The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Palace of Parliament, making it ideal for guests who want to explore the Christmas Market and the city's landmarks. There are a few aspects that could be improved to make the stay even more enjoyable. The noise from the boulevard might be inconvenient for guests seeking peace and quiet. The climate control system was not functioning optimally, which affected the room's temperature. The outdoor coffee tables are a great idea, but their maintenance could be improved, such as more frequent cleaning of the ashtrays. During breakfast, the service was strict, and the staff paid excessive attention to details. A friendlier approach, however, would contribute to a more welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for the guests. Overall, the hotel offers many amenities and comfort, making it a pleasant and suitable choice for anyone wanting to enjoy the city's attractions and atmosphere.

It’s a standard hotel, clean, although one of the rooms had a smelly bathroom, but they moved me. Location is on the road, but close to the parliament.

The staff was not friendly, the female receptionist in particular. I think it’s the Eastern European thing. It’s like they did me a favor to accommodate me. I was not greeted when I came in and then I was made feel as if I were impolite and I had to greet them first. I think that never happened to me before. The guys were nice though. Wi-Fi is non existent. I had to work and stood in the hallway trying to teach online next to the elevator, struggling to catch any kind of a signal.

The hotel is more on the modern side and the rooms was a bit larger than other European hotels I've stayed at. The staff at reception and the restaurant were awesome and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and up-to-date. Only a few minutes walk from the Parliament Building and National Cathedral.

The location is at the end of a commercial zone so there weren't any restaurants close by except the one at the hotel. Everything else was a 10 minute walk away. You need to be very watchful of the traffic in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Especially the room had a very good vibe, it was spacious, with a lot of light. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable as well. I think the bathrooms need some freshening up, to match up the rest of the facilities.

I was participating in a conference that was organised in the hotel. Although the location is considered very central, there aren't many shops and restaurants in the near vicinity, so you have to walk at least 20 minutes to reach the city center, where all the action is taking place. Also, some dark spots at the shower could have been cleaned/taken care of.

The noise of the elevator! Please do something about it! At night is very disturbing, especially when it stops and starts. It is the second time in less then a month staying at this hotel and I faced the same problem. First time, I didn't know the cause of the noise, but this morning I realised that it's coming from the elevator. It is very hard to fall asleep when you hear that noise.

Great location, Great breakfast, helpful staff, great value for money, spacious rooms with carpets, shampoos also nice, welcoming lobby, we had a very pleasant stay. Excellent vegan restaurant at a short walking distance down a pleasant side road.

The "sofa bed" was very small, does not fit an adult, or even a tall child. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and sweet, but cleaning was often done without care, and there were dirty water stains in the bathrooms. The hotel has a nice view but the balcony is over a main road on which drivers drive fast and noisy, making it virtually unusable. The other window does not open at all, so it is hard to let fresh air in. It is also kind of scary to walk by this road with kids, but there is no other way to go by foot from the hotel to the area, so we just had to hold them close.

The hotel is located next to the Parliament building, but it is around half an hour walk to the old town. The room is cosy and well equipped. The breakfast is very tasty, with wide range of all types of food including vegetarian options. It was the best part of stay. The staff is very friendly, super nice and helpful.

The elevator sometimes was stinky. The windows are not "noise- proof" so the barking dogs on the street below were waking up in the middle of the night.

The fact that after a misunderstanding the appropriate personnel found a solution that solve the problems immediately. The facilities were good, clean and as described.

The fact that although professionals some people in the night shift did not respond the way they should to customers when problems arise. They should be at least kind enough and able to hear the issue. Fortunately other people that handle the customers requests managed to solve the problem on time.

Disappointed from the food, it’s not excellent it’s normal. And nothing more. The staff are amazing specially andrei, he is so professional, knows everything, so welcoming. I guess he is the best hotel worker I’ve ever meet! The hotel is so lucky having such a worker like him and the others in the reception , if I’ll come back to the hotel it’s because the reception staff especially andrei, not because the restaurant
