The hotel location was great, perfect if you are visiting the O2 or watching a show. The Clipper Bar have great views but the cocktails were expensive (even by London standards). The room was mid to small-size but beautiful. The views of the river were great, the bathroom was excellent with both a shower and a tub. Very modern, clean and ideal for a single night stay. We were able to leave our luggage as we shopped. You are paying for location.

Not so much a complaint, but the queues at check-in were painfully slow (but it was a Saturday) so lots of wasted time just to get to room. The same could be said for the elevators, which before and after a show had queues. Whilst these were manned by a member of staff at one point, the person managing this wasn't particularly focused as he also had to answer calls on his mobile. We've received better service at other 5* hotels to be honest who would have gone above and beyond, but as we were there for less than 24 hours there was less engagement.

The staff at reception were super welcoming, we were lucky enough to be there on a day of a super star filming and they really couldn't of been anymore help in making sure we knew where to go ect the hotel was super clean !

2 issues, once we were given our room and told how to use the elevators we headed up to our room on the 12th floor as we opened the door we could see a maintenence bag on the floor and the man popped out from the bathroom, we had to head back to reception to get another room. Then the morning of our stay, luckily we were already awake but there was a knock at the door at 8.40, I ignored it as I assumed someone was knocking on the wrong door, they knocked again so I answered it and it was the cleaner asking when we were leaving, both incidents we really didn't expect when paying £280 for one night.

wine £18.50 a glass!!!! Greedy. Take £100 per room (I had 3) and I have to wait 3-5 days to have it credited back. Too long to wait for £300.

I booked a 2-night stay for my 34th birthday in the junior suite. prior to my arrival, I had excellent communication from the hotel, I received the appropriate amount of comms and any queries I had I was able to get answers for. Upon arrival, I was assisted with my luggage. My first impression of the staff was excellent, everyone was hands on to make sure I was helped in every capacity. I wasn't too fond the the suite as I wanted the canary view and luckily for me there was a room available and was offered a room upgrade which exceeded my expectations. breakfast was amazing, had plenty of choices, the staff there were amazing, and they surprised me with a birthday platter It really made my experience special. I would definitely go back and the location was great. if you want to eat out the o2 is literally at your doorstep. Thank you to all the staff who made my experience magical :)

nothing loved everything. even with the mis- haps I had it was resolved appropriately and they did all they could to make me happy.

This is a beautiful hotel , clean and very well maintained and in a great location. We used the Spa which was excellent too. However what stands out most was the staff who were exceptionally professional , friendly and courteous. I am truly thankful to Julian for listening and providing a solution for the issues raised due to power outage at the hotel and hence making our stay a most memorable one! Breakfast was very good , impeccable service provided by Angela and her team. A special thanks to Ansa, Ashleigh, Answana and Somaya. Keep up the good work! Thank you to Shorab too , great sense of humour. We will definitely be going again.

The directions for coming back from the O2 via the link corridor are not clear.

Check in was fast and easy. We were able to check in early. The staff were really friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The location was fabulous, right next to the O2 where we were seeing a concert that night. Every amenity was near at hand. The room wasn’t as spacious as I thought it would be but to be honest we didn’t spend much time in it. The bathroom was so clean it looked like new with separate shower cubicle and bath. The bed was really comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. No banging of doors heard from late night revellers . Breakfast next morning was good, plenty of everything and enough seating for a big hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the O2

Nothing comes to mind

Spectacular view from the room….wonderful setting overlooking the Thames. Excellent room and bed very comfy. Easy to access. Superb breakfast, plenty of choice to choose from whether it was traditional or continental.

My son wasn’t impressed by the late access to the room, granted he was allowed to leave his bags at reception, but once you’ve arrived in the capital sometimes you want to access your room, and chill out. I do think that an earlier time to access your rooms is a priority, that’s my only constructive criticism, but not have to pay for it. I could understand if it was covid times, but we’ve all moved on since then.

Access is great with direct underground trains almost to the door. The hotel is beautiful and very high end. The rooms were well laid out, spotlessly clean and had the best bathroom I have been in for years. Check-in was quick and easy with very friendly staff both at the desks and in the reception area. We had breakfast at the hotel and as a self-service buffet it was vast and very well cooked - lots of options and continuous availability. Attending staff with great and supplied coffee/tea etc. as we were seated. It is obvious this is a very well run breakfast restaurant and hotel overall. If you are attending the O2, there is a private corridor and access straight into the atrium of the venue and this comes into its own on the return to the hotel after the event - 30 seconds from venue to reception - great! It lives up to its price - and I would pay the money to stay here again.

Drinks in the bar were eye-wateringly expensive - but if this is a special trip, the bar is lovely and fun.

Service was fantastic, this was the second time I stayed at hotel. Disney 100 concert was brilliant Breakfast is good when there is not a lot of people. U have to queue up for your food as well as getting into the breakfast room Tea and coffee is served to your table and you can get as many pots of tea/coffee as you like 👍.

Pillows in room need to be improved as they were flat. My table in breakfast room was given to two people despite the fact that I only went up to the buffet to get another helping of breakfast. I get that it was busy but it's the principle. I did get an apology and reassignment to a different table but that shouldn't happen.

Our room was amazing and very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible. One of the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel before.

I had ordered some amenities to be in the room for when we arrived for my husbands 40th birthday. The whole trip was a surprise. When we arrived at the hotel the amenities weren’t ready and we were heading straight out in to London and then on to the O2 for a show so didn’t arrive back at the hotel till after the show. I thought the amenities would have been waiting in the room for us but they weren’t. When speaking to reception the next morning they said they’d tried to deliver them but we weren’t there so they just didn’t deliver them at all and also still tried charging me for them when we checked out. I’m a little disappointed they didn’t call me to check as I was really looking forward to surprising my husband with them.
