I really like that it was close to the beach, and that it was next to a little gay bar.

What I don't like was that the first two days of our stay we got room service but the rest of the days they never clean the room, I asked them why and one them told us that if we want room service we need to ask for it, and we always forgot to asked for room service so rest of the days the room was so duty we don't had clean towels, and no toilet paper. Another thing I don't like was that the pictures from Booking.com are very different from what the hotel really is I forgot to take pictures to post them but it was very different, everything looks old, some of the plugs didn't work. I really like the hotel, but they should post pictures from what the hotel really is right now.

I like the hotels it’s old-fashioned. I’d like that. It was steps away from the water. I like the people the food and easy for shopping. I will definitely stay here again, and my family are all asking me for the name and the address to the place I will put you on my Facebook page and I will be back in six months For vacation and see my family

I wish I met the owner to have a talk with him as a few things I were broken. He could upgrade a few chairs on the rooftop just a few things that the building gets old and you have to replace but otherwise everyone else did a nice job.

The room was clean and good for the value nothing fancy. There is no ocean view rooms in this hotel at all. The hotel is located a few steps away from the beach. The staff is very friendly. Ivan at the front desk was very friendly. I asked him for recommendations in the area to spend my day before going back home. His suggestions were excellent. He made my day!!

The only thing I did not like was that there was a leak coming from the ice machine right in front of my room which was Room #106. This room is located on the first floor near the ice and vending machines.

Cold water,small room, housekeeper touched and moved personal items, I stayed 5 days ask for for clean sheets and she just took the sheets off the beds to put the same ones on opposite bed , toilet was dirty with cleaner just sitting in bowl purple Fabolouso ,no microwave in room but one in the lobby but it stayed dirty,room had floor but housekeeper didn't sweep and mop it

I liked that we were literally on the beach!!! We just had to walk outside and we were only a few feet away! There was a restaurant/bar directly downstairs from the hotel. The staff were all amazing & helpful! We were close to so many restaurants and stores and specialty shops!!

The hotel is definitely dated. There is work to be done on it, but for our first trip to PR it was the perfect location; away from the high traffic areas, but close enough for us to walk, definitely manageable.

the property is closest to beach which was amazing. also, since the coin laundry wasn’t open I asked cleaning lady and for $40 she washed our laundry.

small rooms uncomfortable pillows and no daily cleaning. i was prepared to leave tips everyday but that didn’t go as planned.

Ivan Calderon was very helpful in the reservation and check-in process and provided great customer service. The hotel is close to almost everything. Sandy Hotel is my top choice for a comfortable and stress-free experience without breaking the bank.

The location is perfect, on the beach, with restaurants, drinks, CVS, Starbucks!! Netflix and other streaming services were available and worked well.

We stayed during the week and left Sunday early a.m. The weekdays are pretty quiet but the noise level on Saturday night was pretty intense, so just make sure that you take ear plugs. I will definitely stay here again!!!

The customer service was exceptional and so kind and welcoming. Front receptionist Ivan & housekeeper Supervisor Maria was so attentive of us definitely will be returning.

There’s not one thing I didn’t love about this stay.

The access to the beach was great. the staff at night where very helpful and willing to get me a cab to the airport at 3am.

The AC could have been colder. the room was fine with 2 dbl beds. the water pressure in the shower was excellent. My wife didn't get her $100 refund yet as of 10/12/2023
