Proximity to airport, parking, DBB value, food quality and available selection, shower and dove toiletries, quiet rooms.

Room too small to open suitcase, food tables not wiped adequately, thin, small duvets.

Great place to stay. Good location and even though near the airport the rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the heating/ cooling in the room made for a great night's sleep. The room was cleaned every day with new towels etc supplied. Good quality shampoo and soap. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. The bar was a nice place to sit and chat in the evening The staff were super friendly and so helpful.

The parking was a little tight if you turned up later in the evening. But this was only a minor inconvenience and should in no way take away from a great place to stay

the cleanliness of the room was excellent and the cleaning staff were polite and friendly.

My pass-card kept being rejected at the point where only staying guests can access the lifts. This meant on most occasions I had to go to the reception desk and have my card reset. It could mean waiting until other new guests had checked in, and all I wanted to do was to get to my room after a long day!! I was advised that I should not keep my room key anywhere near my mobile phone or car keys - but I know about this and used separate pockets in my coat for each item. The staff were not sympathetic to my explanation. but it was very annoying. As an Airport Hotel I can understand that there has to be car parking charges, but I think they are very high, and it is an extra cost on top of the Room Tariff, making the stay on the expensive side.

A bit pricey for what you need it but i guess it is what is is.

VERY proximal to airport. Short walking distance 10 minutes. Reception staff very nice. Breakfast starts 7am but my flight was 07:30am but receptionist informed morning staff to make available some early morning breakfast. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Adequate kits and soap shampoo. working tv. proper facilities. all good for one night stay.

Airplanes audible but I wasn't too fussed as simply used ear plugs. Although walking distance, it may still be bit challenging access for people with mobility issues but a short taxi ride should address that.

Location Location to London Luton Airport. Convinent to catch flight´s from Luton. We were welcome in a very kind English way ! The front desk staff was quite gentle to order room service for us "fish & chips", and call us to the room when uber eat arrived. Wake up call at exact time. In the lobby there is phone to request a Taxi, in less than 3 minutes the taxi arrived !

No Holiday Inn transportation to airpor Nor a "breakfast bag" in the early morning 4 am we departed, actually I requested it the night before, front desk personnel said this service was not provided !

Typical Holiday Inn high standard. Clean and cozy rooms with nice bathrooms. Very friendly staff. Excellent, high quality breakfast. Good place to stay if you fly to/from Luton, usually significantly cheaper than any average hoitel in the city of London. You can get to the city in around 45 minutes.

The hotel is located quite far from the main terminal of the Luton airport (800m), the walk especially with some heavy luggage is problematic. Shuttle service would be great. There is also comfortable, frequently running public bus to the stop just in front of the terminal, but there is no information about it on the web page of the hotel (contrary, there is information thet there is no shuttle at all). The air traffic at the close airport is quite loud, but there is no fault on the hotel side.

Clean, we had a late check-in and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. No dramas, very straightforward and the hotel had EV charging points.

I couldn't find mention anywhere on the hotel site, that there were a couple of EV charger points. As I'm an EV driver that would have been useful. We did use one of the chargers and it meant we didn't have to rush off to find a charger, but before we arrived we were worrying slightly about where to charge. Having the podpoint chargers is a positive, should be given in the facilities pages!

Clean and comfortable, Just enough room in our room for all of our stuff and a cot. Conveniently close to the airport. Breakfast was okay, good quality.

No cot in the room on arrival which was annoying as we arrived late and needed to get my daughter to bed. Things missing at breakfast, but we were advised of this when we got to the buffet (not when we paid £13 each!!) What was there was good quality.

The team on the reception desk, and in the restaurant were first class and five stars! I have worked & stayed in some of the worlds most exclusive hotels and resorts and I was impressed. They were warm, helpful and accommodating. The care they showed felt genuine. Someone is doing a very good job of finding great people, and keeping them! When I arrived I was greeted warmly and checked in quickly. Then I went to my room and it was one with an adjacent door which I am always freaked out by (yes I know I am weird) and it smelled as if someone had been smoking in it. I went downstairs and spoke to Joshua and he showed instant empathy and moved me without any quibbles. Then I was happy and felt secure. The team in the restaurant were just absolutely delightful..! Eating alone is always an interesting experience, I rather like it, have my book and just want to be fed and left alone. The team seemed to sense this, and that's exactly what happened and yet whenever I needed someone they just appeared! Intuitive service at its best. Who would have thought I would find all this at a hotel at Luton airport. I'd love to know who the GM is and what the secret is..!!

Honestly it's picky but the parking spaces were a bit tight.. yes that's all I can pick on. Oh, and actually the mash that went with the beef bourguignon was too sloppy, more a pomme puree than a mash.
