I had an excellent stay at the hotel in Bucharest. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the city's main attractions, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner well-maintained. The staff made a lasting impression, particularly the secretary Ely and the gentleman from Sri Lanka, who were both extremely friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bucharest, as it offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that enhances your stay in the city.

Centrally located, staff very friendly and rooms updated but small with spacious bathroom.

The street at night it’s a little dark and not in a main avenue. Also I have a recommendation if I may, as I arrived late at night I was not in the mood to go outside in that street and there was no water available at the property, at least for the first day one complementary small water bottle would be appreciated if you have to take pills or simply you are thirsty, there was no water at all, not even for purchase, at 6 am I had to go outside to any place to buy the water….

Excellent position in the city, everything is walkable from the hotel. The room was orderly with everything I needed, and the reception is open 24/7 so my late arrival was not a problem. The bathroom was very comfortable and clean. As I was out during the day I mainly was in the room for sleeping.

In the message I received beforehand it said I could still buy breakfast on the day, but when I went to the reception in the morning they said because no-one signed up they didn't have the buffet. On the one hand great that they reduce foodwaste, on the other hand I would have appreciated knowing the day before that I needed to book it.

Staff were super friendly and helpful.

very central. lovely English speaking reception staff. I was in room 501 which has just been refurbished and the shower and room were so clean and just ideal. large tv, kettle and fridge. the location to the old town is perfect. it’s about a 5 min walk but quietly tucked away from the noise. I went as a woman on my own and felt very safe. I would just advice Ubers back to the accommodation at night as it’s on a back street.

No staff, just cleaning persons a few hours a day.

It is a small family hotel close to the heart of the old Bucharest center. What likes me the most? You will find true care here from personal, barmen, reception members. It is like a hotel trying to give you more than paid for, and it is a pleasant surprise. I stayed here for a long business trip, and I like it so much, so I prolong my stay here to enjoy Bucharest for a couple of more days. Thank you Liad

Good Location. Very helpful staff. functioning AC. TV with good selection. 24/7 reception and good bar. Good value for money. Overall a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.

Bad quality towels. Bedding and pillows could be better. They weren't very comfortable. No room service. One old style key only for the room door. Couple or multiple occupants will be inconvenienced.

Central and clean enough hotel, warm rooms during winter and 24/7 reception. Basic renovated rooms but I could stay there again.

The first day the room smelled very bad but the next days the smell left. I suppose the smell was coming from an internal backyard where the window sees. The blanket was also small for two people. Room cleaning is every three days and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room which was awful since we arrived late at night.

The owner is very friendly and ratio price quality is to me really good. The two ladies at the reception in the evening were funny & friendly. My room in the 5th floor (502) was big enough and my bed confortable. i loved the location there are plenty of good place to eat close to the Hotel.

Don't open the window with the light on in your room at night or you will have a lot of insects.
