The hotel is at a very good location with having the tube station (2min walk) nearby was very helpful. The hotel reception staff was there to help and friendly. The hotel and the room was clean and room had the balcony which was a great pleasure to enjoy the sun shine. Big shout out to the reception staff to go beyond their responsibility and tried to arrange a power adaptor for me.

Breakfast options were very poor and food was at a bad state. Staffs looking after breakfast tables was like following you and your food consumption ! extremely unprofessional and sometimes noticed not-interested in customer service with other guests. Poached Eggs were very cold, scrambled eggs were very hard and crusty, breads seems to have been left for days, Hotel management can look into this as this will make the hotel a best place to stay at Bucharest city area.

Warm, comfortable stay. Hotel great at communication. Room was clean, good size, towels, dressing gowns, soap, small shampoo and hairdryer provided. Nice warm shower. Recently painted and curtains looked new. Easy to grab a taxi and explore the area.

The area was a bit run down but lovely park nearby. Easy walk to old town. Looks a bit Edwardian in decor. Breakfast was ok, some days better than others . Kettle in room,but best to bring tea and coffee with you. Milk/water can be bought at local shop. Mini fridge (empty) in room to use. Not really 4 star in UK ratings. But still nice hotel.

I traveled with my teenage daughter, the room was comfortable, we slept really well. The room was basic yet cozy, heat worked well, tastefully arranged, with large bathroom with old style taps according to the vibe. We’d come back anytime.

I didn’t love the policy for late checkout, they ask for 30’euros extra for a couple of hours past 12, and for full night price for anything longer than that. Our flight was late at night so we paid for another night to be able to checkout out 6 pm. I understand the reasoning behind it but I think the price should be lower.

The bed was large and comfortable, the air conditioning was working great, the breakfast was nice - very good choice of foods, available for a long time, refilled frequently. The rumour about pigeons is true, but they were not bothering us in anyway. The location was excelent.

On our first day, around 7pm, the hot water was cold and brown, nobody warned us about that, later the water was fine, the bathtub had mold on 2 sides. We were staying with a toddler, as i asked for an extra set of sheets, i only got a bedsheet, no pillowcase or top sheet - maybe that got lost in the translation. The cleaning lady only cleaned the bathroom, didnt make the bed, which i found a little strange.

Really great location, easy walking distance to everything. The breakfast here is really solid! There are plenty of food, coffee, and grocery options within very close proximity. The rooms are nice, with a little bit of vintage touch that made the hotel have a lot of charm. Not everyone will like this, but I liked this a lot.

You can hear other rooms pretty clearly, both through the adjoining walls and the doors/hallway. This wasn’t a huge issue for me, but could be for others.

The room was very clean and had everything you need for your stay (some water bottles, towels, slippers, heating etc., …). Also the room gets cleaned everyday if you want to. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful regarding infos about the city. Breakfast was also really enjoyable.

The only thing that comes to mind is the breakfast. The breakfast area is on the smaller side and it can get a little bit crowded after 9am but besides that everything was good and nice.

The beds are super comfy and the rooms are cleaned daily which is highly appreciated. The stuff is super lovely and the location is conveniently close to the centre.

The bathroom is a bit dated and because there was no shower curtain the whole bathroom tends to get wet. It was way too hot in the room so we had to sleep with an open window in January. The space for breakfast is quite small with only about 5-6 tables so some mornings we found ourselves waiting in the lobby for 15min for a table to free up which is annoying if you’ve planned your day and you have somewhere to go.

In a very good location (15/20 min walk to the old town) with good breakfast hours (7am - 10:30am). Was very clean and good value for money.

The fridge in our room wasn’t working and nothing was done to fix this even though we bought to the attention of reception. Also very noisy at night with loud car horns outside and barking dogs - not the hotels fault but does let the location down a little. Very strict on breakfast times - had an excursion and needed to leave 5 mins before breakfast started and was told we’d need to wait if we wanted food

Great find at an amazing price, I had such a good offer because it was January and new start of the year, also genius clients get free AMAZING breakfast! The location is just superb, close to everything I needed, and the bus and taxi station are right in front of it. Staff was nice, very quite and very very clean! Indeed the bathroom amenities are dated but all was super clean. The bed is huuuge and very confy! You get safe, towels, drier, slippers, shower products, etc. A small problem when I saw the nice tub I was starting to think about a long relaxing bath, but it missed the cap...

The missing cap on the tub, but I sticked with shower, not such a big thing...

The location was ideal if you want to stay away from the noise of busy streets and the old town music, but walking distance. The breakfast choices were good, and the food was freshly cooked in the morning. Easily access for pushchairs they have a good size lift and ramp in the front. Clean rooms, and good size rooms as well.

We were travelling with a 2 year old and a buggy (pushchair), our room had a few steps in front of the door, which was the case only for the rooms in that position. It was manageable, but not ideal.
