My accommodation elsewhere fell through so this was a last minute booking and I'm so glad I stayed here instead. Lovely large reception area, nice staff (especially the late night staff) and the room was very clean and comfortable. I have OCD so really struggle staying in strange places but the bathroom and bedding were clean and I felt very relaxed and at home. The main entrance is closed at night so you need to buzz to get in, but this was nice as it felt very secure. The location is brilliant and it's quiet. (The booking that fell through elsewhere still charged me and left me with a very bad experience on arrival, but the Park Inn were exceptional and saved the day)

Excellent location, lovely bar and restaurant and the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. We had arrived there having initially booked the most horrific apartment you could imagine. Thankfully, the hotel had a room and we didn't have to abandon our trip completely. They did quote the standard rates even though I had shown them the booking.com rate but were happy for me to book via the app and pay in person since I was there. We were on floor 5 at the back of the hotel and rarely if ever heard another guest which is great. Noise is why we tend to avoid larger hotels but it was a very peaceful stay and we even managed two long lies which is unheard of for either of us. Overall, a really good stay.

The mattress was very hard which the hotel seem to have tried to remedy by putting single duvets on each half. It doesn't work. The two halves also continually separated which isn't ideal for a couple to stay in. I think it was two singles as opposed to a genuine come apart super king. The towels had holes as did the sheet on the bed. They were clean but it's still not the best impression.

Reception Staff were great, Check in was easy and quick to my reserved room ,being on the 4th floor got me a nice view over the rooftops of the city, The room was spacious and spotlessly clean as was the En Suite. Special mention to the cleaning team on my floor, Nothing was too much trouble to them and were always smiling. Breakfast team were vigilant and quick to clear tables without a fuss. Breakfast itself was buffet style everything you need to get your day off to a great start. The selections were fresh and well cooked with staff topping up when needed 👌 The restaurant situated in the bar was good and fair priced.I had Fish and chips with soft drink . The Fish was really nice and I'd recommend it highly. The Bar person was really nice and knew the menu well. I really enjoyed my stay here ,and if in the area again, this hotel would be MY 1st choice . Being situated a hundred metres from Union Street give you so many options to explore all amenities within walking distance,my favourite was "The Comedy Club" on Castle Street, There is plenty of restaurants and public houses, swimming, theatre.Live Music Venues , The Beach Ballroom and Pittodrie Football Stadium are all within a 20 minute stroll from the Hotel 🏨 The Hotel has Disabled access. There are Disabled Parking outside the front of the Hotel.

The weather outside 😂

Clean room, comfy bed, central location. Friendly staff, easy access to the building late at night.

The front desk messed up the booking and we were very nearly sharing a bed. There was no toothpaste. If its a cost issue to include toothpaste, get rid of a pillow and blanket per bed in each of the rooms. It was warm and this compact building will not get cold enough in the winter. Its pretty expensive I think, 43 quid a night with no breakfast in a shared room.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the heating was easy to control. Our room had a great view over the city towards the sea. The bar area was nicely decorated. Great central location.

We specifically booked a twin room however there wasn't one available. There were small plastic bottles of shower gel etc in the bathroom, not environmentally friendly. The breakfast was expensive and there was very little choice, not worth the money by a long stretch. (Also the cheese was wrapped in plastic).

The hotel was modern, huge rooms and cheap for a Radisson. The hotel decor was beautiful and the portraits on the wall were different, the only thing missing was a pool. The staff were lovely and nothing was a bother to them, great coffee and letting you take your cutlery to your room for food orders. The bathroom was spotless and I loved the shower.

The doors at the entrance start as you walk through them, other than that nothing.

good location, comfortable room, good shower, excellent breakfast, good value for money. All the staff at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast were friendly, efficient and professional.

As there are a number of clubs and late bars in the general area where the hotel is located, at the weekend there can be some noise late at night from revellers and boy/girl racers. Ask for a quiet room away from the street if outside noise bothers you.

Loved the location of this hotel it was bright inside and very clean and modern

We had a superior room panoramic view but was very disappointed with the bed , it was actually 2 single beds with single mattresses and just just a big sheet holding them together was very uncomfortable and disappointing as everything else about the stay was fantastic

The receptionist was really friendly andn asked me if I wanted twin or double just in case to confirm. The room was really clean and comfortable. The shower was good, too. A few supermarkets are within 5 min's walk.

No information in the room about the gym and other hotel facilities. There should be some cards or something to tell us where the gym is etc.
