We have been here many times but this time was different. We had a superior room ? I would never class this as a superior room. We actually never complain and never this time either as it was only one night . We could see crumbs under the bed and no not right under you could see the crumbs just by standing and looking down. There were no hangers for your clothes either it was very basic but Never a superior room It was no different from the rest of the rooms we’ve been in on our previous visits . Location is absolutely perfect and that’s why we always went there . Breakfast was really nice as were the staff.

As I said very basic Only 2 pillows on a queen size bed No hangers could’ve been a bit cleaner.

Central location Service staff during lunch was great, fast reaction, customer friendly with all customized extras

Service staff in the bar was not interested, we felt totally not welcome. Bar closed at 10 pm and really all the special drinks for this region in the card (whiskey as it is Scotland) were not available! Bar staff told that are only empty cartons on display and only show, we can only have one from Ireland :D ridicules!!! And this 3 nights in a row, no motivation to fill up stock - at least to what is in the card.

Good location just off Union Street and a short walk to the centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar and dining areas. Comfortable room and nice bathroom. Appreciated the water bottles. On the 5th floor with a good view. I was there 3 nights and slept well. It was winter. They put a small, free standing electric radiator heater in my room, which worked very well, and was necessary in this weather! The breakfast was not five-star but was good and had everything I wanted.

Nothing really, only small details for perfectionists!

The room was gorgeous and lived the air conditioning and big tv. The bed was so comfortable and everything very clean. Will definitely stay again. And coming in very late after night out. The man was so lovely letting us in as he spotted us.

The large lamp didn't work. And it really needs a good light fitted directly above the big long mirror by the door because the one small spot light directly above the entrance door isn't enough to say do make up or hair. And there was no packs of biscuits with the tea and coffee. But overall it was absolutely lovely room.

Good location! Big room with nice view, room had dog bowls and bed for my little pup(did not expect that, was very shocked and felt very welcoming) hotel staff were amazing & very helpful. Gym was right next to my room as I asked for due to having dog so I could be near him.

Abit nosey at night time but expected on the more busy times of weekend/weekdays as it’s in town centre and clubs and bars being near! Gym could do with some more lifting equipment gym bench and some more accessories for the cable machine.

The hotel is very well placed within a good commute to many shops, restaurants, pubs/clubs, the place is surrounded by many facilities! The hotel is also well presented. The staff were exceptional, welcoming and informative. The bed is also comfy. The room itself was also well presented!

The noise outside during the night at the front of the building. Can hear the commotions outside (I know this can’t be helped). Dirty socks were left behind from previous person/persons whom stayed in the room - they were hidden behind the curtains. Other than the slight noise outside, and the socks.. we did have a pleasant stay. The place was clean other than the socks of course. I hold it against anyone for noise that cannot be helped.

Location very good. Plenty of car parking nearby (although price reasonable, thought hotel would have negotiated discount for guests). Staff friendly and helpful. Bedroom good, quiet for city location, bed and pillows comfortable. Clean throughout, staff seemed hard working.

Breakfast options could have been clearer, with menu in room or on Hotel TV. Wasn't sure if cooked breakfast was available (only continental mentioned). Shower cubicle door not best design allowing water on floor and some mold on sealant / grout.

Room was very chic and modern, clean and tidy. Everything you needed was there for my stay. Bathroom was of a high standard and also clean. Bed was very comfortable and had a good night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend this Hotel for its comfort and well situated near city centre.

Everything was absolutely first class and of a high standard. Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. The facilities were of a good standard and well presented. My only slight issue was the hot breakfast food within the dining room was not very hot, that is my only criticism of the Hotel otherwise I would highly recommend to other friends in future. It is also very well priced for the location and standard within the Hotel. Very good. Keep up the good work.

Ideal location for access to Union Street and easily accessible by car. The lounge and bar area were very comfortable and relaxing. Reception staff was welcoming. Room was a very good size and quiet even though it was close to the lifts.

Bed too hard for me but that's a personal preference. Having to pay for parking but having stayed in a few hotels in Aberdeen , I know this is the norm for most places.

My accommodation elsewhere fell through so this was a last minute booking and I'm so glad I stayed here instead. Lovely large reception area, nice staff (especially the late night staff) and the room was very clean and comfortable. I have OCD so really struggle staying in strange places but the bathroom and bedding were clean and I felt very relaxed and at home. The main entrance is closed at night so you need to buzz to get in, but this was nice as it felt very secure. The location is brilliant and it's quiet. (The booking that fell through elsewhere still charged me and left me with a very bad experience on arrival, but the Park Inn were exceptional and saved the day)
