Hotel staff were friendly. Pool was not large, but because of covid the hotel had low occupancy which ensured we often had the pool to ourselves. Location was excellent for access to Rodney Bay marina and for exploring the north of St.Lucia. The main shopping area and restaurants were also within walking distance (for us). The restaurant chef went out of her way to provide gluten free meals for two of our party (but see negative below). Restaurant offered decent dinner offerings. Parking was easy.

Traffic to head south towards Castries from the hotel was very congested much of the time. The level of attention to gluten free requirements fell away somewhat after the first night.

I loved that they accommodated me with a ground floor room. The check in process went very smooth and I was able to check in an hour early. Room was comfortable with Air Conditioner and small refrigerator. The shower's water pressure was the best I had experienced on the island. The internet speed was perfect for streaming. Breakfast was included and it was delicious and fulfilling eat morning. Nice swimming pool area and very clean facility overall. I loved the fact that I was within walking distance of the Marina, Bank of Saint Lucia for the ATM and a 15 minute walk from Gros Islet Town. It cost $10 a trip to hire a taxi to Reduit Beach and Pigeon Island, arrange pick up with front desk and return with driver. I tried a delicious gourmet dinner my last night at the hotel. I would stay here again if it's the only hotel available for vaccinated tourist.

That it was the only hotel available for vaccinated tourist. I preferred to stay at one of the sister hotels close to the main shopping area or the Resort on Reduit Beach.

Very clean and well maintained. Nice rooms with balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly staff and surprised me by leaving fresh fruits and champagne in my room for my birthday during my stay.

Restaurant hours are limited for lunchtime and you have to walk far for an open restaurant in between lunch hour and dinner time.

Our venture at the hotel was worth it. The room was accommodating, well decorated and comforting where as breakfast was very special for my girlfriend and that made my very happy. Overall I was very happy with the time I spent there. Thank you for having us and I am hoping to spend more time at your hotel. Your staff was friendly and welcoming.

We got in hours before the hurricane and we were cared for both during and after. The manger ensured that the chef prepared only authentic local cuisine. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
