This place has an excellent breakfast very nice facilities, fabulous bedding, Everything is great except for 2 things: . The beautiful shower does Not have strong water pressure And the clothes dryers have to go longer than one hour to get your clothes Tip if you like To do laundry on vacation like me: First choose your settings for the washing machine and then pay for it in the app because it's going to default to cold

Well, like I just said, the clothes dryers take too long And The water pressure is not strong. In addition, breakfast is a madhouse they need to get some more help because they ran out of coffee ran out of Creamer. I felt bad for the people. I guess they are understaffed. Great breakfast, though

The quality of service provided and service with a smile from all we came in contact with. Every one went the extra mile to make sure each party member was special to them: from housekeeping in supplying extra towels to culinary in answering questions about the availability of certain food items. My entire group loved the experience.

Well this possibly a moot point. But wheelchairs for the elderly or informed. An example is my granddaughter was injured on the slopes in Snoqualmie: which by the way was awesome. After a visit to StAnne hospital and upon returning to the hotel we had to use the room chair as a makeshift wheel chair. I know that may seem petty. But you asked.

The room above had children that stomped around from 0530 am til 09. We did not get to our room til 1230 am. Frustrating. BUT the room was updated, very, very comfortable. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable, we fell asleep immediately. Our first stay was this comfortable so we stayed again ! This will be our layover stop. The breakfast area was clean, fresh and well stocked. The front desk was professional and polite. The transportation shuttle was kind and helpful and the van was clean and attended to as well.

The stomping above our room. We found that disheartening due to our extremely long and tiring travel day, the day before.

Good hotel staff from airport shuttle, front desk, maid service, and food preparers - very courteous and helpful. Room layout was good with separate living room, bathroom/kitchen, and bedroom. There were two large screen TVs one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Hotel located in walking distance to Angle Lake Station (light rail) which made it easy to get to downtown Seattle and not have to worry about parking. Free parking for hotel guests.

Bathroom exhaust fan was really noisy.

The location was great as it was very close to airport (but also not great because it was close to airport!) The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. The breakfast was pretty amazing actually. Very pleasantly surprised with the hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, cold and hot cereals, biscuits and gravy and sausage that actually had an amazing flavor.

Seemed as though walls were VERY thin. We could hear our neighbors through the walls and people walking up and down the hallway throughout the night.

It's great that breakfast is served but during my latest stay, food ran out; no scrambled eggs, no sausages and it was only 7 in the morning. Location is good; it's near the airport.

Food were gone early; it should be checked especially during rush hour. I wish that all the ladies at check-in would smile more. I encountered one that wasn't too friendly. The shuttle bus driver that my group had was hesitant to drive us due to the number of our luggage. We were 3 with 2 pieces of luggage and hand carries. If we waited for the next shuttle bus, we could have missed our plane.

Room was clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had nice amenities and very clean. Front desk was very nice and pleasant to interact with and helpful in setting up transportation to the cruise port. The transportation from and to the airport was very easy to connect with. Breakfast nice variety and fresh.

The ELEVATORS were very slow and one was not available during both of our stays which made it a hassle trying to get to our floor and going down to the lobby because it was always full and we could not get in with our luggage to leave.

Staff, location. Hot breakfast bar, free shuttle. Both shuttle drivers were a pleasure.

Upon arrival, called the shuttle number to arrange a pick up, no one answered. Eventually the shuttle comes by, just because, but you don't know that tho, we almost hired a cab, when we spotted the shuttle. The bathroom door was a barn door style Cute, by an annoyance. It wouldn't stay shut. Weather the rollers were worn, not level, I don't know, but it would roll open about a foot everytime.

- AC can be controlled in each room. - Big fridge - Cozy chair with a table near window to have a drink - Very practical rack for luggage; the table can be moved under it when using the sofa bed. It is very practical and well designed. - Bedding for sofa was in the closet and ready to use - it is a big deal. In other hotels we had to call and ask for it. - We were happy staying in this hotel. - Staff was good. - Breakfast and coffee were excellent I wish all hotels would be like this one.
