I tried to check in at the Sure Stay nearest the airport. Once the kind front desk agent informed me I was at the wrong hotel, I was distressed, wondering how to get to the other hotel. She called the airport shuttle driver who then transported me to the correct property! Whilst checking in to that property, I realized I had left my credit card on the counter of the first property. I almost got an Uber to retrieve my credit card that night, but decided to just get it on my way to the airport the next morning. Shortly after that, Chester from the front desk called my room to let me know the shuttle driver was going back to the first hotel and would bring me my credit card. Staff was incredible at both these properties!! Also, I was a few minutes late for the morning shuttle and Teresa called the driver, who came back to fetch me. I was out of sorts and an uncharacteristically problematic customer that day, but the employees went above and beyond for me! I can't thank them enough!

Well, I could have been smarter! LOL

On Saturday my son’s flight was canceled and left without a place to stay or food for 2 1/2 days. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and understanding! She made sure my son was able to get to the hotel, comfortable for the days he was there, went above by letting him in his room early and letting him stay in a comfortable safe area after checkout while waiting hours till his flight. As a mom across the country, it put me at ease! Thank you so much for caring!!

The staff was amazing! They helped me SO much! The night shift checkin guy helped me carry luggage up 3 flights since the elevator was broken, and answered all my shuttle questions! The day shift check in lady super friendly, great conversation, very helpful with my daughter and the baby. The shuttle man literally helped us so much with all the luggage, baby, car seat, and to find our way to the elevator at the airport. Your staff went above and beyond! My room was clean, comfortable, perfect for my travel needs.

Missed our flight because of cruise delays. Needed a hotel room for the day/night until our next flight out. Came here to stay and booked the room last minute. Staff held our bags while we explored Seattle, as it was too early to check-in. When we came back, we were given a king suite upgrade at no extra charge. Room was extremely clean and comfortable! Free breakfast and a free shuttle took us to the airport the next morning. Great value for the price. Will definitely stay here when visiting Seattle again! Would definitely recommend.

Our bathroom sink was clogged. Not a big deal because we also had a kitchen sink. The hotel staff returned our call and let us know they planned to fix it first thing in the AM. Very responive.

SureStay purchases old hotels and fixes up the important parts, then rents for cheap. It's hard to beat their value. For example, the bathroom might have an ancient tub in good condition but a brand new shiny countertop and bright white towels. So if it matters, or if it really needs to be replaced, they will. If not, we all save money. The service at this location is top-notch. A+ for front desk and breakfast staff. I didn't meet housekeeping but our rooms were immaculate. Note that the hotel is right on the train line and our rooms were on that end of the hotel, yet we heard no noise. Excellent location for restaurants and sightseeing.

The staff was really amiable which helped us to feel comfortable in the big city and an area that was surrounded by big buildings and parking lots. the bed and sheets were super comfortable. the room showed signs of wear but it had everything we needed to rest after 24 hours of flying.

There are TWO Sure Stay Hotels with little to distinguish them from each other. we got on the wrong shuttle and went to the other "Sure Stay". Luckily we figured it out before the van left so they took us to the right "Sure Stay" as a courtesy. I suggest a name change for one of these two hotels.

This is an excellent place to stay, very clean, everything inside and outside the room was looks brandnew, doesnt have funny smell, it has free breakfast, refrigerator was big, it has microwave, coffee machine and the king room has sofa bed and table with 2 chairs, bathroom was fantastic, free convenient parking and has free use cart for luggage to go in the elevator/room.

nothing i can complain about except the seperate receipt that i requested because i booked 2 rooms (one for my family and for my cousin’s family)the front desk told me that thier system was down but its not a big deal it was all excellent.

The receptionist Teresa was really friendly and helpful with my room key malfunction and assisting me with booking a mall shuttle as my phone was not working as it should have been. She also gave me some worthwhile advice about the area as I was an 80year old woman traveling alone. Shuttle service to and from airport great.

I had intended to walk to the local park and explore the area on foot but decided against it as there was not a lot of foot traffic - people around. Breakfast was OK, staff were friendly.

I booked the room last minute, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I also was able to easily get picked up using the hotels airport shuttle around midnight by calling the front desk. Check-in was easy and painless, and the lady at the front desk was friendly and sympathetic. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including soap bars towels and shampoo. The beds were comfortable as well. The continental breakfast was good. It had a variety of fruit, bread, coffee, juices, and even some hot items, including scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. It also tasted good.

When I called the hotel phone number and selected the airport shuttle option, I got no answer the first time, but that was easily resolved by calling again and selecting the front desk. Also, the breakfast only goes to 9 am. It would be nice if it went to 10 am.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the rooms. The beds are so comfy, the refrigerator was bigger than what we were expecting from a hotel, but that was good too. When you requested roomservice you got room service.. which was great!

The hot breakfast was the same every day, the eggs were watery and the sauage was microwaved. There was a tendant there, but she stood in the doorway and watched me and others eat as though she was the warden. She never smiled, and i caught her staring at me a few times. It was so uncomfortable, and we didn't appreciate being stared at the whole time. Also, their toilets are low to the ground.. we didn't like that either.
