Rooms are great, facilities good and very comfortable. Rooms are also bigger than the average NYC hotel. Location is a little out of the way for NYC but I prefer that.

Really can't fault the hotel with the one exception. The weird coffee situation. Sounds petty but there is coffee in the lobby at all times of the day except when you really want it. I think it is to drive people to pay for breakfast. But I don't do breakfast and just want to grab a coffee and go. The coffee dispenser is there but they block it for use in the morning. Just a weird and not very customer friendly approach to what otherwise is a great stay at a very good hotel.

Our one-week stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The entire staff was always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with even the smallest details, which made us feel truly comfortable and well cared for. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Mirko, who was always there with a smile, ready to help, advise, or arrange whatever we needed. His professionalism combined with genuine warmth made a significant difference in our stay and made us feel right at home. If you are looking for a place where cleanliness, comfort, and top-level hospitality come together, this hotel is the right choice. We will be more than happy to return and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

If I had to mention one small detail that disturbed the stay, it would be the sirens of fire trucks from the street. Of course, this is something the hotel cannot control, and it in no way changes our overall excellent impression.

The suites were surprisingly large. Near to Metro. Clean, Friendly stuff.

Since the description stated "microwave," I would have liked at least some cutlery, a few plates, and pots. Without these, the microwave is useless. When I asked at the reception, I was told that these items are only provided for stays of several weeks. However, in that case, it should be listed on booking.com. Unfortunately, the Pizzeria Magna was permanently closed.

The property is in a prime location. You can walk to local restaurants and there are lots of stores nearby. The neighborhood feels safe, and it’s close to the tennis center which is a plus for me since I visit during the U.S. Open tennis season and I try to take in at least one day of the Open while I’m in New York. One of the things I really appreciate about this hotel is that they provide shuttle service to and from the airport as well as to and from the tennis center during the U.S. Open. There’s a restaurant on the premises, and free breakfast is included in your room rate.

The only thing that I didn’t like so much on my recent stay was that the rooms on the upper floor were all booked, so I ended up on a lower floor which subjected me to a slight disturbance one night. It got a bit noisy in the lobby when a flight crew all checked in at the same time late one night. I will definitely try to book further in advance so I can get a room on a higher floor next time.

The location was great. We came to Queens to see the Mets at Citi Field. They dropped us off at the ballpark and we took the train back. Then we had to walk about 8 blocks to the hotel. We felt safe the whole time. We walked to Chick-Fil-A and Starbucks also. It was through China Town and again it was safe to walk there. We did our laundry at the hotel, very reasonable for both the washer and dryer. Very clean room, so we could fold it right there. The room was very comfortable-bigger than I expected. We parked our car next door. The attendant parked it for us and brought it to us when we got ready to leave. We took the train to Rockefeller Center one day. It was very easy to get there. We also went to Central Park on that trip. I would stay there again if I was in New York.

Because we're both 80, it would have been nice if the walk to the train station was shorter.

The location was convenient to the family event I attended in Forest Hills, and the garage was easily accessible indoors from the hotel, which was nice on a rainy day. The room was spacious, and the bed was extra comfy. Everything was extremely clean. The staff was helpful answering questions before my stay and accommodating when I arrived earlier than expected.

The overhead lighting in the room was a bit stark, but better to be too bright than not bright enough. A reading lamp beside the bed would have been a nice addition, but the overhead light worked okay for reading, and the switch could be reached from the bed when I was ready to turn it off.

Clean is very clean,i often stay at hotels but this is first time i found that really clean with same price.employees very nice including the driver for shuttle bus very well manner and helpful.location wasnt bad little walk to main street ,breakfast good but i ddidnt eat much at that time so itsokay. Front desk very helpful with my shuttle bus she willing to call and let me know if driver already at laguardia . Overall 5 thumbs up 👍 👍👍👍👍

The heat machine loud on off ,everytine i fell asleep then the heat fan on with loud start noice and i couldnt stay sleep keep waking up and sound of water not sure from where.

The location is good and the staff are very welcoming. The lady that checked us in, was an excellent staff and very kind. There was recommendation of how we can get food outside the hotel breakfast. Other staff were very good. While the building may look old, the hotel is very neat and more than adequate provision for tea, coffee and hot water at the reception, which was useful for us. It actually met our basic needs. Apart from the noise from the club from other side of the hotel in the early hours of the morning, there is nothing I can complain about. The noise issue has to do with the club and the hotel need to make complaint against the club to use sound proof that will prevent their music/sound disturbing the neighbours as I don't know how this is allowed. The buffet breakfast was good but the choice of salad was limited. What I love about the breakfast is that there is an option to do take away of the breakfast to your room and they made provision for this, which is good foresight. Very good and keep this up. The previous review I read about the hotel was spot on, which is the reason I booked this hotel and it did not disappoint.

The noise coming in from the club outside which is not the fault of the hotel, and fortunately I can sleep through this and other people may not be able to.

Location was perfect! Airport transportation was greatly appreciated. Free breakfast buffet was pretty good. There is also a restaurant onsite. The room was way better and larger than expected. I didn't hear plans roaring overhead. Although I neglected to bring an issue immediately to their attention, it was well noted and future accommodations were promised. They also closed the room for repairs and were extremely apologetic. I wouldn't mind having that same room again

The A/C unit was a bit too loud. Since the team and manager took full acceptance of another issue, I won't speak on it. It wasn't horrible but definitely noticeable Only 1 free buffet per room

This is a beautiful hotel, 10 minute walk from the central railroad station and subway. The building was very clean and well-maintained. A blending of old and new, with interesting decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, and more of a studio apartment (with kitchenette, dining area, even a range stove). The breakfast was of restaurant quality. What I loved the most was the spaciousness of the room, which you can pace from end to end without bumping into anything. The large bathroom with marble tiles, and elegant fixtures was a welcome luxury. I hope to stay there again.
