Missed our flight because of cruise delays. Needed a hotel room for the day/night until our next flight out. Came here to stay and booked the room last minute. Staff held our bags while we explored Seattle, as it was too early to check-in. When we came back, we were given a king suite upgrade at no extra charge. Room was extremely clean and comfortable! Free breakfast and a free shuttle took us to the airport the next morning. Great value for the price. Will definitely stay here when visiting Seattle again! Would definitely recommend.

Our bathroom sink was clogged. Not a big deal because we also had a kitchen sink. The hotel staff returned our call and let us know they planned to fix it first thing in the AM. Very responive.

SureStay purchases old hotels and fixes up the important parts, then rents for cheap. It's hard to beat their value. For example, the bathroom might have an ancient tub in good condition but a brand new shiny countertop and bright white towels. So if it matters, or if it really needs to be replaced, they will. If not, we all save money. The service at this location is top-notch. A+ for front desk and breakfast staff. I didn't meet housekeeping but our rooms were immaculate. Note that the hotel is right on the train line and our rooms were on that end of the hotel, yet we heard no noise. Excellent location for restaurants and sightseeing.

This is an excellent place to stay, very clean, everything inside and outside the room was looks brandnew, doesnt have funny smell, it has free breakfast, refrigerator was big, it has microwave, coffee machine and the king room has sofa bed and table with 2 chairs, bathroom was fantastic, free convenient parking and has free use cart for luggage to go in the elevator/room.

nothing i can complain about except the seperate receipt that i requested because i booked 2 rooms (one for my family and for my cousin’s family)the front desk told me that thier system was down but its not a big deal it was all excellent.

I booked the room last minute, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I also was able to easily get picked up using the hotels airport shuttle around midnight by calling the front desk. Check-in was easy and painless, and the lady at the front desk was friendly and sympathetic. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including soap bars towels and shampoo. The beds were comfortable as well. The continental breakfast was good. It had a variety of fruit, bread, coffee, juices, and even some hot items, including scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. It also tasted good.

When I called the hotel phone number and selected the airport shuttle option, I got no answer the first time, but that was easily resolved by calling again and selecting the front desk. Also, the breakfast only goes to 9 am. It would be nice if it went to 10 am.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the rooms. The beds are so comfy, the refrigerator was bigger than what we were expecting from a hotel, but that was good too. When you requested roomservice you got room service.. which was great!

The hot breakfast was the same every day, the eggs were watery and the sauage was microwaved. There was a tendant there, but she stood in the doorway and watched me and others eat as though she was the warden. She never smiled, and i caught her staring at me a few times. It was so uncomfortable, and we didn't appreciate being stared at the whole time. Also, their toilets are low to the ground.. we didn't like that either.

This place is really nice for a stay in Seattle. Just a couple minutes walk to the LINK station "Angel Lake" which brings you right downtown. The Hotel seemed pretty new and was super comfortable and clean.

Room was clean, and was upgraded to a suite which was very spacious. Appreciated the 24-hour airport transportation since we arrived late. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good options at breakfast - yogurt, fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage, etc, and good coffee. Property is a little worn - not run down, just well used - but no real complaints about that since it was reasonably priced. Would stay here again.

Our room had 2 queen beds and since we had a long travel day, my husband and enjoyed the space of sleeping in the separate beds. We both commented that the beds were not great - not terrible - but maybe old mattresses.

The facility was in excellent condition and obviously well cared for. The staff was upbeat and responsive, giving me the strong impression that they really liked working there. My room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and I ended up feeling that this hotel was a real hidden gem. The price was great, too!

Although they have a shuttle bus and the free ride from the airport was easy, the location is near a busy commercial highway and seemingly not close to any attractive outdoor areas convenient by foot. (But I should note that the facility is back a bit from the highway, so noise was not an issue at all.)

I appreciated the easy check in and check out. I also was grateful for the airport shuttle.

Convenient to the airport. Loved having the separate living area with TV and sofabed for our family of four. Free airport shuttle was a huge bonus. Room was clean and appeared as advertised. Coffee pot provided in the room along with small refrigerator and a microwave. Checked out before breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Hotel overall in need of some maintenance. Torn carpet in room near the vanity area. TV was not hung straight on the wall. Low water pressure in the shower. Nothing that I couldn't look past as the room was clean and we only stayed for one night.
