I was lucky enough to be put in a room with a view - a ninth floor overlook of the harbor and the aquarium, absolutely gorgeous. The staff were approachable and nice, the room was clean. There was also a mini fridge which gets bonus points from me since many hotels decide they don't like having mini fridges anymore. It was just me on this trip, in the city for a music festival nearby. I didn't need much - just a bed and a tv for when I'm not out and about. For what I needed, it was a great room with a great view

I paid via my credit card when I booked the room via booking.com, but then used my debit card for the security deposit when I checked in. The security deposit ended up being an additional entire cost of the room, which was rescinded after check out. Now, two weeks later, the charge is back and it stuck. Trying to call the hotel but they directed me to some accountant's voicemail. We'll see how it goes.

I would live in the Sheraton if I could. All services were handled in an efficient and pleasant fashion. The only downer for that location is that Baltimore Inner Harbor and Harbor Place are so economically depressed. The infrastructure of the city is really in bad shape, roads, sidewalks, etc. Many "zebra" crosswalks are almost invisible and very few have crossing signal buttons. Warn visitors about Lexington Market and environs.

You could get a new mayor and city council!

We liked that the Sheraton was so close to the MARC, which we rode up from WDC. Since we were only there overnight, it was very close to the Inner Harbor and we were able to walk to dinner and enjoy an evening walk afterwards! We had a corner room on the 9th floor. It was a nice room. Comfy bed. Very clean!

While the room was nice, the A/C had been turned off and it took a long time for the room to cool off. After a long walk around DC all day, a ride up on the MARC, and then a two block walk from Camden Station, it was a bit disappointing to walk up to our room and it was hot and muggy! If you have a room reserved for a guest, make sure the room is ready! Also, just my opinion, but I think the bathrooms could use an update. Step in tub to shower. Showerhead not positioned for tall people. And toilet seemed to be sized for short people! LOL! Guests came up on the 9th floor and was making a lot of noise, totally ignoring the "quiet area" sign. I am all about having a good time, but people should be respectful to other guests!

The location can't be better - basically right between the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. I was in town to visit both, so this location couldn't have been better. Hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The view from my room was Camden and, a little farther, M&T Stadium.

Could have just been that I was traveling on a game day, and there seemed to be some other event at the hotel, but the parking was a bit chaotic. Rooms are nice, albeit a bit on the worn side, ex. the mini fridge, which I wasn't even using, was leaking water.

Everything was awesome. My room. Very quiet hotel. No noise. I thought I was the only guest on the 9th floor😃. The food at Morton's was Excellent. Upon checking out. I cleaned my room. Put all dirty linen in the middle of the bed. Neatly put dirty towels on ledge.

The breakfast at Orioles. It was cold. Not worth $24. Especially for the small portion I didn't eat. I was under the impression that breakfast was complimentary. I paid with my card. And was still charged on Tuesday morning upon checking out

The desk staff was exceptional, no matter what time of day. They always helped with whatever was needed.

Carpet needs to be checked at the end of each stay; white spots were all over the brown carpet.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. Location was great as it was just a few blocks from the Inner Harbor. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The escalator wasn’t working and there was no breakfast served. The closet door was off it’s hinges when we went to use it, so we didn’t use it to hang anything up.

Location, friendly & accommodating staff, clean

The staff were always responsive to my concerns. The gym was clean but water empty and sanitary wipes were not replaced 24 hours after I reported the deficiency. The front desk team were very responsive and helpful. Overall, my experience was good & I would return.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and easy the staff person who checked us in (Kenya) was fantastic ! She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I forgot my toothbrush but no worries as I was provided with a complementary toothbrush and toothpaste!

No microwave in the room was a little inconvenient . The heater in the room was very loud and we had to turn it off at night in order to sleep without the noise it made! The cost of parking seemed pretty high for hotel guest.

Very nice hotel. Steakhouse attached. Did not eat there but looked fabulous and heard great reviews from patrons. Location is great.

Parking in garage was confusing but once you realize you have to park on lobby level, it was ok. Let us check in super early (11am). Room was spacious for my husband and I.
