I liked the large bathroom and room. The beds were comfortable. Nice size TV. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and even better, truly nice. They went above and beyond.

Although the location is within walking distance of the pier, restaurants, and the Aquarium, it was extremely loud. There were loud crowds of people walking by, cars blowing their horns, sirens, etc., until about 2:30 in the morning. The windows and walls did nothing to block any noise. I could hear conversations between people when they weren't even being loud. With that said, the attitudes, the kindness and the efficiency of the staff more than made up for it.

Liked the location and the decor. I loved the industrial style decor that played off the history of the building. The location was great within walking distance of many things. Parking garage was close when we decided to drive places.

Did not like the pillows in the room. They were a down style which I’m allergic to so sleeping was rough. The shower was nice but the water took awhile to heat up and when it did it burned you. There was no real happy medium on the shower temp.

Hotel was in great walking distance from everything. When I needed to drive my car I did and returned it and when I walked I enjoyed the atmosphere.The staff was very nice and helpful. Had a list printed that was helpful with attractions, restaurants and other things to do. Staff was very helpful with everything. The room was clean. Beds was comfortable. Good view. Everything was great including the valet and the security. Definitely will stay there again and recommend.

The room looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and nice. the location was central to downtown and close by everything I wanted to do. We made a quick walk down to the harbor to avoid paying for parking again. The staff was quick and efficient with check in and check out. The lobby had nice decor.

The room didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave. On the morning of our check out we requested clean towels and washcloths at about 6am and they said they didn’t have any because the laundry had been picked up and wouldn’t be back until like 7:30am. Very strange to not have ANY clean linen in the hotel. So we had to use yesterday linen because we couldn’t wait due to our long day of travel ahead of us. Parking is expensive.

I loved that our room came with a pull out bed and that there was good variation of channels on the tv. Also the fact that the rooms come with their own door stoppers is a complete plus! The beds were cozy and ac worked great!

One of the pillow sheets were stained which bothered my friend a bit and the sink would fill up to the brim if you left the water running.

The room was big and the bathroom as well. The shower was amazing.

In 5 days of staying no one came and clean my room. I did not feel the need to it to happen so I did not complain about it but I think it is not something that should have happened.

The staff The hotel was really nice we have stayed at a lot of inner harbor hotels and this one is in the top 5 the location was great we stayed for the ravens game and we were able to eat and drink 🍸 right next door 😊

The staff were friendly. The valet parking attendant on Friday and Saturday was amazing

There was only 1 nightstand and only outlets on one side of the bed. The blanket was too small for the bed and stained. The light fixtures in the bathroom were very dirty.

Staff was great, extremely nice and professional. Room was great, roomy and clean. Gym was open 24 hours. 2 blocks from Inner Harbor and valet parking was super affordable.

The things I didn't like were no fault of the place. They had Covid regulations and some things were not available, like board games and coffee bar. They were also going through a system change and we weren't able to get key card so had to be let in room by staff.
