The rooms were very spacious and comfortable clean compared to the other hotels that were built in the chain of hotels and that attracted me there. It is a great place to stay for two weeks or seven days. No matter what you decide to do here you will be taking care of tip often and break down the dollar amount so that you can spread it around. Hotel entire staff are very helpful and speak English but brush up the basics of speaking Spanish. They are offering free classes so take them the event staff! The pool are cleaned daily and the beach is clean and seating very good for sunset pictures or just relaxing and sleeping, getting the tanning done. All bars are open and everyone is happy seated. Buffet has superb food and drinks and opinions are pleasant. I was there 6days and 7 nights but met a couple people who come to stay for at least 14 days diving. You get all inclusive and rooms service is top tier for sure! I’m going back same time next year and taking more excursions!

room service had limited menu and was slow. took 1.5 hours to get our order. Not a lot of good beach area, some rocks in the water at the beach.

Great room. The hotel is new and facilities are in great shape. Nice lobby and great views. Good mini bar.

The food was sub par for this luxury resort at it's price point. The buffet was lacking in choices. Some of the food was cold and dry. The Pizzeria pizzas were Ok. The restaurant roof was leaking.

Very peaceful. Small resort, few restaurants, but you could walk to the neighboring resorts for their restaurants (they're included). This resort is newer and more modern than the neighboring resorts. Would definitely go back.

i love the private pool outside of my room. the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

We liked the size and always prefer to stay at smaller resorts. the staff and the bartenders were great. the beach area is also very nice and good for snorkeling/swimming

so many things. the pool is VERY small and there is no ocean view. it also has a guadelupe play structure that isn’t really even made for the pool. i took my kids to the kids club and when I picked them up they were watching youtube. the elevator in our building was broken our entire stay but yet they put us in there with my 70+ year old parents on the 3rd and 4th floor. our room at the end 3541 smelled like sewage most of the trip. i called to complain and after bugging them they finally sent someone who just lit incense. the food wasn’t good at all and we found lunch time particularly difficult bc our kids coukdnt wait till 1230 when the buffett finally opened. we have stayed at other resorts where it felt like there was always food available. my parents room was constantly humid and they had to put towels down bc the floor was so wet. the pool area is surrounded by VERY slick tile. it’s horrible for kids. each of our kids (who are under 5 slipped. one even got a black eye). i wanted to love this place, but we will not be coming back

There wasn't much positive about the property.I would certainly not recommend this property.

We have stayed at many Dreams properties and resorts in Mexico, unfortunately this was the worst property we have stayed at in Mexico for a variety of reasons. 1.The room was rarely cleaned properly. The housekeeper forgot to replenish towels most days. The soap and shampoo was rarely replenished. The floors were sandy. The housekeeper only offered the turndown service two of the seven days we stayed. The housekeeper did only the minimum- he/she made the beds and took out the trash. 2. We were a family of seven- 3 kids and 4 adults. Unfortunately, each time we went to a restaurant they tried to seat us at a table for 6. It was very uncomfortable. Our vacation was unpleasant because we had to argue with the host or ask the front desk staff to get involved to have a table that would comfortably fit our family of seven. 3. The restaurants had terrible service and the food was awful. The only restaurant available for breakfast and lunch was the buffet or room service. For dinner, each restaurant was only open a few times each week. 4. There wasn't a coffee shop or ice cream shop or cafe with sweets available. My kids love to have ice cream on vacation. The freezer at the cafe at Seascape was broken so there wasn't any ice cream available. The cafe at Seascape was very scary! They had a few items in a refrigerator that dripped water on everything. We complained to the front desk staff and they offered to provide vanilla and chocolate ice cream at the buffet. Unfortunately, when we asked for ice cream only vanilla was available- which is not my kids favorite. 4. Room service usually took 1.5 hours. My kids asked for additional M&M's and they were told they reached their limit. The limit was one bag per room per day. 5. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. Usually the staff in Mexico are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The staff at Dreams Cape Resort in Cozumel are unfriendly, confrontational, and adversarial.

They said they had jacuzzi’s NONE ON THE ENTIRE RESORT, also no elavators , we had to go outside of the resort to smoke, VERY UNSAFE

Staffs are supper friendly. Hotel is clean. Love the beach. Enjoyed swimming pool, peaceful and quite. I loved the music they played. It was up-to-date lounge music. Kids activities are well organized. They do small events and it’s enjoyable.

Some construction was going on but it didn’t bother much. Smells of sewer or swamp, assumed that the whole are doesn’t have proper sewer system underground, was so bad in certain area around the bathroom next to the swimming pool. The bathroom is located in the pathway towards to all the restaurants so you have to pass it when you go eat. We held out breaths. When we walked to the next hotel through the walking rail that connected each other, smelled terrible. We stayed at Dreams Cozumel and next hotel is Sunset Resort. I can’t imagine how people can stay in Sunset Resort with the bad smell. But the walking rail is beautiful. Food-wise, it was good during the stay but unlucky, husband got food poisoning after we ate at Pizzaria in Dreams Cozumel. He had clams with cream sauce pasta and other family got pizzas. It was our last night of staying and he had outbreak once we got home, still sick for 3 days. Beach front room has a stunning view. You have to make sure you get a room number not with a or b at the end because those two rooms are connected as a family suit and you won’t be able to sleep because you never know what type of people will check in next connected room. You will hear everything. If you have a big family and need two rooms connected then not a problem. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and had very fun. I would go back even though the sewer smell.
