Location was good for the centre of Aberdeen. Apartments were large with much more space than I had thought they would be. Parking was easy and there was plenty.

Slightly awkard getting the fob to get in for the parking as you need to get up to the flat to pick up keys before you can get in. Fine if there are two of you in the car. Breakfast was included but only for the first day, it wasn't replenished at all whereas some of the reviews imply it was. Worth knowing if you're staying more than one day.

Location is great - 5 min walk from a supermarket; 10 - 15 min walk from mainstreet/shops. Clean rooms and breakfast (cereal/croissant/jam/large food bowl). Two bedrooms so a choice of rooms. Shower good (hot water!) Kitchen well supplied with utensils etc. Off street parking safe and easy. The hop on bus is worth the money - goes through the university section, ports, new developments on the beach. Lasts about 60 to 70 mins. Can hop off at any point and back on; ticket lasts 24 hrs.

Nothing - would stay again.

love the location, the car parking is ideal. the apartments have recently been freshly repainted and are looking great too. ( I've stayed here before) the breakfast pack is immense and a great touch! It's a pleasure to stay here.

The seating, although comfortable to sit on, is very low, with a lip that doesn't make it easy to get up out of. I've experienced this both visits, but it doesn't affect whether I would stay here or not. the bedroom was quite dusty this visit, mostly the bedside tables, but immaculate otherwise.

A cozy apartment that provides all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable, while the kitchen and bathroom are more than adequate. The availability of parking is truly convenient.

The apartment, while not particularly luxurious, offers good value for the money. One minor inconvenience we encountered was a loud ticking sound, possibly from the water pipes within the wall, which disrupted our sleep on the first night. Rather than contacting the host, we simply moved to the second room and had a restful night's sleep.

We were only expecting a 1 bedroom apartment, but found it had 2 bedrooms when we arrived. We were able to out our luggage in the 2nd bedroom, therefore didn't trip over it at night which made for a nice change. Instructions to let ourselves in were emailed prior to our stay, so getting into the carpark and unit was a breeze. There were plenty of options for breakfast in the fridge - yoghurt, cereal, fruit, pikelets, butter, jam, juice and fresh milk. There was also a washing machine/dryer in the kitchen.

There were no instructions on how to get the washing dry in the machine. Luckily, we were able to download them so that we could get our clothes dry.

This property was spacious, clean and in great walking location to some eateries and bus to town. It is obviously new as we still had the paint or carpet smells! It was lovely to find milk in the fridge (a rarity nowadays) so we could have a cuppa on arriving late here, along with fresh fruit, breakfast snacks and juices.

The only thing I would say is to include conditioner with the shampoo in the bathroom - as this would save the guest leaving the shower to walk down the shop to buy it!!

Location - within mins walking distance from city centre. Accommodation: - Instructions to keys and car parking were clear and convenient - Facilities were complete, very clean, and everything you'd need has been carefully thought of by the property. - Breakfast provided (needless to mention, best I've ever come across!) - Bed was very comfortable Highly recommended!

Lighting in the bedroom was a little dim. (But no big issue)

The apartment is very nice, clean and well taken care of. Communication with the host was fast and easy. When we first checked in the apartment had apparently been freshly painted with some fumes of paint still lingering. As a person easily affected by strong smells we called the host who kindly and immediately moved us into another apartment that was available. Excellent experience and strongly recommend!

Everything was great

Every apartment was in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. Did not go into one apartment until person arrived and despite being wrong info given was sorted within 5 minutes. Family from West Lothian here for a wedding anniversary party, would definitely use again, even if only 1 apartment. Breakfast and all the small details very well received. Small issue with a shower but dealt with very quickly.

I booked this on behalf of our site guys who are working in Aberdeen. They made a point of contacting me to tell me how great the apartment is. Loved the breakfast that was replensished each day and was the perfect location for everything. This will now be our go-to apartment for any bookings in the future. Absolutely fantastic. 10/10!
