Stay here regularly as we like the funkyness of the interior decor.Breakfast is always great as the buffet has a good variety of food.

Ashame that all the little extras are slowly disappearing.Like it use to offer free parking now 10bucks a night.Free snacks in the room have now completely vanished, from a great range to just free cans of softdrink to now nothing.Fully understand they are all extra cost and most guest won't realize but regular stayers do. Also take note that the creditcard deposit they take actually gets refunded if you prepaid your booking.Took me 3 calls, 3 emails, hopefully it has been resolved after 20 days.

It wasn't far from the places we needed to be & also was nice and close to town and shopping centres.

When we first got into our room the bathroom floor looked as if it hadn't been mopped as it still had water on the floor and shoe marks, there was also a drink bottle on our counter that didnt belong to any of us. I think for the amount we paid as we got 2 rooms to cater to 7 of us, the least we could have was a clean room without someone elses used drink bottle.

Easy check-in with easy accessible parking. Nice decor throughout the whole hotel.

The restaurant food was not great. The food came out very fast and it felt like it had been blasted through a microwave and tasted greasy and re-heated.

Very comfy beds, room was very clean and tidy. Great facilities. Nice relaxing lounge areas. Pool was great. Gym was good. Great location for the airport. Value for money. Restaurant food was good. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful whilst walking around the hotel.

Not a biggie but it left a slight bad taste on our experience and we had had such a different experience on previous visit. Restaurant was very understaffed. Our order took quite awhile and we were left with dirty dishes on the table the entire meal. Dirty dinner plates were left on the table whilst we ate our desserts. 2nd drinks were not offered we had to go to the bar. Restaurant staff & bar staff were not very friendly. (and no it wasn't us) I know it can sometimes go both ways but we were very easy customers, we just wanted to enjoy our last night dining with our Mum whom we were visiting in NZ.

Review of our stay at Naumi Hotel (11/01/25 - 17/01/25) We had an amazing stay at Naumi Hotel! The stylish decor and the music at the entrance immediately set the tone. Check-in was quick and on time. Our room was stunning, with high-definition TV, comfortable bedding, fragrant bathroom products, a terrace with two chairs and a table, and thoughtful touches like bathrobes. The housekeeping service was impeccable. The 24/7 gym and heated pool were fantastic additions. We also appreciated the cozy dining lounge, the late check-out, and the instant refund of our deposit. Everything was perfect—thank you to the entire Naumi team for making our stay unforgettable!

The kids really enjoyed the waterfall shower in the room and the heated pool. Was a close good location to our tag tournament. Well priced considering it included buffet breakfast for 4! Loved the theme in the room - super funky and great air con! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite the hotel teeming with lots of kids etc from the tournament, it was very quiet in our room. Ample parking close to the entrance made it easy to cart all out stuff back and forth. All in all, the vibe of the hotel was fab! Around every corner there was something interesting to be found. Ice tea stands, popcorn machines, secret gardens, and hidden lounges.

It would have been nice to have 4 towels supplied instead of 3 considering our booking was for 4 people. Two beds in the room, however only 1 extra warm blanket supplied. We were also caught off gaurd at the $200 deposit upon arrival despite having paid upfront. Was informed that this is standard procedure, and that was fine however our booking confirmation email did not disclose this at all. Lastly, there was only 1 chair supplied inside, and our on the deck there was a table but with only 2 chairs. Again, with 4 people booked for the room, would have been nice to have more seating.

The staff when we had dinner were very helpful and the staff on arrival and departure also were great. We have stayed at Naumi in Wellington and Singapore and as they were very comfortable we came to your hotel in preparation of our departure the next day.

All places have very warm doonas with a top sheet and a bottom sheet. We usually pull the doona out and sleep with the two sheets. If it gets cooler for me I get a dry towel and put it over me too. Perhaps a blanket would be nice (in a cupboard) or a note about the option of obtaining one from reception in your notes about the room.for people like my wife and myself. She is usually warm and I am usually cool but your doonas are 'toasty'.

The style! The colourful aesthetic was smile-inducing and so nice for my eyes. Staff were great! From the service at the bar who helped me order takeaway meal as I was just so exhausted and wanted us take to my room after a cold drink at the bar; to the helpfulness at the reception where they assisted me with the timetable for transport to airport and the ticketing process - every staff member I encountered was a star! It was even lovely hearing the cleaners singing as they worked, nice. Thank you!

For me the room was such a long trudge from reception, I had an injured ankle skin that was tough but just for me personally I wouldn’t want to stay such a distance next time. The prob for that is it’s a bit quieter maybe. I aroha the carpet under under/around the beds but the it probably benefit from a shampoo/carpet clean.

Staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. Beautiful warm greeting upon arrival and provided map of premises with location of our room and activities/places that might interest my grandchildren (that were with me, 11yrs,8yrs & 6yrs) e.g. pool, mini putt, art display at reception and local strawberry farm/vegetable farm 5-10 min walk for the best creamiest ice cream! The laundromat was right next door too! 5 minute walk 🚶‍♀️ Breakfast was great 👍 good hot & cold foods selection offered.

Other residents quite noisy right through to early morning but have to expect that in hotels?

Close to the airport and part of the yellow bus airport shuttle network. Good option for a quick stay before catching a flight at the airport the next morning. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated. I was travelling alone but the standard room is equipped with two beds that could sleep 4- groups and families would appreciate this.

The gym is a bit small. Also currently not doing food room service. Can order takeaway at the restaurant to dine in room but the wait was quite long- had to chase up and overall waited 40 minutes. But could also be a unusually busy night as the hotel took in guests from a flight cancellation. Staff were apologetic about the long wait.
