The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Staff was amazing all but the black gentlemen behind bar. He wasn’t as friendly as everyone else had been. The room was beautiful

we definitely had to reclean the room. Floor had not been swept, toenails in the floor. When we first arrived we checked the bed and was getting ready to change the sheets (we brought our own) and we noticed the comforter had visible blood and pee/sweat stains. It did take them awhile to bring us a new clean comforter and when they did we was not in the room but they left all the dirty Lien in our room

Gorgeous and unique property, being able to explore the museum was very cool! Also has a nice Spanish-themed bar and breakfast restaurant on site. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, also quiet for a downtown area. Gym and indoor pool (including hot tub, sauna and steam room) were amazing! Unfortunately, valet parking is insanely expensive at $45/night, and staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when I inquired about other parking options. Spent a lot of time moving my car and worrying about meters. Also, contradictory to my booking terms, breakfast was NOT included, so that false advertising was highly disappointing since I believe I paid extra for that.

We loved the breakfast Cafe, and the personality and welcoming attitudes of the staff. We loved the art and being able to search for the bee hives. We loved the game room (pool table and shuffleboard) and that we were close enough to eateries and businesses to walk for something to eat and/or to do. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was smaller than we thought it would be. We heard noise from plumbing or something every once in a while, and the elevators were an issue. Parking was awful and cost a lot. At one point, we had to go out at 3AM in order to add more time because it wouldn't allow us to add another 24 hours.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable with the lounge seating and table in the corner king room. I really liked the menu offerings at the restaurant conveniently located in the lobby. The art was fun to view and the overall look of the hotel was polished but approachable and just casual enough. The spa facilities looked great as well - steam room and sauna! The proximity to the Gateway Arch was perfect for a stroll from the hotel.

I wish we had been told that a reservation for the dining room would be needed. We were sat in the bar area instead. The spa facilities closed at 6 PM which was much too early for us to be able to enjoy them after returning from our sight seeing walk downtown.

Overall really beautiful location with lovely amenities. Didn't have much time to explore but would love to come back and spend time in the gallery.

A few design details that could be improved: 1) Shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor regardless of whether open or closed 2) Furnace fan was loud and would have been an issue if we had needed to turn on heat or air. 3) Hard to find info about room service, had no clue that we should turn the TV on. Appreciate paper being saved, though! 4) Glass window + tile floor in sauna seemed to be weird design choices for comfort. Otherwise the pool area + sauna were SO cool. 5) When I booked, free breakfast was listed as part of the package. However, the café on site did not have a hotel breakfast option. Would remove this from the booking website so as not to mislead guests!

Found this hotel for a quick stay to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was a great choice and a really unique and artsy place. Appreciated the extra effort to make it interesting. The fun wallpaper in the stair well was a good backdrop. We enjoyed visiting the art gallery and there was really nice work in there. An artist we had seen at the Nashville art museum previously had work in here. Fun bonus. The room was modern and clean and we loved the glass shower that gave it an extra wow factor. Didn't get to the pool or the billiards table but we did pickup breakfast from the little cafe on our way out and while the selection was pretty small, it was nice to have a little something before we left. The coffee with honey was really great.

Nothing we came across could have been better

Staff were amazing and friendly, bar was fantastic and the restaurant Idol Wolf was superb. We enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. Room was really spacious, bathroom enormous, beds super comfortable. Toiletries divine… shower jet was powerful and had options. It was great being able to make a nice coffee or tea. And our girls liked playing table shuffleboard!

We didn’t drive on this trip and sometimes it took a little while to walk downtown or wherever we needed to go (we also took an Uber when we needed to). But we enjoyed the location - peaceful and close enough to lots of places we wanted to go

The location was wonderful! We were in town for a concert at Busch Stadium. We were able to walk to to and from the concert, so we didn't have to mess around with finding parking near the stadium. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is beautiful. Converted from a YMCA built in 1926, the facilities (especially the pool area and the lobby) and aesthetic are fantastic, especially if you enjoy historical buildings. Bonus win- there is a rubber ducky in the bathroom that you can take with you after your stay! My daughter named ours Louis! We will stay at this hotel again whenever we find ourselves in St. Louis!

The body wash and conditioner were empty in our shower. We had an ice bucket, but we couldn't find an ice machine anywhere in the hotel.

The hotel was fabulous! It was so fun to stay here. I loved the decor in the room and throughout the building. The restaurant and bar were wonderful. We LOVED the food. The pool and art gallery were super fun and memorable. Definitely worth it to come here!

The surrounding neighborhood was less inspiring. We came during a hot spell over the summer, so it wasn't pleasant outside. This hotel wasn't ideal for pets, though they were very accommodating, as we were staying with our two dogs as part of our cross-country road trip. However, these are aspects that can be overlooked for an enjoyable stay.

The fact that the hotel is a museum is really cool, we enjoyed walking around and seeing all the art. The pool is really nice, it’s a decent sized pool and it wasn’t dirty or anything, there were toys from people the previous night but it didn’t bother me. The hot tub & saunas were really nice too. Location isn’t horrible, we had a concert at enterprise center and it was only a 10 min walk. The bar was really nice too, a little pricey but not bad.

We didn’t have much toilet paper in our room when we arrived but a quick call to the front desk fixed that. I really don’t have any complaints.
