t is an overall standard hotel and highly recommendable if value for money is considered. the room was spacious and the equipment modern and comfortable. I liked the coffee/tea facilities in the room. There is an ATM inside the hotel. I liked the location. Few meters away there is a nice little bar/restaurant for meals and breakfast. Walking distance to a little supermarket (with many kinds of things) and to the nearest metro station. Actually, by crossing the park with the pool nearby you get straight to the historical center without using transportation (15-20 minutes’ walk). I would be glad to stay again in Trianon.

Hotel Trianon is ideal for a short stay in Bucharest, actually, the only minus is that they don't serve breakfast. Everything else is very good, including the cleanliness of the rooms, reliable wifi, an elevator to the upper floors, and proximity of public transport. The hotel is near Cismigiu garden, the most central park of Bucharest and close to many attractions.

Although the bathroom was very clean, the shower head had a leak and it was difficult to take a shower without spraying water all over. Attention to these minor defects in the bathrooms is necessary.

The front desk staff is so nice and helpful. The showers in this hotel are outstanding. The hotel is in a nice location and the room was a good size. I would definitely stay again because I know now what to expect.

You can hear every noise from outside and inside the hotel. It kept me up at night. The room was not clean, especially the walls. Thankfully, the bed was clean and comfortable. Their website says they have air conditioning in the rooms but it was very hot and muggy during my stay and I was informed that only some rooms have AC. Staff told me to open my window for air but I was on the ground (first) floor so that wasn't really an option at night.

Great location, not at the busy noisy and bustling Old Town and the central street Calea Victoriei but just close enough, within a 10-15 minute walking distance through a nice park (Grădina Cișmigiu). If you don't mind walking a bit this location is perfect. The best part was the tram station just outside the hotel doors that takes you straight to and from the North Railway Station Neighborhood and then the airport. It was so easy to get to the hotel. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, and it was recently renovated. No complaints.

The bathroom was a wash room and was absolutely incredible I wanted to uproot it and put it in my home. The room was cozy and the cost of the stay was relatively cheap. Lovely being next to the park

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, lovely and big but dipped at the sides so was a bit sore on the back. Also heads up to anyone staying here, keep your key card for the room AWAY from your phone it demagnetizes it and won't work and you will have to get a new one. Was a 20min to get to old town (not the hotels fault obviously just another heads up )

I liked the area where it is located, easily accessible and I was lucky to find a parking space in front of the hotel. There is a tram line and it is advisable to request a room that is not positioned facing the street.

It seems that the last 2 years have left their mark on the area due to the pandemic, which has led to a decrease in attention to detail. Although the room was clean, the towels were clean, there may be some wear and tear as well as a desire to get things ready quickly so that they are available to guests after the restrictions have been lifted. We only stayed for one night so it didn't bother us. On the other hand, the quality / location / surroundings ratio is very good in terms of value for money. Superior double room.

Nice hotel located near Cișmigiu Park, in a walking distance from the Old city centre, Piață palatului, Opera româna, etc. Good acces using public transport. The room (for 3 persons) was a loft, clean, shower, amenities, two TV sets, good WiFi. There is a lift for the upper floors.

An improvement which is necessary in many hotels - more electric outlets (upstairs there was two, only one downstairs).

Coffee tray had just 2 instant sticks and no biscuits. Would prefer separate shower gel and shampoo rather than just a soap and hair/body wash. And if conditioner and body cream minis given too always nice. But not a problem - what given was adequate

The people working there are FANTASTIC. There is no minibar in the room, but at the reception you can buy something to drink. On the other side of the road is a small market if you need some snaks . The room was clean and spatious. I will enjoy an other stay there gladly

the staff was really good

We had 5 rooms. Those with the air conditioning units on the wall were very comfortable. Those that had the central air never cooled if no matter what. It was very warm in rooms at all time. Also, I have stayed before and the breakfast option was superb and one of the reasons I chose the property. I missed that option very much this time. Re-opening the breakfast option should be a priority!
