I stayed in the best hotel in doha, the location was in the center and after reading many reviews I made the decision to try it and after feeling very satisfied i extended my booking to 3 weeks, the room was located directly facing the towers view The staff Mr Mahepal on the reception was very friendly, professional in helping us and his outstanding quick response in providing all our needs and answer our quiries. I really had a great moments at the hotel from the service, internet, gym, affordable price neat rooms and the room service that cleans daily Thank you mahepal and all the other staff For sure i do recommend this property for all

Impeccable Cleanliness. Overall, we had a great experience, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The receptionist from Myanmar welcome us with the unique smile. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The manager who has assist us with our booking from check in till we checkout checks if there’s anything she can assist us. Even we send message to check our booking even late night she replies right away. This kind of people are for keeps to have in the company

Very comfortable and great space in all rooms and bathrooms. Very good and well designed dining room. Good kitchen.

Had problems with the refrigerator. Some times (two times) the refrigerator was shutting down by itself. So did the cooker, but I reported it and the technician came within 10 minutes and fixed it. The water coming from the taps was coloured and maybe dirty for the first 10-15 seconds but then clean water although we didn't drink it. On of the bathroos has bad smell if you don't use air conditioner but was not so bad. Other wise, everything else was much better higher than my expectations. So, nice and I strongly recommend this property. But technical issues could be met like during my stay. But it's just to say to the stuff and they surely fix that very quickly and friendly.

Near by restaurant and location near to the city centre.

I was strange that receptionist asked the security deposit in "cash" only, while check-in it was unexpected and it was not mentioned on booking.com while booking. Luckily, i had a some cash around 300 SAR at the time of check-in and took back during check-out, else it would be a bit of concern to manage arrange the 'cash' because my preference is to pay everything by card. So keep some cash with you before check-in.

The 2 bedrooms are spacious, we got one bedroom with attached bathroom & another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Another separate 1.5 toilet & bathroom. The apartment is clean. Great place for a family of four. For the facility, Gym is complete with workout equipments. Eventhough, there are no kitchen utensils and equipments readily available at the apartment, we requested them at the reception and it was all quickly provided.

The facilities like sauna and jacuzzi are not working. Swimming pool is smaller than expected. No lifeguard on duty. Room slippers are also not available but I guess if it’s requested, it will also be provided. (I didn’t request as my family brought our own slippers. No doorbell in our apartment.

Location. Right in the centre. Few minutes walk to Musheireb downtown and the souq. Plenty of restaurants around.

The room is very new which is like but it doesn’t look like it’s ready for occupancy. No power outlet in the room and a lot of wood dust in the room cupboards
