A very good location,right next to BTS Chit Lom and walking distance to BTS Siam. The hotel's buffet breakfast offers a great variety of food and the pool area and pool are very nice too.The pool is a good size.The gym is open 24 hours and is a fair size too.It has a good rack of dumbells😃,weight training machines and cardio machines.

Be aware that a lot of families with young children stay at this hotel,so it can be noisy at times.When booking,I highly recommend asking for a room which is NOT next to a family or close to the lift,to reduce noise disturbances when sleeping. My first night at the hotel was disturbed as the room next door to mine had three unsupervised children in it who BLARED the TV volume at 11 p.m. However,the duty manager immediately assisted me,when I complained about the noise although once the TV noise stopped,the children continued to talk VERY LOUDLY until midnight,which I found VERY disruptive to my sleep! Also,it is right next to the main road,so some street/traffic noise can be heard at night.

From my perspectives, this place is a luxurious hotel. The restaurant is really nice, and the atmosphere is great. The staff was very helpful, and they were very kind to us. When we left the hotel, one of the staff kindly gave us a small letter. We keep it as a souvenir. Many of the staff can communicate in English. The location is perfect. Chit Lom Station is a couple of minutes away on foot, and we can also walk to Siam station only by less than ten minutes. Using a metro and a ferry, we went to several touristy places such as Wat Arun and Wat Pho. There is a covered pedestrian arcade (called Skywalk) next to the hotel. While walking to Siam station, we pass by two big shopping malls (Siam Paragon and centralwOrld), where we bought souvenirs such as snacks and tea. We enjoyed the restaurants and supermarkets in the shopping malls.

I am not sure whether every room is designed like this, but our room had a connecting door. We heard the neighbour cough many times. Most people may not care about the noises, and my girlfriend did not seem to be annoyed at all. It was a great hotel, anyway. I would like to stay here again in the future:)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the vibrant shopping area. The hotel's facilities were top-notch and all in excellent working condition. The room itself was beautifully maintained, with one minor exception – the air conditioning didn't reach every corner evenly, leaving a few spots without the cool comfort we desired. However, this didn't significantly impact the overall experience.

Love that it is quite near Big C where my wife can get grocery to prepare for my son's meal who has multiple food allergies. The receptionist actually make known to the restaurant chef that our son has allergies and the chef actually spoke to us that he can personally prepare his food separately which we did tried for 1 dinner. No reaction but my son still prefer the food my wife prepared for him. We were also surprised that they actually prepare gluten free, wheat free and eggless bread for my son when we went down for breakfast. This is really a very nice personal touch and exceptionally service in my opinion.

Front desk staff was polite and attentive to our needs. The concierge was proactive in helping us with our luggage. Good breakfast spread and the breakfast venue was spacious and inviting. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Also the hotel’s location was excellent as it was near amenities such as shopping malls, BIG C supermarket, and BTS station. Will stay again in future

Only suggestion is that the sliced ham served over breakfast was a bit dry as it was kept in the fridge for customers to take. I think this is one area for improvement.

I added the optional breakfast for my family and there was a good selection to choose from. It is convenient to do so before going out for shopping, tours and enjoying the place. The staff were very courteous and happy to serve and clear out used plates. The location is very convenient since its close to the malls and the train station too. It's safe to go about even late night to see the night market and coming back from the stations. We checked in wee hours in the morning due to the late flight arrival. Since we haven't eaten dinner, the food room service was good. We had the club sandwich and burger which were tasty and of good portion size.

The shower room and towels had cigarette smoke scent but they were able to clear that out and the housekeeping changed the towels. The rooms were daily maintained clean and beds set. There was a convenient store kept behind the hotel but you really have to google map it since there's no grocery open late night close by.

It’s almost the center of the city; Walking distance to central world & a connecting bridge to gayson; MBT entrance at the front of entrance. Bed is comfortable. Good variety of breakfast selection Love the lighting arrangement as we can select all light on/ moody light / all light off. Lots of TV channel selection

Reception is not enough to fulfil group check in, Waiting queue is a bit long; Small swimming pool; Small gym; Human distance is not enough, too crowd (guess it’s because almost 100% occupancy?); A bit expensive compare to other close-by newly renovated hotel. Always experience heavy traffic if back hotel by car/ taxi.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was great although i think the aircon setting cannot be adjusted because the room temp was a bit cold for us, didnt ask though the frontdesk for the adjustment. Location was excellent, it is nearby the Chit Lom MRT station plus walkway access to the malls was very convenient. Frontdesk, concierge staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms including the bathrooms hardly any mould was found. Our suite room was huge and very comfortable. The Lobby looks stylish and the customer service of the concierge and front desk is exceptional. All stuff at the hotel were so courteous including housekeeping and Ginger restaurant staff. BREAKFAST!!! was a winner for our family of 5. It’s easily equivalent to Shangri La Singapore in variety and it’s tastier. Location is perfect with all malls couple of minutes walk or few minutes on a taxi or tuk tuk (during peak hours it’s preferable to walk than ride). CentalWorld Mall is literally 3 min walk from the hotel. Room service meals were delicious and well presented. 7/11 is right next to the hotel which makes it handy to grab refreshment at anytime of the day/night. Highly recommended for all type of travellers.

Pool has some green mould between tiles, nevertheless the kids enjoyed their little time spent swimming. Toilet water level in our suite was a bit high while the kids bathroom had a perfect toilet water level. kids room felt too busy with many unnecessary furniture like two tables (large and small). Maybe the dining table should be removed from the standard rooms to make more space. Very minor things but I’m a perfectionist and fussy person.
