Friendly welcome to a clean room before a long trip back to Europe. Fridge and microwave were provided free since they had extras that were not reserved. Normally I wouldn't think of Seatac as scenic, and it isn't from Highway 99, but on my morning run down to Angle Lake there were several nice lookouts into the valley, plus the lake is always nice. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the 1-line skybridge, though be aware there are no longer any other pedestrian entry points to the airport, and the sidewalk is not in great shape for a heavy suitcase.

It's a little noisy in the ground floor rooms because the floors are paper thin and, you know, people are heavy these days. But things got quiet around midnight which worked out fine for my trip. Also the heater has a really strong and noisy fan, and maybe it's adjustable, but I don't like messing with that sort of thing unless there are instructions in the room somewhere (just so I know it's expected for guests to mess with it).

It was close to the airport and very clean!!

The staff were not rude, but also not friendly. There was no breakfast at all (I don’t know why they say there is online). Only one pot of coffee by the check-in counter. Why even bother… Also, I ABSOLUTELY HATED THE FIXED THERMOSTAT. I was unable to change fan settings because of preset settings by the property. That was extremely frustrating at night… I will not stay again mainly for that reason. There were also huge cracks all around the front door. I had to place towels underneath it to insulate from outside.

The location is great for the airport. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

The noise from a couple of other guests, one of which was either intoxicated or have a mental health crisis. Nothing to do with the hotel itself, and I would not expect the young lady at the night desk to deal with them herself.

Great location, near the airport, which was very convenient since we had late night and early morning flights. The room and facilities in general are fair for the price we paid. The guy at the reception (wearing a black hat, unfortunately I don't remember him name) was very friendly and welcoming. I recommend the stay.

People talking out loud at late night, apparently arguing, in the parking lot. The room is not very comfortable, but ok for the price.

Everything was great exept they said a price and front desk said a different price which i didnt like it at all but i stayed anyways and another thing paying for parking.

There was no breakfast at this hotel and when I booked this, it was $71 and they charged me $75 and they did not tell me that I had to pay five dollars to park and I did not like this at all so they overcharged me

You could’ve put some shampoo in it in this room and Kleenex and where the bed was. It was too tight on one side and we cannot. I could not get out of it because I was handicap.

As always the exceptional five-star service from the handpicked staff:- Maria, Ruth, and Jackie. They are Professionals. Keep up that service-oriented spirit guys!!! You're doing above and beyond with that smile.

If I don't like something, I'll head to reception or call the staff and they fix it right away or change room, and I sleep like a baby, oh no a baby wakes up every 2 mins, like a log!!!!!! :-)

The gentleman who checked us in was super nice and had impeccable style. Beds were comfiest we've had in recent hotel stays and the room was a really good value while so close to SeaTac.

Toilet seat needs to be secured better. Slip slidin away was the theme if you get what I mean.

Close to the airport, friendly staff, easy to check-in/out, reasonable value considering the location, Clean and tidy. Free coffee in the morning. Laundry facilities for customers to use.

11:00 check-out time is very unhelpful for people with evening flights. I had to get a taxi to the airport just to drop off my bags so I wouldn't have to carry them around all day. AC is very loud. WiFi is patchy (at least in my room). There isn't a huge selection of places to eat within walking distance either.

Comfy and quiet place to sleep . Antonio at the front desk was very polite and found a non smoking room for me . I’m 7 months pregnant and accidentally booked a smoking room . Slept through the night . Would stay again !
