, faster than catching a shuttle somewhere else!! The decor is calming and the rooms are well equipped. I appreciated all of the hooks and places to hang towels in the bathroom, one detail most hotels often lack.

Just some constructive criticism-add a fan to the workout room and stock towels throughout the day. We went to workout first thing in the morning and took the last two towels. Also, one of the treadmills didn’t work but there was no sign saying it was out of order.

We were there on a weekday. It was quite , not many people. The hotel was clean and quiet. They had a nice gym which was next to indoor pool. We also were able to walk from airport to hotel which was nice. Used their shuttle the following morning to bring us back to airport. No issues with the shuttle. All worked out well.

The staff checking in and checking out wasn’t the nicest. I had read this in the reviews when I booked the hotel 6 months prior. So my expectations weren’t very high . They weren’t rude , but they weren’t friendly nor helpful. Maybe the hotel is under staffed , I don’t know .

Location so close to the airport. Very well equipped hotel. We had also a good dinner in the hotel. Nice we were able to drop-off some luggage since we arrived before check-in time.

As experienced travelers in the USA: it was unclear whether breakfast was included or not. We received 'complimentary coupons' for which we are grateful. But to this day there is still an amount reserved on my credit card that is not the overnight costs. Let's see how this goes: was the breakfast really complimentary? If so, thanks for that.

As I was leaving, a gentleman asked the front desk if he could check in early on next visit since his flight would arrive couple hours before checking time. Front desk replied , yes, for a fee. WHY. This happened to me recently at another hotel. Since the beginning of time if a room is ready, and the request is within a reasonable time frame, give him the early checkin. It is perceived as gouging, and cheap to ask for extra, since no one is working more. It also shows lack of customer service

Close walk from airport—just make sure to exit out of Door 2 down at baggage claim. We had two delicious salads for dinner, one with chicken and one with salmon, plus one beer. For $70, it was over priced. But we had been on an international flight and were over tired and desperate. I suggest the restaurant next door, 13 Coins, for more reasonably priced food

Thin walls, expensive food, over priced but what do you expect from an airport hotel?

Our room was very comfortable. All of the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were also very friendly. The airport was directly across from the hotel and we booked because we had a very early flight. It is possible to walk to the airport but it was quite cold and our bags were heavy so we opted to use their shuttle. One note - while the walk to the airport is not far, the lighting around the sidewalk is not great, which is another reason we opted for the shuttle. I'm sure it's not the hotel's responsibility for the lighting there, but the airport or city officials should consider improving the situation.

we travel as 3 adults . We had to switch from king bed to a room with 2 queen bed. Luckily they were available.We moved from 5th floor to 2nd floor. Location was far from downtown & no shuttles there. The food at the hotel was excellent.

No shuttles to downtown or to any of the excursions. We had to rely on uber as the main transportation. The buses & light rail had small populations of the homeless ....that made us feel threatened & uncomfortable with.

We were at the end of our trip and wanted to be close to the airport and we could not have been much closer. The desk staff was absolutely wonderful - efficient and VERY personable. Shuttle service as prompt. We had three rooms and they were all very clean. Several of our group had wanted to stay in our VRBO one more night and go in to the airport in the morning. I was adamant that we would not do that since our flight was very early. I am so glad that I did that. First of all, the hotel was very convenient and secondly, even though we left the hotel two hours before our flight and were there in less than five minutes, we made our flight by the skin of our teeth. For that reason alone, I give this hotel 10 stars.

It is not that I did not like it - I just felt bad. Someone had left the shower head tilted toward the outside. I did not notice that. I started water running in the tub and when it was the correct temperature, I hit the shower button - which came right out at me and the floor. I felt bad that I left wet towels from cleaning it up and then I figured if that was the biggest problem I had, I was a lucky woman. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the SeaTac area.

customer service at the bar was excellent. very friendly. restaurant food was great. friendly housekeeping staff.

check in and check out process lacked customer service. No information offered at check in about any amenities and would not change the payment source from the one used for reservation. at check out no receipt was emailed per express checkout info. over charged.
