Very welcoming staff, from the reception, to the cleaning staff and kitchen staff. The breakfast was delicious and well-stocked and clean. Apples, bananas, self-cook waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, muffins - all you could ask for. Bed was very comfortable (pillows could be bigger), and the room was large. Nice shower and good-sized bathroom with all the amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, as well as lotion at the sink. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the area.

Bed pillows could have been larger in size (very minor detail). Also, parking is a little busy, seem to be a lot of workers using this hotel, but we were able to park a moving truck in the back lot with no issue and we arrived late at night.

It was very clean and the staff were super nice. The pool was closed most of the day on Friday bc they had put chemicals in earlier in the morning but later in the evening we asked when it would be open bc my son wanted to swim. The guy at the front desk stated that he could open it for us bc enough time had passed and we were very grateful for that. Also the ladies who were doing the breakfast were excellent and the food selection was very good compared to another hotel we usually stay at

Property was clean & comfortable & location was good for the event we attended.

Check in was horrible. I had prepaid reservations but when I checked in, the person at registration desk was rude and insistent I did not have a reservation! She tried to have me purchase another reservation even though I had the confirmation on my phone. After calling the manager at home, she gave us a room but not the one we paid for. She said it would probably be resolved by the day we checked out. It was not until days later . Won’t do that again!

We had one hiccup upon check in Saturday night. However in the morning the front desk representative Lisa addressed and resolved the issue. The room, facility, and breakfast were all great. I need to thank Lisa again, because had she not resolved our issue, then my review would not be as positive.

Mobility access room very spacious & user friendly. Bars on tub shower & by toilet very good. Free breakfast. It was very good. Restaurants open late.

There was no more parking after 10 pm. Many spots taken by contractor TRUCKS!! I had to park at bank & get up by8am to move car.

I liked everything! The room was perfect, the bed was great (a great mattress, specifically), breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was quiet also, other than hearing other guests briefly in the hallway, it was so peaceful!

The breakfast was not your usual continental breakfast, a very pleasant surprise, and true to the reviews of previous guests. Eggs, sausages, muffins, bagels, cereals, toast, and fruit were offered.

There were no glasses or cups in the bathroom.

Convenience to event, shopping, food. The facility was clean. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices.

My ONLY complaint was definitely out of the hotel’s control. The closest elevator to our room was out of service. It wouldn’t have mattered except my elderly mother was along and she has a lot of trouble walking. I know it was not the hotel’s fault as it is hard to get service from outside companies.

Breakfast was great! A good variety of foods so that everyone had good choices to pick from. I loved how polite the staff were and how clean and roomy the rooms were.

No improvement is needed, in my opinion, keep doing a great job!

Hotel was clean and comfortable with a well-appointed breakfast. Also, it there were places to eat nearby.

There wasn't a luggage rack in the closet. This would have been helpful to place luggage on in room.
