The location was perfect. We were going to the O2 in the evening and it was quick and easy to get there. We were greeted by lovely, friendly people on reception. Our room was great. The bed was really comfy and we got a great sleep. The worry dolls were such a lovely idea thank you. The shower was perfect, and I didn't want to get out :) It was lovely and peaceful and nice to look out on to the front and watch the world go by. Breakfast was really good and you can relax and look out on to the water. We loved the names on the doors and a picture of who was being sponsored in the room. A lovely touch to see. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

The young gentleman with glasses on, who were at the reception on Oct. 20th' afternoon around 5 p.m. and on Oct.21st' morning before 11a.m.,.was so kind and helping. He made our stay at the Good Hotel a really Good stay indeed. He came out from the hotel without hesitation to explain me how to use the parking at the Crowne Plaza when I was having a hard time figuring out where to park and how to use the system. He also let me extend the checkout time when my husband was not feeling well after his sudden hospitalization which happened the week before. Both quick decision from his kindness was so overwhelming that I felt nothing bad about the blackout we experienced during our stay.Those accidents can happen. I not only believe he will always be a woderful hotel-man who will make his guests happy but I also hope and beleive he will have a great bright future making many people happy on his way. Thank you!!

It’s was modern and clean and the rooms were nice. The location on the river was good . The staff were friendly.

There was one plug socket in the room: I was travelling for work so couldn’t charge my laptop and my phone. The peg to hang the towel was beside the toilet and above the toilet brush so if you hung it up the towel would dangle on the loo brush so I didn’t bother. There was no room service and when I arrived it was like a party going on downstairs it was very loud and busy and as a woman travelling alone I wasn’t keen on then having to go out after a long work day to eat. They did have food there but they told me there would be a long wait and it was way too loud to sit there anyway.

Well laid out, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere. Felt chic yet welcoming and is an unusual space. Liked the communal areas. Bedrooms are compact but well thought out and had everything we needed - be aware there is no tv if that is a dealbreaker for you. For us it was no problem. Great sleep, comfortable bed and quiet. Ear plugs are provided for anyone who might be bothered by noise but weren’t needed by us. Hotel felt safe. The staff were lovely. From arrival to departure they were friendly and helpful. Love the ethos of the hotel. Breakfast was great. Good choice of hot and cold food and great coffee. Didn’t feel rushed or too busy and enjoyed the view. Area is easy to get to and next door to the cable cars, there are plenty of shops and places to eat without going too far. There is also a place to eat at the hotel and a bar which was reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful, quirky, friendly hotel. It is very relaxed and spacious throughout, and the best part of it is its staff. They genuinely welcome you, from reception to the bar and lounge. It is also a good place to work, with lots of common areas overlooking the Thames. It is just a short walk away from the Excel, and from some of the highlights of the Docklands. Just a stroll to Royal Victoria DLR and Custom House Elizabeth Line. Room is nice and has character, and the bathroom is also great. Strong WiFi signal throughout. I had a very good sleep. Also, it is a socially responsible business. I loved the Guatemalan pillow dolls.

clean, nice staff, lovely breakfast, comfortable bed, security of building, safe in room, body wash and towels provided. All in all ok for a one night stay.

room looked tired and worn (carpet was threadbare at a few points), shower was slippery and a bit grubby. Frosted glass door for toilet! not very private. walls were very thin - our neighbours were having a wonderful romantic getaway 😬 kept getting scam emails and texts since booking 6 months ago, a total of 18. nearly cancelled stay.

Very friendly helpful staff, good food in the restaurant, room had great waterfront view and it was really close to the Excel Centre which was the purpose of our trip. Good add on options - I had prosecco provided in the room as a surprise for my husband for his birthday.

No tv in room (but wasn't really an issue as we only stayed one night). Sheet over the mattress protector wasn't tucked so it moved around a bit during the night. Room size was quite small but probably to do with the nature of the building.

The location is perfect if you're going to The O2, just a quick amazing ride with the Cable Car thats right next to the hotel. Its also 2 minutes away from the DLR Line and about >10 minutes from the Elisabeth Line, so easy to get to Central London. The staff was also very helpful and the resturant had good food :)

*We upgraded from a Standard Room with street view; to the "Suite" with river view (the best view was seeing the Cable Cars at night!).* WiFi was unstable.

Firstly the staff in the hotel are the most attentive and respectful people. Every interaction was a pleasure and they made the trip very enjoyable. The location is fantastic in consideration for transport and facilities easy to use. It was my boyfriend's birthday and the staff left a gift in the room as a gesture of the trip. We were absolutely thrilled, and appreciative of the kindness and attention to detail we received.

Honestly, I could not say anything bad about the hotel. All the facilities were fantastic and the rooms were cleaned promptly every day without fail. Fantastic place.
